The next day at school, Marinette was a bit upset with Chloe for disrespecting the bakery and her macaroons for Adrien. Obviously, she knew that Chloe was only being so mean today to impress her mother.

"Nothing is perfect enough according to you Chloe," Marinette said.

"If that's the best comeback you have, I'm not impressed Mari-trash!" Chloe scoffed.

That was a bad move and it made Marinette angry at that filthy nickname, "SHUT UP!"

Chloe backs off from her outburst.

"Your jealousy is making you foolish enough, Chloe. I don't care how much you torment me but everyone can see how much of a spoiled brat you are. And let me tell you something! You keep this up and you'll lose everything!" Marinette growled.

"Everyone adores me and one call from my daddy, I can have you banished!" Chloe scoffed.

"He's not the president you know" Marinette replied.

"You dare talk back at me?!" Chloe snarled.

"You dare threaten me?" Marinette glared coldly.

The others noticed the two arguing.

"I don't care if you're impressing your mother but you're wasting your time. There's nothing to impress" Marinette said.

"Just you wait, Dupain Cheng!" Chloe threatened her.

"Wow, I've never seen Marinette stand up for herself like that," Rose said quietly.

"She's....different" Juleka muttered.

"Very different" Rose agreed.

"Don't ever get on my bad side again or you'll be the one who is utterly ridiculous here" Marinette said.

"And I suggest you behave yourself, Chloe. I already told you before. Hurting Marinette means hurting me and everyone" Adrien said.

"PAH!" Chloe left in a huff.

"What?" Marinette faced Adrien.

"No more Mr. Nice Guy," Adrien said.

"Of course, Adrien. Serves her right" She chuckled quietly.

"How dare you!" Chloe felt betrayed by everyone.

"Face it, Chloe. You need to change your ways" Adrien said.

"Or risk losing the life you'll never have," Marinette said before leaving with Adrien.

"Why do I feel so brave and not cowardly lately?" Marinette wondered.

"Perhaps nature opened our eyes," Adrien said.

"And I don't feel nervous around you" Marinette also pointed out.

"And I don't feel afraid to speak up for myself," Adrien said.

"I guess we gathered enough courage," Marinette said.

A while later, government agents were called into Paris about an illegal alien that escaped from the space station and they believed someone had it. This made Ladybug and Cat Noir nervous if they were gonna check on them. After all, like in alien movies, they can detect aliens through human disguises. Even worse in Sci-Fi horror films of aliens hosting a human, they lose the person they love and have no choice but to kill.

"I have a feeling they are gonna come for us too, Kitty," Ladybug said.

"I'm afraid so," Cat Noir said.

"We cannot let them kill you both!" Symbug said.

"They are gonna experiment on us," Venom said.

"And I bet they'll know by using something noisy to find us," Cat Noir said.

"Or heat" Ladybug said.

"I rather get deaf than be burned," Cat Noir said.

"We can't let those men capture us," Ladybug said.

"They'll think it's in anyone," Cat Noir said.

"Or worse. Lila will try to slander us" Ladybug said.

"No kidding," Cat Noir said.

"We gotta get back home now and not let our superhero selves get turned in," Ladybug said.

"You got it, Bugaboo" Cat Noir said.

"This is a bad idea. It's like your father is gonna turn you in" Venom said.

"What if they take you from your parents?" Symbug asked Ladybug in her head.

"I can't risk them getting involved," Ladybug said.

"We need to go. Now" Cat Noir said before pole vaulting out of here.

At home, Marinette sat on her loft bed, thinking about the way her classmates looked at her standing up against Chloe. She truly wasn't herself at all like Symbug activated something in the mental brain. She never felt such rage and boldness towards Chloe before.

"She deserved that, didn't she?" Symbug appeared.

"The only question is did I deserve to speak up for myself like that" Marinette said.

"Yes. You showed her that you're not her plaything" Symbug said.

"But I came off as extremely rude," Marinette said.

"Rude or not, you have to show them who's boss," Symbug said.

"Lila is not gonna leave me be. She's always very obsessed with ruining my life just because I have a perfect life which I don't" Marinette said.

"Well, we made her look like a fool that nobody believes you have a symbiote" Symbug said.

"The opposite of her curse. If she tells the real truth, no one will believe her. Karma is a bitch" Marinette said.

"It sure is," Symbug said.

