Rose pov
MY dad came in and woke me up this morning telling me that today we would be able to have our dad and daughter day. i was so happy! he left my room after that cause he said he had to get a surprise ready i smiled and let him leave. As soon as he left i grabbed my navy blue converse with my demin jeans and i found my favorite shirt. its a t-shirt that has a picture of a American Flag. I grabbed my sliver heart necklace and put that on. i decided to leave my hair down it had a nice amount of curl from the braids i put it in last night. i walked out of my room and found my dad in the cafteria. I walked over to him and i was wondering what the surpirse was. i saw him standing their with my favorite breakfest a blueberry muffin and some eggs. i smiled at him and said " thank you for getting me breakfest dad" he replied "no problem Kiddo" i smiled i loved it when he called me stuff like that. it made me really happy. we were almost done eatting when my dad said "Kiddo i hope you know that this wasnt the surprise and that i hope you like it will have to pick it up later but i think youll like it." I smiled and said back "come on dad cant you tell me what it is?" he said "nope sorry." then he said "if your finshed why dont we got walk around central park for a little while and then walk throught a couple places that we have both been wanting to see and go from their?" i said "sounds good dad." i knew he wouldnt budge so i went along with his plan. we walked to a car shield is letting us use for the day it has room of our shield and is equiped with other weapons that way if something happens when we are out were prepared for it. we also threw our suits in the car. i smiled and hopped in shot gun as my dad walked to the drivers side i am only 14 so i cant drive yet in fact im not even close. which im ok with im not looking foward to learning how to drive a big car just yet. as soon as he got in the car we started to head towards central park and we got their and it was about 11:30 so we walked around for a good while we stood and looked at the statue of liberty and then we walked along the lake and i smiled as i saw people being happy it reminded me of what i thought my mom and dad were like when i was little and before i met them both and i still think they would be like them. then we kept walking and my dad was giving me a tour of the Big city sense he had been down here when it was under attack by Loki. i heard that thor wasnt to happy with his little brother after that. cant say i blame him. then my dad stopped at this building where we walked in and it turns out it was a big musuem of stuff from our time all the way up until now i felt a twinkle in my eye i have always loved history and my dad knew that some how. how did he know that? i turn towards my dad and say "dad how did you know i love history?" he said "just a hunch cause i am the same way." i smiled and said "have you been here before?" he said "nope i though we would walk throught it together and see what everything is and such." i smiled and we started in the world war 2 section and we didnt stay in that area long because me and my dad felt like we were going to cry looking at all of the picture of people some we knew some we didnt and then i saw the Hydra symbol and pointed it out to my dad he took a picture and saved it to show to fury later then we moved on into the next major event they captured which was the vietnam war. we stayed their for a longer time but we both decided we had enough of looking at war stuff so he decided to take me to the next part of his plan for our dad daughter day which was to go get ice cream. we walked over to the nearest ice cream stand and he got a classic vanilla cone and i got a chocolate one we sat down and we just talked about random stuff and caught up more with each other. He told me about the fight in New York before I woke up and I told him about my search for him and how stuff was before I got frozen. He said "wow did you really almost reach the ship all the way down?" I nodded and asked him " did you guys really get into that fight I mean I knew tony was a jerk but I didn't know that much of one?" He replied "yea but he got better now." I say "fine I have to give him that." My dad smiled at me and then all of sudden a big explosion went off I saw my dad fall and the next the next thing I knew I was screaming into my ear piece they made us wear before we were allowed to leave about what happened to fury and how if he didn't get his butt down here I was gonna lose it. Then I saw a big black blur fly above my head and I felt the sudden gust of wind and then I felt the pain of my own injuries now that my dad was safely taken care of. I felt a pain in my head and a pain in my lower leg and I look down to see a shard of metal stuck in my leg I feel myself being Picked up off the ground by none other then hawk eye I reach up ward and put my arm around his neck and I feel myself black out from all the pain after I see Thor pick up my dad.
Hawk eye pov
I come walking in to Dr. Banner lab and I see him and Tony finishing setting the tables where we are supposed to put Cap and Rose I set Rose on one of the tables then I help Thor set down Cap and Thor leaves claiming he needed a pop tart and some coffee. I just sit I. A chair after being told by both Tony and Dr. Banner I can't be of any help. I'm really worried about the two of them right now I mean Rose has an pretty deep cut on her head and a pice of metal stuck in her lower leg. Now Cap is a different story he has a bunch of metal in his legs and arms and a small cut on his head he wasn't passed out by Dr. B gave him some sleeping pills. I saw Natasha walk in and she sat next to me. I look at her with sad eyes and she looks at them and thinks the same thing I do Dr.Banner better be a miracle worker. We sat their I'm perfect silence for what felt like hours Dr.Banner finally got all the metal out and Tony was scanning the metal now. We all took this as a sign of war I'm sorry but you won't hurt my team mates and get away with it. I got a phone call from my little brother Michael he is about 15 only a year older then Rose. I stand up and walk out of the room and say "Michael what's going on?" He replied " I was just calling to make sure your ok I heard a bomb went off near some of your team mates." I replied "yea I'm fine and you?" He replied "yea just about to go out on a mission for fury actually." I say back "alright stay safe." He said "I know and you don't get blown up ok?" I say just to mess with him "alright dad I won't but you take away all the fun." He replies " whatever I have to go talk to you later." I said "ok punk have fun." With that he hung up the phone and I came walking back in to see Rose and Cap safely asleep. A wave of calmness washed over to me the worst had passed. We all turned our attention to figuring out who could have possible set off the explosive. The rest of the day became a blur of thought.
