No one noticed and neither have I until now. Lies can go against the liars who make lies about themselves or lies about things that are made up. Lies can also become a nightmare reality. Think of it like slandering a person too much but instant karma can strike back. Once is a start, twice is a curse, third time can be..well...death or breakdown. That's why we can't fight karma to get out of it. Something that Lila/Cerise will never learn later on in life by the time her actions pay the price of her mental psyche to become less and less human. If you don't take care of your psyche, you become lost to yourself into a monster.

Gabriel hired psychotherapists to see what's wrong with Adrien since he's been acting all weird this morning. Not obeying his father's demands, not even listening to him, and refusing to go to photo shoots which Gabriel had to cancel it, and Adrien was giving the very coldest glare but most emotionless Gabriel had ever seen. So far, the psychotherapists informed them that maybe it has something to do with his father either paying less attention to him and someone teaching Adrien to become a bad boy or that Adrien is behaving cruelly due to how his father pressures him so much against his will. They couldn't find out what was wrong with him but they believe that Gabriel is not putting much father's love for him.

Even Lila informed him that Marinette was also acting strange just like Adrien. It was like Marinette could predict Lila's moves and her attempts rather than not falling for her lies.

"How exactly?" Gabriel asked Lila.

"She seemed more hostile and fearless towards me" Lila explained.

"And Adrien?" Gabriel asked.

"He never wants to talk to me. It's like something in his eyes has no soul in him" Lila making a lie.

"Somehow it feels connected between the two. Is it Dupain-Cheng influencing him? I need you to keep an eye on her and Adrien to see what's going on" Gabriel said.

"That I will. And this time there's no escape for Marinette" Lila smiles darkly.

Even if she can frame Marinette again, she's unaware that this is not the Marinette she expected. She couldn't get Adrien all to herself because Adrien can't trust her with her lies or hurting the ones he loves. And she's unaware he has a symbiote in him.

Right now at school, Marinette and Adrien were not themselves at all. They were not interested in hearing Lila's world-traveling bullshit stories; so they left the classroom to not hear what she's gonna say to their friends.

"This is getting out of hand," Adrien said.

"Way beyond out of hand. She's up to something. I just know it" Marinette said.

"The way she looked at you again, yeah" Adrien agreed.

"She always targets me more," Marinette said, pacing back and forth from all her frustration.

"She clearly is obsessed" Adrien leans at the locker crossing his arms.

"I should've told you but you won't believe me," Marinette said.

"I'm sorry, Marinette," Adrien said.

"That's how she kissed me and then I fainted" Adrien remembered.

"Without respecting your personal boundaries the same way Chloe doesn't respect how you feel," Marinette said.

"She keeps blowing away every chance I give her," Adrien said.

"Yeah," Marinette replied and leaned against the wall.

"That bitch is definitely up to something, pal. It's like she thinks you're behaving strangely" Venom said.

Adrien looks around noticing Lila coming out of the classroom. He knows what she's gonna do and he's not going to let her change his mind ever again. Whatever lie she made up, he's not gonna let her hurt anyone again.

"Let's go somewhere else" Adrien suggested.

"Right," Marinette followed him.

Lila can see those two walking away like they are trying to avoid her. So she followed them. The symbiotes noticed that and made their hosts move faster.

"Whoa, slow down, Adrien!" Marinette exclaims.

Soon the two were out of Lila's sight. Marinette did want to leave Lila's sight so she doesn't go insane in front of everyone or Lila will twist up a lie to make everyone look convinced that Marinette is the liar.

"I can't let her do it again" Marinette was about to leave.

"Marinette, what if this is a trap?" Adrien grabs her wrist.

"Then we'll be prepared," Marinette said, nearly blushing at the grip of his hand.

"I have an idea to teach her a lesson. If she wants what she wants, well, be careful what she wishes for" Symbug said and Marinette silently agreed to the idea.

"That bitch is too persistent. Let's give her what she can't expect" Venom said.

"Let's split up," Adrien said and Marinette nodded and headed her own way.

Lila saw that and she had to choose who to go after. Gabriel was counting on her since he hired her to spy on Adrien for the modeling exchange and if she failed, Gabriel would see her useless.

"Adrien it is then" She followed Adrien.

But Venom sensed Lila coming and he made Adrien get ready for an ambush. Adrien had to act dull and emotionless but also to scare Lila and make her wish she learns what happens when liking a model for popularity turns into a nightmare, especially when lying to herself for that.

"There you are, Adrien" Lila found him.

Adrien stood silent in the boiler room and the lights flickered for it to become scary and Adrien disappeared.

"Yes?" He spoke out creepily.

"Where are you?" Lila lost sight of him when it became dark.

"I'm already here. Would I lie?" Adrien said everywhere.

"No, of course you wouldn't" Lila searched for him.

