It was already 11 pm and Taemu just entered the quiet hospital room then closed the door quietly. He cracked his knuckles and placed his coat neatly at the corner of the couch. He went inside the bathroom with a pair of clothes and shoes to take bath .

After few minutes , Taemu came out of the shower with his comfortable clothes and turned off the bathroom lights. "I feel alive"

He then walked up to Suhan's bed and sat beside her as he grabbed an apple then took a big bite. Taemu eyes fell on Suhan who was still sleeping and looking free from all worries and concerns of the world as if she wasn't interested in anything happening around.

Her wounds were healing day by day which was looking good and the doctors were taking special care for her. Her eyes closed and looking so peaceful made Taemu feel something inside, a feeling he hadn't feel in ages.

He slowly touched her hair and pat it with a sad smile on his face. His heart felt weak for unknown reason as if he was responsible for everything that was happening to Suhan.

"Suhan-ssi . . . . why am I feeling this ? I shouldn't be falling in love and I'm scared of it . . . . . She fell first and he fell harder ? Now I think I can understand this quote"

Taemu gaze soften when he remembered the day she confessed to him, the way she took the lead to flirt with him and tease him. Her love and care for Taehyun, the way she'd drop every saturday and play with him. Whenever they'd go out for drink and talk about their lives and works.

"Suhan-ssi, you know what? I am scared and afraid to fake further steps because I feel like I'll make the same mistakes of rushing things too fast and loose the person I love.... but then, you suddenly came into my life and took a u-turn... You're the strongest person I know... I genuinely don't know why my brain goes blank whenever you show me your affection or the little details of you when you're with me.....you're my home and my escape Lee Suhan"

Taemu placed a light kiss on her forehead and held her hand in his "Just get well soon Suhan-ssi .... Then I'll definitely do my best to be your worth and make you the happiest one"

5am in the morning. The hospital was still quiet. The nurse taking their short nap and everything was quiet which made the noisy hospital suddenly peaceful. Suho entered the hall quietly and trying his best not to wake up the people sleeping around meanwhile greeting some of the staffs who were awake at that moment.

He always hated staying in hospital, he suffered during his stay when he got into accident with Seojun but now again, here he was... holding a thermo-flask, a home packed breakfast, fruits and medicines.

He slowly made his way up to the floor while drinking coffee to stay awake. He greeted the bodyguards and opened the door quietly then look at the bed.

His eyes widened and gasped , he kept down his things down and almost ran towards the bed squinting his eyes.

I must be seeing things right ?

"Noona... you're awake..."

"Shh.. he is sleeping... don't disturb him... go and take rest too... it's 5 in the morning"

Suhan's voice was weak and raspy barely audible but because of the quiet environment Suho could hear her. Her oxygen mask was still intact and she could barely move but she seemed to be awake for a long time but, the fact that Suho seemed like his soul was sucked away.

On his right, Taemu was holding onto Suhan's hand and sleeping peacefully while his elder sister gaze was soft and looking like she's deeply in love.

Suho was baffled. His sister just woke up but she didn't give time for her brother or talk with him but rather asked him to be quiet and not disturb her "time" with Taemu ? What has gotten into his sister?

"Noona.. when did you undergo a character development?"

Suhan just glared at her brother but to Suho, the glare wasn't strong at all and just smirk at her before leaving the room and going to the lobby to inform his family about it. Two weeks into coma and now that she regained her consciousness, she didn't bother calling the doctor or informing anyone but to be just quiet and admire the man sleeping beside her.

Suho suddenly got chills and shivered thinking of the image he just saw back in there .

"Noona went through a whole ass level of character development"

Suhan can feel her whole body going numb and wanted to twist and turn but her cast and the other injections were letting her move but she didn't care . But seeing the man sleeping peacefully, in his small dreamland made her feel okay for some reason. The way he held her hand carefully and sleeping peacefully despite the uncomfortable sitting position, but never letting go of her hand.

"Kang Taemu . . . . . . I sometimes feel like you deserve someone better . . . better than me. Sometimes I wonder if I'm worthy of love or not"

Suhan eventually felt the drowsiness hitting her and fell asleep again.

After few hours, the hospital was back to the liveliness it always had. Doctors and nurse exchanging their shifts, patients coming in, doctors going for their round.

When the doctor round came, everyone were glad to see Suhan getting back her consciousness because it was a big step up to her health recovery. Taemu was baffled when he woke up to see Suhan sitting and thought it was a dream but reality hit him hard and realized that it wasn't a dream but reality.

But the other bigger news is that the hastag #TaemuSuhanCouple was trending everywhere as a picture of the two cuddling was "somehow" leaked to the public and the PR TEAM of GOFOOD and MOVE ENT. were in chaos but none of them could confirm except for releasing a statement saying ,

" We are still looking into the matter "

Which made the netizens have a ray of hope because it was neither a rejection or either acceptance.

an update after a month!?
i've been busy with life as my
schedules were literally packed.
from nov till today , i've been busy
and thought of deleting wattpad and
unpublish this book but with the small
amout of love it received <3 i was
motivated again and wrote this in a
hurry.

updates and yes, i may write a
