Chapter 8

Jeremy's POV

While this morning had started out really good all the guys got into an argument about who knows what, which then involved their sisters and in the end Erika with Laura's help got them to stop yelling, by knocking them out. Eli wasn't involved because him and his parents were going to spend the day out in the town. So now I'm stuck here, upside down on the couch watching some lame kids show while Erika is in the kitchen sharpening knives with aunt Mira and Laura is flipping through some book Gabby had been reading. "If you're not actually going to watch TV turn it off I'm trying to read." I groaned flipping back upright as Laura glared at me.

"Sorry jeez it's not my fault the guys are knocked out cold leaving me with nothing to do," she continued glaring at my statement as I gripped the remote flipping through the channels. From the corner of my eye I spotted something fall from her pocket when she pulled out a bookmark immediately getting up I snatched the paper from the ground before she could, "Who's this guy? Your new favorite wizard~?" I teased her as I stared at the spiky blonde with a lightning scar over his eye, "I'm surprised Laura he doesn't seem like your type." I smirked at her blush in frustration.

"Jeremy give that back! It's none of your business!" lilac sparks danced around her wrists as she tried to get it back from me but luckily for me I was the taller one and kept it away from her before running into the hallway.

"If you want it then why don't you come get it!!" I laughed as I ran down the halls accidentally bumping into aunt Levy who just came out of the library, "Hey aunt Lev! Sorry about that!" she just chuckled as she watched Laura gaining up on me before heading elsewhere. As I was trying to lose Laura in the upstairs hallway I passed by a window and found two men coming towards the house one with similar hair to the man in the photo.

"JEREMY!!" with one last glance out the window I speed towards the stairs with Laura hot on my heels. Just to save time I slid down the banister and was outside before those guys even made it within ten feet of the doors, "Jeremy!! Get back here or I swear I'll-!" her screaming was cut short as we stood in front of the two men I had seen, the one being the real version of the picture in my hands and the other looked exactly like mom had described my dad to be, an older version of me with Erika's blue hair and the same markings over my eyes only in red.

Erika's POV

After knocking out the other twins in this mansion my mom forced me to make up for it by taking away my new pocket knife, phone and then turned me over to aunt Mira for the whole day. Laura was only grounded from her spell book and her phone, while I was stuck with her mother helping her do all the kitchen chores. As I was sharpening my third kitchen knife - still not used to sharpening tools - shouts came from the living room, "Jeremy give that back! It's none of your business!" as the yelling continued around the house I grew irritated and didn't realize I had finished sharpening the last of the knifes until I went to grab another to find nothing on the counter.

"Ugh, does anyone here know how not to yell?" I complained, slamming the sharpener on the counter while aunt Mira just laughed with amusement.

"Why don't you go find your mom and tell her that you've finished your chores while I start getting lunch ready okay?"

"Really!? I'm free?" I gazed up at her smiling face.

"Of course, now go on your brother might need some saving from my daughter" pulling her into a hug I continued to thank her before dashing of to my mothers room.

"Mom, mom, mom!! Auntie Mira says I'm done for today! And Jeremy's pissed off Laura again! So can I have my stuff back please?"

"I could tell, I heard them running through the hallways and you will not get your things back until we leave for Magnolia next week the same is going for Laura as well. There are better ways to stop an argument without knocking those involved in the argument unconscious you two need to learn that, hopefully, before we reach Fairy Tail," my mom sighed from her place at her desk rereading the pile of old folded up letters she would read to us when we'd ask her about her dad, "Now come along lets go check up on your brother." As she put the letters away we walked down the stairs where the yelling was last heard and found the front doors wide open Aunt Mira frozen still in the doorway, and two men outside with Laura and my brother.

"M-mom? I-is that who I think it is..?" tugging at my mothers skirt as she froze beside aunt Mira as I looked between them and the two men my eyes lingering on the man who looked just like my brother with just a few color differences.

"Kids go back inside and wake up the others," mom spoke before bending down to my height, "Erika, honey, why don't you go find Levy or Juvia and ask them to help you guys get lunch ready okay?" knowing that it wasn't an option I nodded running over to my brother dragging him and miss pikachu back inside the house, up the stairs and to the art room.

"Hey aunt Juvia! Hey aunt Levy!" I beamed as I saw the two of them together.

"Oh hey you guys did you need something?" Levy smiled back as she stepped down the ladder she had been using to stock the shelves.

"Mom told us to come find you, we were wondering if you could help us prepare lunch!" Laura went over to see what aunt Juvia was painting, Jeremy practically frozen stiff by my side.

"Oh? I thought Mira was preparing lunch for today," Juvia and Levy gave each other confused looks when my brother finally decided to speak up.

"Mom and aunt Mira are busy talking to the two guys that showed up outside, look!" He darted to the window aunt Juvia placing down her brush as we all gathered around watching auntie Mira embrace the blonde while mom and the blue haired version of Jeremy were talking off to the side. Our aunts gasped as they gave each other knowing glances their reactions almost the same as yesterday when uncle Elfman arrived.
