Kurai POV~

"I'm confused, what is this talk of getting 'back home' about?"

Yuki asked, I looked over towards her and saw that her icy eyes were shadowed with confusion, I had forgotten that she knew basically nothing about our journey.

Hmm sometimes I forget that not everyone on Fisori has been forcefully transported here... Maybe it's because I've always been with Hikari the whole time I've been here... And as long as I can remember.

"Ah, me and Hikari are from another world, we're trying to find a way back to our own world"

I smiled happily, it was nice talking to someone other than Hikari for once, however it didn't feel the same. I looked over towards Hikari and saw that he had face palmed himself.

Why would he do that? I told her exactly what we were doing.

"Um excuse me?.... I do not think I quite follow you..."

I frowned slightly, Yuki's eyes were wide as if I had grown another head or something.

I didn't really did I....?

I felt my head and was relieved to find that I still only have one head, however that made me confused as to why Yuki was looking at me strangely.

"Kurai.... I don't know what to say to you..."

The snowy haired teen sighed tiredly as he rolled his crimson eyes, Yuki looked towards him, as if asking him for an explanation of some sort.

.... My explanation was just fine... Also it's kind of weird to see her look towards Hikari like that... Am I that bad that she has to turn towards someone she tried to kill recently....

"Fine... I'll explain properly about what me and Kurai are trying to accomplish, I might as well because you've become our stalker"

Hikari looked over at Yuki, his crimson eyes were narrowed, she just gave him a sweet smile. However the smile didn't seem to have such sweet intentions, I didn't know how I knew, I just had a feeling.

"Yeah, I won't let you guys escape from me. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to prevent that"

The scarlet haired teen replied happily, I noticed one of Hikari's eyebrows twitch on annoyance from her response.

Hmm I wonder if things will turn out well in traveling with her... Hikari and Yuki really seem to dislike each other, though it's very understandable.

"Well... As Kurai was saying we are indeed trying to get back to our own world. One second we were back in our home world Eponixa, the next thing we knew, we had been transported to Fisori. Me perfectly fine except for a little disorientation at first which is to be expected, coming to a new world and all. However something must have happened to Kurai because he has absolutely no memories from before I met him not too long ago"

Hikari paused, probably to allow Yuki to digest some of the new information that she had just been given. Even though I already knew all this, it always sounded weird when it was said out loud.

"So, you two knew each other before you guys ended up here?"

Yuki asked, her icy eyes were twinkling with curiosity and something else, maybe excitement but I couldn't tell for sure.

I just realized something.... Hikari and Yuki... Are having a conversation without fighting....

The snowy haired teen shook his head and looked towards me, I looked away a little embarrassed. Though I didn't know why I felt so embarrassed.

"No, we met shortly after..."

I felt a chill run down my spine when I remembered how me and Hikari had first met, it wasn't fun at all. Though I was thankful because since we met I can follow him and learn, also maybe regain my memories.

The crimson haired girl walked over to me and held the tip of my chin in her hand to examine me, the sudden contact startled me. Those icy eyes of her sparked with slight interest for a second before she turned towards Hikari and examined him, not making body contact of course.

"Hmm I see... Maybe it was fate that the two of you met, I'm sure Kurai would have ended up dead in a ditch somewhere if you're telling the truth.."

Yuki smiled, it made me feel uneasy, it was as if she had ulterior motives to what she had said.

What would have actually happened to me if I didn't meet Hikari?... Would I have actually fallen asleep in a ditch?

"I don't really believe in fate however, I do agree that Kurai would have ended up in some ditch."

Hikari wrapped his left arm over my shoulder and smiled with amusement, the action surprised me but I didn't want to shake him off.

"What's so amusing...? I'm so confused..!"

I complained, I do not like being confused at all, it didn't help however that it happened quite often. I frowned when Yuki cracked up laughing, I felt like I was made fun of yet I didn't know how they made fun of me.

