Author's Note: I did some research on the court system and I wrote down this chapter on a piece of paper before the final version that you see in this chapter.

A couple of weeks after Hawkmoth's arrest along with Ladybug and Chat Noir's announcing that their dating and a week later after Adrien and Marinette announced to their friends of their new relationship were walking to the bakery when Daniel walked up handing them a court order. "What's this?" Adrien asked. "I think it's from The Court and I believe you will be testifying the person that the CCPD's Anti MetaHumans Task Force are calling Hawkgreste." Daniel replies. "And by the way, Marinette, you're parents had to deliver a cake to the Chatteau Picard outside of the city. And thanks to them I got my hands on a new bike now I can deliver pastries just like my dad back home who delivers water around LA!" He adds before leaving to his apartment on bike as he gives Marinette the keys to the bakery. Adrien opens up the mail and said to Marinette. "Looks like we'll be missing that double date we've been planning with Nino and Alya on Friday."

Friday

"All rise to the judge." Said a security guard in The Court. "And please be seated." He adds as the Judge arrived. "In this court room, we have multiple witnesses and victims to the accused Hawkgreste." The Judge said as he sat down. "Now for our first witness please head towards the chair and only tell the truth." He adds as someone stood up. "My name is Chloe Bourgeois and I hate to say that this trail is taking time away from my favorite telenovela so please could you hurry it up." She responds as she took the oath to tell the truth. How many times did this man who's one trial Akumatized you and how did it feel?" Asked one of the lawyers. "For starters, he Akumatized me 3 times the last one was when I thought an akuma was going for my mother while the other 2 were caused by Ladybug because back then I was reckless and inexperience when fighting crime. If it wasn't for Ladybug showing the ropes to being a superhero during Malediktor's/ my dad's attack I wouldn't be so corrupt." Chloe explained before answering more questions until she left the chair. The time passed as the court questions Marinette, Alya, Nino, Adrien, etc... up to Caitlin Snow as she 'was the only one to keep her power' after being purified.

Barry went up to take the stand presenting the evidence against the accused. "One of our members known as 'Vibe' had a hunch when he touched 'Evil Frost' while protecting 2 of the miraculous heroes from her. Thanks to the clues he told us, we managed to single out windows that have a butterfly shape which led us to single out a few windows from cathedrals/ churches and one mansion. With Vibe's help, we manage to single it down from that list onto the Mansion because the window was at level to the floor and the windows from the other places are higher than the floor." He said showing all the evidence to the court along with the map used o triangulate the lair. "Sir the prisoner transport just arrived." The guard whispers to The Judge who lets the court know about the final witness.

The final witness arrived and Adrien jumps at the sight of his brother. "The final witness is here to take the stand." The Guard said as he pushed Felix up to the stand. "Mr. Felix Agreste, you were the only witness to your mom's murder." Said a Lawyer. "Yes that's right, and that memory of holding my mom's body while she was dying and on the day I was going to personally introduce her to my girlfriend." "Since then how was your relationship in the family?" "Since that night, father was no help except for my brother Adrien who snuck out of the Mansion to visit me in jail, where he told me that he wasn't allowed to  be outside of the house until mom's killer was caught and is on trial today." Felix responds with an angry look at his father. With that, he left the stand and as his father walked towards it.

Flashback:
A man with a dark suit disguise as a lawyer walked into Hawkgreste's interrogation room and with a push of a button, he pauses the camera's recording as he sat down. "Well brother looks like you've gotten yourself into a pickle wouldn't you say?" The man said to Hawkgreste. "I did not call you here to mock me Dante, I called you here to help me out with an escape plan." Hawkgreste replies as he started to tell him every single detail of the plan along with when and where he would be on trial. "Don't worry brother, I'll make sure that everyone will see the fireworks of your grand escapade." Dante replies as he left the room. The officer that was walking by looked at him and he said. "He was expecting the best lawyer of Paris not me and I'm the best lawyer that is always provided to convicts when they can't afford 1." With those words he left the station to his underground workshop to work on a bomb he always make for people who are going into a Witness Protection Program when it's time to fake their deaths.

Present:
"Mr. Hawkgreste according to the video we saw earlier with Ladybug explaining your actions, she also mentioned something about obtaining both her's and her boyfriend's miraculous." The Lawyer questioned Hawkgreste. "That is true."  He answered while thinking. "Come on Dante, I need to get out of here and look all over The Siene for the Moth Miraculous." "Could you please tell the court what you planned on doing with the miraculous." Another said as she stood up. "It was to bring back my wife and for her to accept decisions I feel are right." "Did you knew that Ladybug mentioned about a price to be paid if you use the miraculous wish?" She asked him again. "Yes I am aware of the risk because my wife was the only one to keep me in control when we used to be heroes before my sons were born and I just hoped that if the price is to be paid, it shouldn't effect either of my children." The Judge heard the explanation and asks for recess when a car bomb exploded shattering some of the windows! "Right on time Dante, hope you have a cover story for that car bomb." He thought as he used the confusion to knock the guard down taking the keys and gun from him as he makes his escape.

Once the explosion happened, Barry ran towards Marinette and Adrien grabbing them before a huge chunk of debris could hit them. The three under Marinette's lead ran a huge circle away from Paris heading towards The Guardian's base to grab some more help from the miraculous box. Meanwhile back in court, Cisco Ralph and Caitlin were helping the civilians get out of the wreckage along with some of the other members of Team Flash who were knocked unconscious by the blast. Dante Agreste was at another court on the other side of the city when he faked the reaction of why didn't the vehicle explode for a person who just entered the WPP and called his boss.