Adrien does not believe this at all when he tells his father that he does not want to see Lila again in the mansion. Lila obviously made a lie that she wanted to help Adrien behave better and Gabriel obviously was foolish to believe that lie.

Adrien knows what Lila is up to and if she's trying to seduce him like that, it won't work in him. The last time was extremely wrong at getting in his personal space and the time she took a selfie with him without his consent which led to his friend Kagami getting akumatized into Oni Chan.

They were alone in Adrien's bedroom and if scaring her didn't work, he's gonna have to make this haunt her.

"You got a lot of nerve to lie to my father to show up here. You're extremely a sociopathic bitch" Adrien glared.

"You can't hide from me, Adrien, I will have my ways," Lila said.

"You're one to talk" Adrien scoffed.

"I don't know what you mean," Lila said.

"You're the one to hide something, Lila. Like a liar you are, you always hide everything to avoid trouble by lying. Ever heard what happens when you become the Liar Who Cried Monster?" Adrien asked.

"Nobody will believe me?" Lila replied.

"Correct," Adrien said.

"If I wanted to, I can even convince your own father that you tried to rape me. And that's what's gonna happen if you don't end your friendship with Dupain Cheng" Lila threatened him.

"Ooh, she's extremely persistent and foolish to get on your bad side," Venom said in his head.

"Go ahead and try because if you do that, you lose your contract. Which means no modeling, no popularity, and if you get my father angry, he can get lawsuits to put a restraining order on you" Adrien said before 2 black tendrils came out of his back, "You should watch who you're threatening"

And the arms grab Lila and cover her mouth to prevent her from screaming.

"Don't eat her or it draws attention" Adrien said to Venom.

"Have it your way" Venom said.

Plagg in hiding can't come out or Lila will figure out he's Cat Noir and all hell breaks loose.

"She's definitely a definition of a bitch who will become the dead bitch soon!" Venom said.

"Wait!" Adrien saw something and the ringtone from Lila's phone blared which caused them pain to release her.

"Aaaahhhh!!!!" Adrien and Venom screamed.

Not long after Lila bites the tentacle to accidentally ingest it in her mouth.

She panted after getting released, "What the hell is that?!"

After recovering from the noise, he glared at her, "Your nightmare!"

"I'm out of here!" Lila ran away.

"That's it! She ain't getting away this time!" Venom took over Adrien.

He chased after Lila after assuming a form different from Cat Noir's version. Lila ran down the stairs as Venom chased her.

"COME HERE!" Venom lunged at her.

"Stop! She's heading outside!" Adrien said inside.

"She's seen enough and she bit me!" Venom said.

Jumping down from one car to another to sound the alarm before the government agents arrive to track down the alien.

"We're in trouble," Adrien said.

"She got away! That's impossible!" Venom lost sight of Lila.

"She better not call out on us," Adrien said.

"But she can't prove it's you behind me," Venom said before searching for her in the city, not caring if people saw.

He spots Venom Bug being chased by the government agents, especially for biting one of their heads off too.

"Milady's in trouble! Plagg claws out!" He turns into Venom Noir, his cat features appearing.

"I told you that these assholes were gonna experiment with both of us!" Venom Noir roared and roughly leaped up to the rooftops.

Venom Bug ran at full speed as the agents chased her.

Venom Noir jumped down hard on the van, "Bonjour, assholes!"

"Watch out! They got sound blasting shit!" Venom Bug warned.

"Fire!" One of the agents fires a sound gun at Venom Noir.

The reaction was making the transformation frizzle from the sound.

"RAAAAAAAAGH!" Venom Noir roared and grabbed the weapon, crushing it.

"Agh! It really hurts a lot!" Venom Bug roared.

"Don't let them get away!" The leader shouted.

"BITE THEIR HEADS OFF!" Venom Noir roared.

Venom Bug grabbed one of the agents and bit the head off.

"Retreat! Go! Go! Go!" The troopers yelled.

"Grab on!" Venom Noir grabs Venom Bug's hand and they swing to the rooftops.

"How did they find you?" Venom Noir asked.

"They almost detected my host!" Venom Bug said while swinging around to the rooftop.

"They aren't safe around here," Venom Noir said.

"We gotta protect them!" Venom Bug said.

So they ran to a warehouse and retracted inside their hosts, luckily Marinette was in her Ladybug form.