"Hikari.... Is he always that dim?.."

The scarlet haired girl laughed, it was a nice laugh yet I did not like that I was the object of the laughter.

"No he can be very bright, but that's only when the moon is out"

Hikari snickered, I glared at the snowy haired boy. It wasn't my fault that the moon complimented me, even if it was strange.

"I'm not dim... It's not my fault I got amnesia...."

I whined sadly, I didn't like being made fun of. I at least knew that they were now calling me stupid. Hikari looked away from me, Yuki noticed this and giggled slightly and the scarlet haired girl walked over to me with glimmering eyes.

"Don't worry Kurai, it's just that you're so adorable that Hikari can't help but tease you"

I looked into her icy eyes they expressed kindness, I smiled towards her, glad that she had stopped teasing me.

"Really Hikari? You think I'm adorable?"

I asked a little happy, yet I was confused why he would think I was adorable. I hadn't thought that I looked like one of those fuzzy animals that made this weird purring noise.

"Wha-?! No! There's no way I think you're adorable!"

Hikari whipped around quickly, his crimson eyes were wide and his face was slightly pink, his fangs glinted silver in the faint moonlight.

Is that a good thing?.... I'm not turning into one of those furry creatures... But I'm a little sad Hikari replied so quickly.

"Hikari... Can I speak with you for a bit?"

Yuki asked as she clung onto my snowy haired friend, he flinched at her touch and glared at her.

Whoa... Hikari didn't attack her...

"No, I already told you all that you need to know Yuki!"

My eyes went wide in surprise, Hikari had actually used Yuki's name. This caused the scarlet haired girl to laugh slightly before dragging Hikari a good distance away from me. I sighed in confusion.

Yuki and Hikari were at each others throats not too long ago.. Then they were laughing together... Maybe they are becoming friends.

I suddenly felt the wind rush behind me, I looked back and saw that nothing was behind me. I turned back towards Yuki and Hikari and gasped in surprise. Two shadowy hands grasped me from behind, I lost consciousness before I could call for help, it was all too sudden.

Hikari POV~

The crazy lady asked, she looked confused judging by the look that clouded her icy eyes, I didn't blame the lady. What me and Kurai had been through was anything but ordinary.

Life with Kurai has been so crazy... Always having to keep an eye on the idiot so that he doesn't accidentally hurt himself.

"Ah, me and Hikari are from another world, we're trying to find a way back to our own world"

.... Idiot... That barely explained anything!

Kurai smiled so innocently happy with his answer, sea green eyes gleaming and everything, I couldn't help but face palm at how naive the coal haired boy was.

When will I stop expecting more from that airhead? I should have learned by now..

"Um excuse me?.... I do not think I quite follow you..."

I wouldn't either psyco, if I were in you're position, thank the gods that I'm not...

Kurai frowned cutely as the lady's icy eyes were wide at the sentence Kurai had spoken.

I watched as Kurai felt his head timidly, as if he was expecting something to be on it.

"Kurai.... I don't know what to say to you..."

You're explanation was so...

I sighed and rolled my eyes at Kurai's stupidity, there was no way that he could give a proper explanation. The psyco seemed to think so too because she looked at me expectantly.

I'd rather not have two clueless people accompanying me, especially is one is annoying..

I looked over towards the scarlet haired psyco, my eyes narrowed at the thought of having to willingly speak to her.

"Yeah, I won't let you guys escape from me. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to prevent that"

Her happy tone ticked me off, she seemed so full of herself.

I'm going to dread traveling with her... I just know it..

I paused to allow the creep to understand the bits of information that I had given her.

"So, you two knew each other before you guys ended up here?"

Our meeting was strange... Even more strange then ours you creep.

The psyco asked, her icy eyes were twinkling with some strange emotion, frankly it creeped me out, a lot.
I shook my head, I sort of wished I knew Kurai before coming to Fisori. Maybe, just maybe he had a little more intelligence before his memory was wiped clean.

