My last book. I love reading so a while back I asked Ms.Kordei to borrow a book. It was expected because I had been doing so for years. But this book was the last that I hadn't read.

This book opened my eyes, I know that the contents of this book actually took place. The only problem is getting my sister to believe that. The book stops after the Dark Majesty's curse. For some reason I feel like it will start again when the curse is broken. I am committed to doing everything in my power to ruin Lana and this stupid curse.

I know it wont be easy. Y/n and I are freinds with Autumn, and she is head over heels for Lana. I just hope she doesnt get hurt.

I knock on the door of Lana's office. She quickly looks up from her computer and smiles at me.

"Hello Ms.Y/l/n," she says.

"Good morning madam mayor", I smile.

"do you have a moment to talk," I ask.

"Of course, come in", she says.

I nod and sit in front of her desk.

"So, alot has been going on lately. I have Jessie im custody", I say.

"Thats great", she smiles.

"Yeah, about that, why didnt you inform me of your former marriage with him," I ask.

"Because it was none of your concern," she says coldy.

I just nod.

"Is there anything else," she asks.

"Actually, yes. Like I said,  there is alot going on. I could use some help", I say.

"Well, im sorry but I cannot help you. I have things to worry about as far as-"

"Higher up things, I know, but someone has offered to help. I think it would be a good idea", I say.

"Who are you speaking of," Lana asks.

"Camila," I answer.

"Cabello? doesnt she have to tend to horses and such," Lana laughs.

I clench my jaw at her tone.

"She offered to help, and I think this is a good idea," I say.

"Are you sure this has nothing to do with your personal feelings", Lana questions.

"She and I are freinds, nothing more", I say.

"I see... I guess it should be alright, but she is your responsibility, not mine," she says.

She is talking about her like she is some kind of pet! Wtf?!?!

"Yeah, sure okay, Um thank you. Im going on lunch," I say before leaving.

After Y/n leaves, I make my way into her office. I need to talk to Jessie, now!

"Oooh, do I smell a visitor," he chirps.

"Look, stop playing games with me toad," I glare at him.

"Hmm, thats no way to talk to someone you need help from", he says.

"Great you know what I want, so give it to me", I say.

"Are we still talking about the same thing", he giggles.

"Who is the savior, I know you know," I say.

"Indeed I do", he smiles.

"Tell me", I exclaim.

"Whats the fun in that," he pouts.

"Listen reptile, I will skin you alive if you dont tell me," I grab his neck from behind the bars.

Just then the door swings open,and I quickly release him.

"Is everything okay", Y/n asks.

"Everything is fine. In fact why dont you take the day off," I suggest.

"Uhm, Okay," she says, a bit confused.

I give my most conving smile before she leaves.

"Now, where were we", I smirk at Jessie.

I figured I should tell Camila about everything, as far as helping me out and stuff.

I knock on her door and after a few moment she answers.

Her smile grows wider when she see's me and I feel this funny feeling in my stomach.

"Hey, you gotta moment," I ask.

"Actually yeah. Me and Sofi, were talking but-"

"Oh no, I can come back", I interject.

"No its fine really, she actually wants to talk to you," Camila says.

I nod and walk into the living room.

Blankets were set out on the floor, and the lights were dim and relaxing.

I smile and wave at the smaller cuban, who does the same to me.

"Sit", Camila whispers in my ear.

Jesus, build a fense, all around me everyday...

"So, I wanted to say im sorry", Sofi smiles sadly.

"Its all good", I say.

"No really, I understand you had a job to do. I was really rude before, and thats not me", she says.

"No hard feelings", I smiles genuinely and lean over to fist bump her.

"So, what did you want to tell me Y/n," Camila asks curiously.

"Well, it looks like you're going to be helping me out around the office," I smile.

Camila jumps up and starts squealing.

Sofi and I laugh, as the beautiful girl jumps around happily.

"Okay, Okay, calm down," I giggle, before gently pulling her back down.

Camila swings her legs across my lap, and I hold them there.

