"The Reflectors have struck again," Yeosang announces to the dining room that is now full with the three housemates and her bodyguards. "And..." he sighs, "it happened at the house across."

"Wait," Yunho frowns as he tries to make sense, "the house across... here? Right in Aurora Heights?"

Yeosang nods. "Anna Yoo's house, and it must have happened yesterday night. They only found out early in the morning at around 4 a.m., when one of the maids saw the message written across one of the mirrors placed near the foyer first. Only then they realized the Reflectors had come. They had to confirm by checking their belongings, and sure enough money was missing."

"Was anyone hurt?" Jongho asks, calm but there's a slight tone of alarm; defensive.

"No." Yeosang shakes his head. "It looks like they are sticking to their modus operandi to only leave the message as they rob them. They didn't even notice until they saw the message."

"Huh, so they are getting braver and bolder. There isn't any security impenetrable, proven by them, but to rob the house across the prime minister's house? That's a red flag," San gives his input as he worriedly looks at the three housemates, specifically the daughter of the said prime minister.

"But they only did it after Sir Bae has been appointed as the prime minister and has moved out of the house. If they are planning to target this house next, they're not going to get any name from being able to rob the prime minister," Mingi retorts. "Unless..."

All eyes turn to Danbi.

Danbi looks somewhat calm, or maybe it's just the fact that she tries to hide her expression, not wanting to precipitate the worry that's obviously hanging in the air as they sit for breakfast.

"Reflectors are said to be targeting those rich people who flout the law; meaning they won't attack those who play fairly. Is there a reason why Anna Yoo's house is targeted? Her parents are medical professors aren't they?"

Yeosang nods to confirm, not even having the time to pull out the chair as that's the first message he received from Anna this morning. No good morning texts, only the frantic message sent while at the same time assuring him that everyone is fine.

"They're medical professors, and as of now I'm not sure on why they're being targeted. They're still deciding on their next course of action. Whether they'd want to spread the news and let the reporters have a field day while coming up with various theories, or deal with it quietly," he states, "just like Soyeon decided to that day."

"Question," Hongjoong lifts up his hand as if he's in class. "That means the Reflectors have targeted the Bae household first," then he adds, "means that they have broken into Aurora Heights way earlier."

"Good point." Jongho leans forward as his eyes travel to Danbi, who still looks unperturbed by the whole situation. Is it because she's expected it to happen... or she knows that it would happen? "But it boils down to the fact that we are not sure whether the person Soyeon saw that night is a part of the Reflectors."

"Or whether there actually was a person there," Yunho adds. "Whatever happened that night seemed like a dream; no way to confirm it. The cameras didn't even capture anyone."

"Also because they're good at what they're doing," Seonghwa reminds them as his eyes flicker to his ring. He curls his left hand into a fist. "For all we know they could've hacked the cameras and presented a 'normal' scenery, where nothing would raise suspicions. They do their job quietly, no one realizes until it's too late and they get away with it."

No one notices how Danbi's hands are fidgeting under the table, that despite her face bearing no expression that could give her emotion away, her hands are displaying it clearly. She picks at the fabric of her shirt, rolling them in between her fingers as she scans the faces of those with her. She studies each of their faces discreetly, trying to pick up any subtle changes they display as they talk about the case with the Reflectors.

Seonghwa? She observes him. He seems to be very knowledgeable about the Reflectors; how would he know how things work inside unless he's closely related to them? He's not even telling us how he knew all those stuff.

The second person that raises her suspicions is Yeosang. Could it be that both him and Soyeon are a part of the Reflectors? He had always helped her escape, and what if he's only pretending that he didn't know where Soyeon went? Then she's reminded of the way Yeosang has been treating her after that afterparty, how he seemed to return to his cold self around her. Did he find out something? Did he connect the dots that I tried to erase?

Then her focus shifts to San. Choi San? He had been getting random calls and messages; it couldn't be the Reflectors could it? But if it were, he's not being so subtle about it. Reverse psychology? Being loud about the calls and messages he's received as a way to switch off the suspicions towards him.

Yunho or Jongho? Yunho and Jongho? Both of them look to be the least suspicious, but I have lived long enough to know that it's always those whom you didn't suspect in the first place. They seemed to be quite invested in the cases of the Reflectors.

But her thinking stops as she guiltily shifts her focus onto her two housemates; Mingi and Hongjoong. They have lived together for a long time and secrets are unheard of; it's like they've been sharing everything about them with each other without even having anything covered.

But that's not true. I've been keeping my lies from them and they have yet to find out. Unless, her eyes look away from them, they knew yet they simply lived on as if they're oblivious to it.

She presses her lips together as she hates the fact that she's even suspecting her own brother; the person she has spent all her life with. But she can't shake off the possibility, even more as she thinks back to the mysterious message she has received, intensified by the latest case of the Reflectors of the house across.

