Rose pov

I walk into the ring Bucky wanted me. But he had to make it look fair so he took the other peoples choices. Bucky and I knew I was gonna kick butt but I still had to do it. But I don't mind I really wanted to fight and get out my nerves energy. I walk over to Bucky and he smiles and says "alright kid let's win cause I want you but I have to make it fair." I said "yes sir I want to have this job as well." Then he had me walk into the center of the ring and this blonde boy about my age and he said "the names Jeffery Jeffery Peterson remember that cause I'm getting this job and your gonna be begging for a simple place." I look at him and laugh then I says "son I've been downing this sense I could walk your gonna beg me to let you walk out here with your pride." Then a person walks into the ring and puts us in separate conners and says "over on the right we have. Rose Rodgers child of captain America super solider serum and all. Then on the left we have Jeffery Peterson son of hydra agent number 43." I smirk in my head I have a retort where I could use that but let's not just in case he is not as bad as he seems. Plus don't need to sound like tony. Then the bell rings and the battle beings. He charges at me and I side step and spin around and grab him by the back of his shirt and flip him on the ground. Now I punch him in the face. My mind wasn't ok with this and neither was I but I had to do what I had to. Then he blacks out. Man I think I forgot how hard I punch. Then I hear "ladies and gentlemen it looks like we have a winner Rose one dose anyone dare challenge her?" I see a girl emerge she has dark brown hair and is shorter then me. She says "yea I do she only beat one person." She was treating it like it wasn't a big deal. She smirks as she walks up I smirk right back and say "looks like your gonna go down just like your friend their." She says "more like you are." Then again we were announced and it started this time I decide to change it up and charge her. She side stepped like I would expect her to then I spun around and swung my leg to the back of her knees causing her to fall. As she fell she spun around and punched me in the jaw. Tried to make her black out as fast as possible so it would cause her little pain. I still have a heart and hydra or shield won't change that. I won again and again they asked if anyone wanted to challenge me. Then a mam appeared he was looking to be about twenty so not so young but not the oldest either. I nodded and sized him up so I could plan he looks to be the size of my dad whom I greatly was missing right now. I quickly punched him in the face and kicked him in the side and then tried to punch him again where he took a hold of my fist and flipped me down. Darn it I thought. Great im gonna lose my spot if I can't beat this man. Then he picked me up off the ground and slammed me into the ground I figured he was mad at me but why was it his son or daughter I beat? I wasn't sure I looked up at his face and it looked similar to Jeffery's and I figured yep his dad figures the whole family would try and he had a good reason to want to beat my head in unfortunately for him I wasn't about to let that happen I jack rabbit kick him and spring up as he is trying to get off the ground. I placed my foot on his chest and said "you might not wanna get up old man." He got up anyways and I pushed him back down and punched his face a couple of times with a few kicks to the side and he surrender. No one else challenged me. I was wondering where the rest of my class went and why they didn't challenge me. Then I thought what if he could only choose one from my class and then he had others bring in who they thought should get it and that's how the battle thing was thought of. It made sense didn't it. Bucky smiled and walked up on stage and said "Rose shall be my new assistant. If anyone has problems with that you can see my assistant about it and she will handle it with great force." That was his way of saying don't doubt my judgement. I was so relived I had made it through. Do I need to talk to the people I beat and offer them a job at shield? No probable not a good idea because they could really already have a job here and if there loyal the won't except the jobs anyway and it will blow my cover so not a good idea. Then I hear fury in my ear piece as I walk back to pack my bag and move to the room I will be staying at its supposed to be nicer then this one and closer to Bucky. Fury said "kid I don't approve of how you got in but I guess your doing the mission right other then that so good job I guess. I replied on paper "thanks I don't like what I did either I did it so I didn't blow my cover." Fury said "I know kid no worries oh and you only have two more weeks left tell black widow comes back to get info and you kid." I nodded and burned the paper and throw the ashes in a bag and put the bag in my suit case to throw away later. I walked down the hall and I walked into my new room. I wa so shocked for hydra they sure have nice taste when your not a prisoner. The room had a big bed with two pillows all black and red and had the hydra symbol on them of course but the bed was nice then the bathroom was the same colors. Again hydra symbol as well. It had a shower and a bathtub in it. With a nice view of the mountains. I sat on the bed and un packed my clothes when I heard the winter solider say "nice view right and I love the colors." I nodded and said "yea it's really nice." Then he says "look kid I don't wanna be apart of hydra anymore and I know you love your dad still and you guys are close so don't,pretend with me I want to escape hydra and I know you have plans to soon as well. Look I know I'm a assian so you don't have to trust me but I was their experiment so I am not stating here to be experimented on. So I plan to leave in a week and I know that sooner then you leave but kid I'm your best shot so I'll help you get what you need so we can both leave and you can go back to shield and I either with you or we go our separate ways." I say "I trust you look I know you probably won't believe me but your real name is Bucky Barnes and you used to be best friend with my dad during WW2 and then we thought you died and my dad got frozen. Also I was hoping you would come with me to shield you see my dad and the avengers and fury can help you Bucky." I saw Bucky come through a little he smiled at me like Bucky would and he didn't seem to be the winter solider purely anymore his memory seemed to come back a little bit. We made a plan I would use the flash drove I have to morrow and through the next week to get the information off the computers then I would leave with Bucky and we would go I would also install a program to shut down the system long enough at least for us to get out. We both saw it was getting late by this time so he and I both decided to go to sleep so he left and I quickly changed into my pjs and check over the bed to make sure hydra didn't do anything to it and I laid down and fell asleep almost instantly.
