"Thank you so much Taemu-ssi"

The hair dryer was turned off as Taemu softly combs Suhan's hair with extra care. After not washing herself or her hair, Suhan was extremely uncomfortable and begged the doctors to allow her to wash her hair atleast. They eventually agreed and with luck, Taemu and Taehyun happened to visit her so the father-son decided to help Suhan.

Suho came inside the ward with Seojun who took off his mask and immediately gave a small hug to Suhan "Finally, you're back to earth but you stink"

Suhan who was touched to the core immediately frown and glared the young man who made the "you really smell" face but she ended up smiling and pat his back lightly because she can't move her body well.

Taehyun looked at Seojun and then back to Suhan with a grumpy face as if he was the one who got called stinky "Aunty doesn't smell!"

Seojun didn't expect the little munchkin to be offended so much but decided to tease him more "She does though" and he put his hands over his nose, acting as if Suhan was really stinky .

Taehyun being innocent, stomped his feet and climbed up to Suhan and sat beside her while glaring at Seojun "Your album sucks"

"Emotional damage!"

No one in the room expected a comeback like that from a 7-year-old kid. Taemu didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the situation and wanted to make the young boy apologize but seeing how Seojun and Suho were laughing so hard gave him some peace.

"Kang Taehyun , you shouldn't say that to Seojun when you always dance and sing his songs"

Taehyun glared at his father which Taemu already knows what's going in his son's mind. The lad was probably thinking 100 ways of torturing him because he just exposed his "little" secrets.

Suhan laughed and pat Taehyun's cheeks "You will end up turning into a squirrel if you keep on pouting like that"

Seojun spread out the lunch he brought from home which his mom carefully made for everyone. Suhan couldn't eat all the oils and spices so she could only survive on porridge with healthy fresh fruit juice or just plain water.

Taehyun was stuck with Suhan the whole noon because he wouldn't be seeing his favourite aunt for a month as he will be at Daegu for a seminar which he was choosen to represent his school and class.

He didn't make anyone talk to Suhan or steal her at all saying that "Aunty Suhan is mine for today. You can talk to her tomorrow after I'm gone"

Suhan didn't know if she would laugh or cry with the situation but having the little munchkin beside her, it's definitely not boring so they talked about animals, birds, cartoons and eventually by 7pm the little lad fell asleep as he was too tired talking and guarding Suhan.

Taemu came to the hospital after work to collect his little friend over and brought some medicines needed for Suhan.

He entered the room quietly to see Taehyun snuggling up to Suhan eyes closed but one can see the small smile on his lips, as if he was holding something very dear to him.

Suhan was subconsciously patting Taehyun's head with her hands as she sleep. The image being displayed looked so heartwarming and he didn't want to disturb them at all but he need to take the small guy back home.

"Suhan-ssi"

Suhan was a light sleeper and hearing the soft voice she opened her eyes slowly and saw the tall guy leaning over to take Taehyun from her arms. She slightly moved away and Taehyun safely landed on his father's arms. Suhan chuckled seeing Taehyun' face scrunched up but maybe he knew his father's arm and his smell, he relaxed and continued with his sleep.

Taemu kept the medicine closely to Suhan along with a bottle of warm water "This are the medicine you need. Make sure to take them at the right moment"

"Yes Sir"

The guy giggled at her words and glance at his clock. "You'll get discharged day after tomorrow, I'll come to pick you up"

"Hmm"

"Then I'll leave now. Rest well"

Taemu left the room quietly as Suhan look at his back until his figure dissappeared from her sight.

Suhan felt weird, she knows this feeling very well and seeing how the Kang guy has been taking care of her ever since she remembered, his words of affirmation, his act and everything about him makes her long for him but she was also afraid.

She didn't want to make any mistake in rushing things fast. She didn't feel perfect when it comes to Kang Taemu, not at all..

Taemu is like her own reflection, they both have the self-centered traits and were full of flaws which they kept it hidden as they cover up their imperfections with the false perfection , the false persona they build up to make themselves look good and strong.

Suhan slowly walked to the small balcony space provided for the special rooms and felt her skin tingle as the cold breeze hits her skin softly. Her hair fluttered while her gaze remains on the busy street of the city.

"Kang Taemu . . . . "

They met each other when they were filled with scars , a broken people trying to hide their emotions while maintaining a strong smile on their face. They both lost themselves because someone said that they were not the one they wanted or weren't enough.

Met with the self-centered, arrogant ego who would do anything to ruin each other, but as they look at each other , the tired eyes met and maybe the heart changed.

"Human heart can sometimes be surprising"

The sky full with gray & black shades seemed to find a new shade amidst the chaos . Her heart felt safe beating next to him and suddenly the pain from loosing the old lover seemed irrelevant because it broke her heart for her to find peace and love in him.

She stare at the dark empty sky quietly,
" Will you still love me even if I can't be the perfect weather for you?"

Suhan can feel a person embracing her slowly from the back trying to be careful as much as possible, the hands wrapped around her waist and the chin fell on her shoulder.

Her breath hitched.

❛ Suhan, maybe I'll cry for a love that isn't perfect yet.
I wanna make an endless story hidden like an old book. Together we become old and worn out , even if you come to me who's useless ━━━ it'll remain as a deep scent until it becomes a perfect love ❜

i guess it's my first update of
2023 for this book MISS RIGHT. this book
actually started off as a joke but somehow
it ended up becoming a very important
and precious book to me despite the amount
of plotholes, character flaws
and chapters but with the love that has
been showered for this book, it kinda
overwhelmes me.

this chapter was heavily inspired by
a certain pinterest quotes and also

"imperfect love" by seventeen.

suhan's character may have not been
properly explained by me but you can
slightly get the hint of her
narcissistic kinda trait , self centered
and her flaws [ which i'm trying to bring
out her real self in the future updates
and explain her character well ]
and same goes with Taemu , they are like
the mirror of each other.

I have a lot of plans for the couple since
we've finally reached this point.
