This isn't even my drawing, but more like my design. For those who don't know, Heromachine is a web-based character design program that lets you put bits and pieces together to create your own character. This is the earlier designs of Obsidian characters in cartoon form that I happen to still love a lot. Plus I think it's nice to see them in this form as well as the realistic forms!

This is the adult version of Djari, of course. I haven't even attempted to draw her myself as she is the most difficult to depict. I want her to have a presence that makes you stop breathing but not beautiful in the normal sense of the word and no matter how many times I've tried I can't seem to get her the way I need her to look. This design is maybe 80% accurate so it's the best I have right now.

Hasheem is always a breeze to draw or design for the reason that I have such a clear image of him in my head. I love this creation so much I would have dived into any manga he's in regardless of storyline.

Lasura... what can I say? He's my rogue hero, a highly conflicted character who's always standing at the fork between good and evil (or two evils). As a habit, my first image of him is the most evil, despicable version of him as a dark commander wearing Rashai colors at his prime, and of course, one can't draw him without his eagle 😆