"It's not every day as it seems to be," Adrien said.

Then the lights came back on.

"We better get into class again now, Adrien" Lila said.

"Don't play coy with me, Lila" Adrien lurking around.

"Stop this, Marinette has driven you crazy!" Lila got freaked out.

"You lied to the school about us as a model couple. Let's turn that lie into a reality" Adrien said with a distorted voice.

"What the?!" Lila gasps at his voice changing.

"Far too late to change your mind, Lila. You always wanted me as your human trophy. You always wanted to model with me but what happens when it becomes a nightmare?" Adrien lurking again.

"What do you mean?" Lila asked.

"What I mean is you love to make a bunch of lies for personal gain but what happens when your lies go against you" Adrien explained about instant karma.

"I was just joking!" Lila lied.

"Joking?! PAH! Don't make me laugh!" Adrien's voice got deeper.

Lila screamed when she turned around and saw Adrien looking like a menace and it was definitely not Adrien himself.

"Do you know what happens when you lie to people but also lie about yourself?" Adrien asked, frightening Lila good.

"Serious consequences?" Lila replied.

"Worse" Adrien cornered her to the wall, "Your lies become your worst nightmare and nightmares can haunt you. Ask yourself. Would you love Adrien as something he's not?" Adrien said, slowly revealing 4 black tendrils coming out of his back.

"N...No....What the hell are you?" Lila asked.

"We're not just Adrien....We.....are...Venom!" Adrien said, scaring the hell out of her, "So you did lie to me about loving me which is just to toy my feelings!"

Lila started to tremble in fear and couldn't get out of his way.

"But it's far too late to change your mind, Lila. Like I said, your lies can go against you. Unless you want to make another lie, be my guest. It won't save you from getting out of trouble" Adrien smirked evilly.

Lila then ran off screaming, making Adrien chuckle that nobody was gonna believe her either that he got a symbiote too.

"That will teach her," Adrien said.

"I think she might tell your father about this," Plagg said.

"She has no proof," Adrien said.

"But she's very sociopathic. I know it! You told me your stories of what she does" Venom said.

"Well, it was time I put her in place," Adrien said.

Lila ran inside the library to catch her breath at whatever she saw from Adrien and she sure thinks he's being possessed by a ghost or a demon.

"How am I gonna explain this to Gabriel?" She thought.

She heard laughter around here and it sounded like Marinette doing the same as Adrien tried to do.

"Oh, you're still gonna pull the wolf in sheep's clothing thing, are you?" Marinette asked creepily.

"It's what I do when I get what I want, Dupain Cheng!" Lila said.

"Your lies won't save you. They will betray you" Marinette giggled darkly.

"Show yourself!" Lila demanded.

"Do you know why you're a sociopathic liar, Lila?" Marinette lurks around.

"Let's just say that I see it as a powerful superpower," Lila said.

"But it can also betray you. If you lie about people becoming monsters, monsters will be your nightmare. If you lie about a sprained wrist, someone will make that into a real one. If you lie about tinnitus, you'll suffer how it truly feels to you" Marinette said.

"You think you are trying to scare me?! It won't work!" Lila getting creeped out.

"Just like you tried to do the same to me in the bathroom once? Now you know how that feels" Marinette's voice went distorted.

"Where are you?!" Lila looks around frantically.

"Tell me, Lila. Why do you hurt me so much?" Marinette said.

"Because you're a potential threat," Lila said.

"I'm the potential threat? Who got willingly akumatized and it's not me" Marinette said.

"I did because I trust Hawkmoth to give me the power that I desire," Lila said.

"You forget he can take powers away. He's not generous nor trusting but only uses victims as puppets. I've seen my friends get de-akumatized and don't remember the events. Just like you don't!" Marinette appeared behind her, "And you did that out of evil, not desire"

"Ah!" Lila was startled by her.

"Just because everyone sees me as a special girl doesn't mean I'm famous. I never had a perfect life and neither did Adrien! You think ruining my life will make you famous?!" Marinette yelled.

"What are you doing?!" Lila got scared.

"Teaching you a lesson to make sure you don't try to ruin my life or Ladybug's. Especially lying to everyone for personal gain! It's not that fucking hard, to be honest! I don't know why you can't respect people's individuality but destroying lives will never be enough for you" Marinette said before appearing menacingly.

This creeped Lila out more, "You'll regret this!"

"The only thing you'll regret is what you put upon yourself. Not me, not Adrien, not those you've hurt. You, and only you" Marinette said before her eyes shifted black to normal, "What's worse, no one will ever believe you" She added.

Lila was at a lost for words, "Everyone will always believe me!"

"Go ahead and get me expelled. I dare you. See what happens when everyone can see how obsessed you are with only targeting me than anyone else" Marinette said with a demonic voice.

Lila then ran off in fright after being threatened.