"No, we met shortly after..."

The night me and Kurai met was a night that I didn't think I'll ever forget, it was so strange. So many unexpected things happened then.

I stiffened when the crazy lady walked over to Kurai and examined his face by holding the sea green eyed buys face in her hands. It was strange when she suddenly turned away from him and began to examine me, it felt really uncomfortable being stared at.

"Hmm I see... Maybe it was fate that the two of you met, I'm sure Kurai would have ended up dead in a ditch
somewhere if you're telling the truth.."

Fate?... No.. I decide my own future not something as unreliable as fate.

"I don't really believe in fate however, I do agree that Kurai would have ended up in some ditch."

He's almost died a few times out of stupidity already..

I wrapped my left arm over the idiot's shoulder and smiled with amusement, I wondered about how many other stupid this he'd also do.

"What's so amusing...? I'm so confused..!"

Kurai... Of course the airhead is confused.

The coal haired boy whined, his sea green eyes were bright with confusion. Kurai frowned when the lady cracked up laughing.

Kurai... You're such a.... Kurai... Always innocently dim.

"Hikari.... Is he always that dim?.."

"No he can be very bright, but that's only when the moon is out"

I snickered, it was fun to make fun of the innocent boy who was now glaring sea green daggers at me, plus it was half a compliment, the moon really made Kurai stand out well.

"I'm not dim... It's not my fault I got amnesia...."

It's true... But it's still fun to insult you

The coal haired boy whined sadly, I looked away from the boy a little shyly, the look he had on his face was too much for me, the reason, I didn't know why.

I watched uneasily as the lady walked over to Kurai with her icy eyes glimmering strangely.

"Don't worry Kurai, it's just that you're so adorable that Hikari can't help but tease you"

...... Adorable?.....

"Really Hikari? You think I'm adorable?"

"Wha-?! No! There's no way I think you're adorable!"

I yelled in response, feeling slightly embarrassed for an unknown reason. I was caught off guard by Kurai's innocent question, it shouldn't have bugged me yet it did.

Yuki.... Saying such crazy things... Why would I ever think like that? He's a boy... I think... No he may have that kind of build but when I treated his berry poisoning his chest was flat.

"Hikari... Can I speak with you for a bit?"

What?....

Yuki asked me annoyingly as she suddenly clung to my arm, I flinched at the contact and glared at her. I did not like her touching me.

Get your hands off of me!

"No, I already told you all that you need to know Yuki!"

Damn!...

The scarlet haired girl laughed slightly as she dragged me away from Kurai.

Hikari is not impressed...

"What the hell Yuki?!"

I growled, angry that she easily dragged me away. I didn't want to put up with her weird ways.

"Heh seems you've acknowledged my name, anyway do you like yaio?.."

Her icy eyes were glimmering with excitement as she got up in my face, she was seriously freaking me out with those sparkly eyes of hers.

"No, I don't know what the hell it is anyway!"

Yuki pouted for a second then the grin returned to her face, I had a bad feeling about what she was going to say.

"Hmm you like Kurai don't you?"

What me like Kurai?!? No way in hell!...

"Wh-what?! What would give you that idea?!"

I felt uneasy at Yuki's suggestion, it just seemed so weird.

Me and Kurai? That's just..

"Aww we have a little tsundre, well anyway you pay quite a lot of attention to you're little uke"

Tsundre?!? Uke?!? The hell does that mean?!?

"I do not see Kurai like that!"

The scarlet haired girl in front of me was really getting on my nerves, I looked over towards Kurai and froze. The coal haired boy wasn't there where we had left him.

Did he wonder off?! Kurai..

Kurai: doesn't that make readers happy though?

Hikari: Kurai used his head....

Yuki: pft.... XD *hilding in laughter from Kurai and Hikari's talking*

Me: ..... So many weirdos... A airhead , a violent tsundre and a mischievous yaio fangirl...

Kurai: ......