Soon Sofi and Camila start talking about nature and butterflies. Im not going to lie, I found it hard to pay attention.

Somhow, I began looking at my new freind.

She looks so effortlessly beautiful. The way her hair is tied in a messy bun, and her skin glows, makes me realise that I actually do hold feelings for her. I dont know why its taken me so long to discover that, but at the moment I dont care.

Her eyes are brighter than a million stars as she speaks with her little sister. She unknowingly plays with her lips as Sofi speaks, and I notice how soft they look.

I dont know what came over me,but I caress her the back of her head, feeling the softness of her hair. She tenses at first but then relaxes. She looks hesitant as she meets my gaze. I smiles at the slight blush forming on her tan cheeks.

Im feeling so many emotions, and all for Camila. I want nothing more than to tell her my feelings with a kiss. Fortunately, Camila remembers the third person who is sitting in front of us and breaks our staring contest.

"Um, what was that," Sofi asked in a really confused tone.

"N-nothing," Camila giggles.

At the sound, its like I returned to reality.

I like Camila! I LIKE CAMILA?!?!

"I- I uh gotta go," I say before getting up and running out of the house.

On top of the fact that im freaing out, it just started raining to make me feel worse.

I cant fall in love with her, I cant!

But what if I already have?

"Y/n WAIT", a soft voice calls out.

"What's wrong", her voice trembling.

"Go back inside, You might get sick", I say.

"Im not going anywhere until you tell me whats wrong", she says.

"Im scared," I mumble.

She steps forward and wraps her arms around my waist.

"Of what? Tell me please, I promise you can trust me," she says her eyes doey.

I think my feelings have developed way past the liking stage...

"Camila, I cant! I dont know why, but for some reason, I cant fight whatever this is I feel for you! I dont like feeling so vulnerable, I dont wanna get hurt! I cant get hurt! Thats why I have to go. Its why i need to stick to my one night stands. I want more than anything to be someone you deserve, but I can never be worthy.  Nobody can change me, im stuck like this forever, I ramble.

Camila looks at the ground and I break out of her grasp. Great I hurt her... I'm such an idiot.

I start walking away until I hear her voice again.

"Let me change you," she says.

"What," I ask.

"You said nobody can change you. And even if you didnt know it, when I said I wanted to heal my crush, I meant you. I know you're broken, I know everything wont be easy, but even after that, I still wanna be there for you. I wanna be everything you need. Please Y/n, let me show you how my love can make you feel," she speaks tenderly. Caressing my face at the end.

I know I shouldn't, but being with Camila, doesnt feel like something I will regret...

I find myself searching her face for any doubt, or question, that maybe she shouldnt do this, but I find none.

"Kiss me," she whispers while leaning in.

"What if I dont want to," I whisper back with playful smirk.

"You dont have a choice," she replies before crashing her lips onto mine.

I moan and let her dominate my mouth. It feels good to let someone else be in control for once. Her lips feel so incredible, I love the way she tastes. I could kiss her forever.

Camila slips her tounge into my mouth, and wraps her leg around my waist. I let my hand slide down her back and over her ass so I can pick her up completely. She starts kissing me more heatidly causing my heart rate to increase even more.

Suddenly the ground starts to shake and we pull away from the kiss. The emergency bell sounds and I place Camila back onto her feet.

I grab her hand before running towards my car.

I speed off towards my office.

"Lana? Whats going on", I ask frantically, Camila clutching onto my arm.

"A purple smoke is covering the city," she answers.

"NO! Its the curse! Its breaking," Romeo exclaims as he runs up to us.

We are in the parking lot of the station.

"What curse," Camila and I ask in unison.

"We will all know soon, So Lana, you better run," he smirks at her.

"What? Lana didnt do anything," Autumn defends.

that would explain how he got here.

"Here it comes", Camila points out.

Her hand starts to shake and I squeeze her hand.

"She looks at me," fear in her eyes.

I grab her face gently and connect our stare into her eyes. She melts into my hold.

"I love you," was the last thing she said before everything blacked out.
