Raven's POV

I groaned as I walked out of my room in my civilian clothing.

Passion and Happy have been honestly jumping around in excitement! And it's giving me a terrible headache.

"Can you two stop jumping around up there! You're giving me headache!" I mentally screamed at them.

"I'm not even jumping! I can't anyways since I'm locked up in chains! It's all Happy!" Passion replied.

I rolled my eyes and walked into the common room to see my team and Bumblebee, Jinx and Kidflash just chilling on the sofa.

"Hey Rae" Bee greeted as she sent a peace sign in my direction.

"Hey Bee" I replied.

I strolled up to the sofa and sat next to Bee and Jinx.

"Heads up, Green coming this way" Jinx whispered to me.

"Why should I care?" I asked quickly.

Bee and Jinx looked at each other with arched eyebrows then at me.

"What?" I asked.

"Bro.......You know what we are talking about" Bee stated.

Before I could answer, a voice interrupted my sentence.

"What does she know?" Beastboy's voice cut right through our conversation.

A rush of nerves crashed upon me like a flood as I turned around to look at him.

"How amazing we are" Jinx stated as she sent a wink in my direction as I let out a sigh of relief.

Beastboy chuckles and replied; "Sure, whatever you say"

I sank down in my seat with relief crashing upon me like a wave until I felt an arm wrap around my neck. My face heated up when I saw the flash of green around my shoulders.

"Hey Rae-Rae, I was wondering if......maybe....."

He was cut off by the loud voice of Cyborg booming through the room.

"KAY Y'ALL LET'S GO!"

Beastboy slid his arm off my shoulders and I felt so weird without it.

I felt Jinx's bony elbow tap my side but I refused to look up to their grinning looks.

Beastboy's POV

I slid my arm off of Raven's shoulders hesitantly and turned around to glare at my bestfriend.

He noticed my glare and returned it with a knowing smirk.

"I promise Cyborg......I'll get you"

"Sure you will Grass stain anyways LET'S GO!"

I was about to walk towards the door when Raven's beautiful and intoxicating aroma filled my sense of smell as she strolled by with Bee, Jinx and Star. She smells like herbs and lilac.

I stood there, bound by animal instincts which were urging me to run up to the Violet beauty and hug her with all my might but I stayed in my spot unable to move.

"Beasty! Let's go!" Cyborg's voice rang but it still didn't bring me out of Raven's trance.

Right then, I felt Cyborg's robot hands lift me up and place me on his shoulders which was so embarrassing!

"Put me down dude!"

"Ey, you weren't moving and we gotta go so enjoy yourself"

"Aw dude! This is so embarrassing..."I whined as Cyborg ran to catch up with the rest of the group.

At the park...

I sat there under the shade of a tree's branches and leaves, pouting and glaring at the tin man cooking some hotdogs on the grill he bought.

"Glare as much as you want Grass stain! It won't do anything!"

I huffed and turned my head towards where my favorite girl sat with her book tightly grasped in her hands.

I watched as the slight breeze ran through her hair which resulted in her tugging it behind her ear.

I got up and strolled towards her with a smile.

"Hey Rae-Rae" I greeted as I stopped right in front of her.

She sat there, her eyes still skimming over the words of her book.

I huffed as I waved a hand in front of her face but still got no respone.

I sat next to her and huffed again hoping she would notice me but nope! So I sat there quietly, tapping my foot on the grass, when an idea popped into my head and a large, cat-like smirk stretched across my lips.

"Sorry Rae!" I shouted and quickly snatched her book.

I changed into a cheetah and sprinted out of there as I heard her yell.

"BEASTBOY!"

I turned my head to see her floating after me with a flash of anger and something else but I couldn't figure it out.

At least she noticed me....

I slammed into Cyborg who was standing there looking at me with a disapproving look.

"What?"

"Give her back her book" He replied as he crossed his arms and glared at me.

"But...."

"BB, what did I just say? Give her back her book man!" He boomed.

I changed back into my human form and lifted my hands up in surrender.

"Okay, okay! I'm going"

I walked up to Raven, my beautiful but angry beauty.

I handed back her book and rupped my neck as I apologized.

"Sorry Rae-Rae, I just wanted you to have fun but I took it too far, I'm sorry"

I looked up to meet her gorgeous amethyst orbs which weirdly didn't hold anger but it did hold something I still couldn't figure out.

"It's okay Garfield"

I blushed as my name left her lips. She's the only one that calls me Garfield and the only one I allow to call me Garfield. Yet everytime she says it, I blush.

"But maybe you would like to sit with me as I read" She said as she walked back to her spot.

I was knocked out of my state of shock by Cyborg, who pushed my shoulder, and I quickly ran after her with a goofy smile plastered on my face.

Wow, she doesn't know what she does to me.