There must be a mole among them. There must be, and that is why the message was sent. Because they know what I'm doing, my every move watched.

There is a knock on the door and their discussion is halted, Wooyoung appearing while bowing. He looks around when it's obvious that he has interrupted something, so he stands while holding the door open.

"Did I... interrupt something?" he asks nonchalantly.

"What on earth are you doing here?" Seonghwa asks, tilting his head as he frowns. "You don't really have a reason to visit here anymore." He wants to add because your girlfriend is missing, but goes against it as he notices how it's inappropriate at this moment.

Wooyoung pushes his lower lip outward, stomping over to the table before sinking into one of the chairs. The rest of them still have their eyes on him, and they follow him until he starts sighing heavily, looking at Danbi pointedly.

"After that day when you... talked to my parents, they reacted strongly and we had a fight. So things aren't going well- it never really went well but it was bearable," he goes on, "and I don't think I can bear living in the same house as them."

There's a pronounced silence before Mingi breaks it.

"And what are you suggesting?"

"Is it fine if I crash here for a few days until I could sort things out and figure out whether I'd buy a new house or not?"

"No," Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yeosang, Mingi and Jongho say simultaneously. The rest keep quiet, still trying to wrap their heads around Wooyoung's proposition.

"You could have just, I don't know, crash into some hotel or something. Pretty sure you have a lot of money to even buy the whole building," Mingi grumbles. "Why are you looking to stay in the same house as us?"

Wooyoung's lips curl briefly and Danbi notices it; her suspicions is now directed at him.

Why is he suddenly asking to stay here for a few days, just right after the house across was robbed? Could he be... Her eyes flicker upwards, looking back at him and trying not to appear too much like she's about to analyze every detail of him. His own girlfriend's disappearance...

"I could be, but people can talk. You know, having this face means that people are always watching you, and going to a hotel to stay for a few days there? Rumours will start to fly. I don't want that."

"So your best option is to stay at this house? Where are all your relatives-" Seonghwa gets cut off.

"Like I said, no one should know. This neighbourhood is the best place to hide yourself." He looks so proud like he has managed to solve a piece of the puzzle. "And if Soyeon decides to come back here, I'll be here welcoming her."

"You know that you're speaking nonsense right now," Yeosang mumbles as he lifts up a hand. "This neighbourhood may not be the best place to hide yourself; the Reflectors have gone past the security and robbed the house across."

"Anna Yoo's house?" Wooyoung's eyes go wide as he straightens his body. "The medical professors?"

"Why?" Jongho asks. "You look like you know something. Like why they were being targeted."

"Well..." Wooyoung presses his lips together before he beckons for them to come closer. Despite being wary, they lean forward, eager to know what he's about to tell them. "I overheard my parents talking in the living room the other day, and it was about Anna Yoo's parents. Apparently they're caught up in a lot of scandals; covering up medical mishaps using money, working their way around their patients who planned to sue them, or even administering illegal drugs to them. It's a whole case blowing up among those in the medical scene apparently, but no one dared to say anything because you know, it might cause them to get exposed too. So it's like you keep my secret if I keep yours."

"Damn," Danbi enunciates. "Just how evil can people get?"

"So that's why Reflectors targeted them next..." Jongho says absent-mindedly as he picks up the cup and sips some coffee. "Slip up and the Reflectors are going to make you pay."

Yeosang thinks about Anna, how she must have been shaken up from the case and for them to report about the Reflectors means getting her parents exposed for their misdeeds. It's a hard issue to tackle and making one decision can lead to another than can jeopardize them. He decides to step out of the room, claiming that he's about to pay a visit to the house across to ask Anna directly and check on whether she's fine.

Danbi turns to Wooyoung, still trying to pick up on whether he has another reason for wanting to stay here, feeling that his request was simply made out of the blue. "What about Woosung then?" She's reminded of what the young boy had said to her, but keeps on a tight smile. "If you stay here for a few days who's going to send him to school?"

Wooyoung grimaces as he tries to reason it out with the rest. "I just- I needed a break from my family. I love Woosung with all my heart but I can't drag him in this war I have with my parents."

"The war that I caused," she looks guilty, "sorry."

He shrugs. "Not your fault; the war has been going on for as long as I can remember. Whatever you said that night, was whatever I had always wanted to say. So really, you're braver than me because you beat me right to it. I could never have the courage to talk back to them like that, even though that's what I've always wanted to tell them."

"Huh," is all she manages to say.

Mingi narrows his eyes as they go back and forth from Danbi to Wooyoung. These two are always seemingly like in their own world, speaking a language only both can understand and ignoring those around them. He clears his throat to capture their attention once again, and looks triumphant when Danbi breaks her eye contact with Wooyoung.

