"Hey Barry got a minute?" Asked Detective Joe West who just returned from a honeymoon in Paris with Cecile and their baby girl while Barry was finishing up a report with Ralph Dibny who was allowed back into the force until Joe West returned. Barry j7mped up to the familiar voice as he greets him with a hug. "Joe, how was your honeymoon?" He asked Joe while Dibny left the two alone bringing the report to Captain Singe without knowing that he was officially reinstated as a detective. " To put it this way, it was like Central City with their own metas and I ended up getting scolded by a teenaged girl while I was cuffing the villain." Barry laughed at the comment. "You getting scolded by a teenaged girl that's new first time you got scolded by someone younger than you was me when I got whammied by Prism few years back." Joe went on to continue his story about the trip and even showing Barry and Iris who just showed up the Ladyblog which Ralph noticed as he was smiling while adjusting his badge. "Guys what are you talking about?" He asks the three people surrounding the computer. "We were just comparing this Ladyblog and The Flash blog as you could tell the owner of this blog is going to be the next Lois Lane or your truly." Iris explains mentioning herself. "Good thing my shift is over and we should meet up with the others at STAR Labs for training and patrol." Barry said as he got up. "Also I think they would be interested in these videos on the Ladyblog." He added looking at the screen. Before they left to meet up with the others Joe gave both Barry and Iris Ladybug and Chat Noir style Pjs.

STAR Labs
"MetaHumans in Paris! I thought that we would be the only ones with MetaHumans to deal with aside from Star City!" Cisco said after taking a look on the Ladyblog. "These are not MetaHumans Cisco, They have jewels that gives them powers just like on my Earth but instead of these colors, take a look at Ladybug's earrings it's red with black spots, on my Earth it's black with red spots. Every time Papillon (my Earth's version of this Hawkmoth) gets someone into the fight against them, they only have 5 minutes before returning to civilian form." Cisco liked Harry's explanation and asks Joe if they could go to Paris to help out with the Hawkmoth threat. The detective agrees and sets up a conversation with Captain Singe who ultimately agrees after researching the Ladybug and looks up the blog. "We got the permission and I think we should start packing after this next phone call." Joe said as he dialed the Paris PD on his phone.

FLASH FORWARD

The team arrived in Paris after the long flight and were escorted into the Mayor's office to be briefed on the mission. After an hour in the office, They were surrounded by a lot of reporters who were asking questions while being escorted by the police to The Grand Paris Hotel. Once they got settled into their rooms, They decided to go out and explore the city using Joe as a tour guide. Barry was suggesting on going to a bakery when he saw a girl with 2 pigtails tripped herself on a corner and ran to her rescue just seconds before a car hits her! "You okay young lady?" He asked with concern. "Y-yes sir." She responds nervously as she activated The Akuma Alert App on her phone which was operating at the same frequency as The Meta Alert App, because Barry checked his phone to see the app active.

Barry smiled and said. "You must've detected a MetaHuman threat but I am not one of those dangerous meta who uses speed to steal due to my job as a CSI and a member of The Anti MetaHuman Task Force." Chat Noir arrived and threw Barry aside extending his staff to use as a shield defending the girl from Barry. "Hey Nathaniel did Hawkmoth turned you into someone from Glee along with new powers so you could take her away?" He asked confusing Barry. "For one, I am Barry Allen and two, I saw her trip and ran a ref to prevent an accident from taking place." Barry responds when his friends got to him not knowing that Caitlin was missing
Joe went up to him and places a hand on his shoulder and asked. "Barry is this cat giving you paw-blems because he is clawsing in on you for thinking that you are one of the many victims of Hawkmoth?" Chat laughed at Joe's cat puns as he apologize to Barry as he got on to his feet. "So I'm guessing your not under Hawkmoth's control?" "Just some meta who wanted to save people until The Flash showed up but at least the CCPD has the fastest CSI in the force." Barry said as Cisco came up. Oh really! Not one day and Barry is creating a scene instead of -. Hey where's Caitlin?" Asked Cisco before turning to Chat Noir. "If you're a hero Chat help us find her before something happens!"

A few blocks away, Caitlin couldn't catch up to the pickpocket who stole her last reminder of her late husband Rhonnie Raymond got away, and she drops to her knees in defeat wishing for Killer Frost who disappeared fighting a MetaHuman who controlled fire. Inside the secret room of the Agreste Mansion, Hawkmoth smiled as he powered up an akuma before releasing it only to arrive minutes later to Caitlin's necklace and a butterfly glow appeared on her face. "Hello Killer Frost, I am Hawkmoth, I will give you the power to get revenge on those who took everything from you, but in return you must get me the miraculous of both Ladybug and Chat Noir." "Thank you for bringing me back to the world Hawkmoth and I would personally deliver the heroes along with someone else that has come here to help them arrest you." She said smiling as a black mist enveloped her into Killer Frost. By then, Barry and Cisco were following Chat while the others were all over the other parts of the city. Chat through the corner of his eyes, noticed Caitlin's transformation into Killer Frost and immediately orders the two people accompanying him to get to safety. With those words, Barry takes Cisco to suit up at the STAR Labs Trailer to suit up and call on the others.
