chp.4)Teen Witch

POV)Brett

I had looked around for Cindy after she ran from the lunch room, I don't know what I was going to say... But I was going to try. At her home, her beat up car was in the driveway, it had a yellow spot on it from where the guys, on the football team, and I had spray painted it, on Mira's comand.

Mmm, Mira. She treated me like her dog, maybe I was her dog, she spoke I listened, not that I had a choice, not listening...well you learn from your mistakes, I guess. No, not her dog, she treated her dog better, Butter was it's name, everytime I came over it chased me, and Mira was happy when Butter did!

No, I came looking to Cindy to say sorry, for seven years of bullying, even though the door was most likey going to be slamed in my face. But strangly when I knocked there was no answer. Mmm.

I twisted the handle to find it unlocked. Wearly I made my way into the house and up the stairs, where I guessed I would find her. If I got caught I was going to get slapped, girls don't like breaking-and-entering, even though she was the one who left the door unlocked. I learned that twice, once because Mira didn't answer and had left her door unlocked and once because I came home and didn't yell to my mom, thinking I was a robber, she hid and smacked me with the frying pan when I had went past.

Upstairs I knocked on each door before I checked, nothing. At the last door I braced myself, she was either in it or downstairs, but wouldn't she have heared me? Maybe she had bad hearing.

I opened the door slowy, white walls, golden carpet, made bed. The room was plain, no need to ask who's room this was. Plain room for a plain girl. I stepped farther in and heared a crunching nosie from under my shoe.

Glass. Why was glass on the floor? I looked over at the dresser and recoiled, the glass in the dresser had been punched, my six year old brother had punched glass before, we never seen him since, mom had been so upset... Still is. It was the same crime sence, was it a kidnapper? Or was it there own actions?

*RING RING RING* I took a few steps out of the room and answered the phone. "Hello?"

"Brett where are you?" Mira's voice demanded, but I had no time for her.

"Cindy's house, she's gone, it looks like what happened to my brother, the crime." I said fanitly, lifting the hand that wasn't holding the phone to mess my hair up.

"I don't care Brett, you said you'd be here, now get over here, or else." Mira's tone had gone threating, and I could really careless.

"Fine," I snapped, "We'er over." And with that I snapped my phone closed, Mira was really a teen witch, then reopened it, pressing the numbers quicky.

"911, what's your emergency?" A female voice asked.

"Yes I would like to report a crime sence, the missing girl in qustion is Cindy White, seventeen. Adress Rocky Rode, sixth house to the right." I responed, breathless.

"Okay, EMT's and the police are on there way, place stay at the crime sence." Was her answer.

I had enough, not quite sure of what, but I slowy fell down, into pitch blackness.