"Just because you're a billionaire it doesn't mean you can do whatever you like," Mingi sticks up his nose. "Knowing Danbi she won't give you her permission for you to stay, so I suggest that you start finding a hotel room to stay at."

"You can stay," Danbi says as soon as Mingi finishes talking, much to the other boys' surprise.

Mingi scoffs as he hears her words permitting him to stay, full of disbelief. "Danbi, did you really just give him permission to stay... just like that? You don't even know who this guy is, what his intentions are. Not to mention that you look like his girlfriend, so I don't trust him in not trying to do anything to you."

"I feel guilty for making his relationship with his parents worse, so this is just a gesture to say sorry even though it's nothing much. Having another person in this house won't hurt; we have more rooms than we have people."

Wooyoung looks somewhat relieved with her permission that he stands up fast, before claiming that he's off to go to work. He promises them that he'll definitely be back with his stuff later in the evening, and that he will try to act less as an intruder as much as he can. He just needs some few days away from his family's house, and then he'll decide what he can do.

Yunho chuckles in amusement at Wooyoung's eagerness, finishing up his breakfast as the billionaire leaves the seven of them in the room.

"You're really allowing your twin's boyfriend to stay in this house," San speaks up as he plays around with his breakfast. Lately he barely has an appetite, and it takes him more time to finish even half of a plate. He doesn't know what's making him lose his appetite; the persistent calls and now messages he's been getting, or the fact that he just thumped himself down with the thought of Danbi.

"I just felt sorry to him, plus if my twin trusts him enough... I guess I should too," she reasons it out. "It's just for a few days."

"A few days can change a lot, you know," Seonghwa says vaguely as he stands up at the same time San does. The difference is that Seonghwa's plate is empty while San still has some food on his.

Gradually each of them leave the dining room, with Jongho, Yunho and Danbi being the last ones. Mingi and Hongjoong are off to work. Even though the bodyguards have expressed concern on leaving Danbi alone, she assures her that she's not leaving the house for today as her schedule is empty. Despite insisting that only one of them would need to follow her, they settle with two.

Most of her schedules would only be filled with social activities, as for now she has yet to work. Truthfully, she misses shedding sweat and sometimes tears as she works, using all her energy before she goes back home to get greeted by her housemates. Now living in the huge mansion, despite having more 'housemates' she has never felt the gap between them so huge.

This was what you wished for, Danbi.

Are you regretting it now?

"Danbi," Yunho's voice takes her out of her own thoughts and he looks concerned at how she's been awfully quiet. "What do you plan on doing today?"

"I was thinking of spending some time in the library, maybe look around what kind of books there are. Reading might help clear my mind a little."

Danbi walks forward, already well-versed in the twists and turns of the house, now that she has fitted herself right in. But she can't be comfortable, not when Soyeon is still missing. Her own twin is missing, yet she's here staying in the mansion comfortably.

Jongho and Yunho trail her, looking at each other occasionally as they only communicate through their eyes or subtle body gestures. As Jongho does a gesture that points to her from behind, Yunho nods slightly as they come to an agreement. They continue following her.

When it seems that only the three of them are in the library, Yunho nods to Jongho. Perfect.

Danbi looks around the titles in the library, her mind mostly focused on her current account, little to the stories the library can offer. She's too busy thinking about the Reflectors aiming for the house across, and how there's a huge possibility that she will be the next target.

But I have done nothing; will they break their own rules in not attacking those who flouted the law?

No, stupid. You did something. Something really stupid and it all started in this house.

She randomly takes out a book, wanting to lay her mind off the troubles. She doesn't even notice what kind of book she's planning to read; all that she knows is that if she holds the book in her hands, she would forget about it.

It doesn't work though.

When Jongho is about to step forward, she receives a message on her phone, which causes the former to stop in his tracks. Still oblivious how her two bodyguards look restless, she opens the message and she feels like her heart is about to jump out of her mouth. She drops the book to the floor as she reads the message obviously directed to her.

Looks like we are closer than you think we are.

There is more than one line of message as she reads the next one, already slightly trembling from the shock alone.

How does it feel like, living a life of lies?

Shaking, she looks up to see Jongho and Yunho staring at her, yet she knows that right now they're someone different. Not the bodyguards whom she has met at first; they're taking on a different persona right at this moment. She can feel the tears about to run down her face but it gets stuck as Jongho steps forward.

"You walked right into a trap," Jongho utters as he picks up the book for her. "And they'll be coming for you next."

"Both of you," Danbi says as she steps back, unable to hide her trembling hands. "You're the moles," she pauses, "for the Reflectors. You're a part of them."

"We are, and looks like it's time you know all about it."
