Adrien was still forced to come to his father's office, and he did not want to see Lila there. Whatever lie she told Gabriel, Adrien didn't want to be told what to do with Lila at photoshoots as his punishment.

"What now?" He asked.

"This has gone far enough! You disrespected Lila!" Gabriel yelled.

"By preventing her from getting Marinette expelled again?!" Adrien protested.

"I did no such thing!" Lila protested.

"You did! I can't prove it but that fake heirloom necklace I recognized was from you and Marinette is no thief! Everywhere I go with Marinette, you sabotage my life just to have me as your human trophy or some prize to be won!" Adrien nearly lost it.

"Should I eat her now?" Venom asked in his head.

"No" Adrien whispered.

"You are to spend time with Lila! She's trying to protect you from bad influence!" Gabriel said.

Adrien chuckled insanely at what his father had just said to him, going completely insane to think his father was doing what was best for him.

"For me?! Hardly!" Adrien scoffed in disbelief, "You only care about your work! You don't care about me or anyone! And you Lila, you only care about yourself! I know you tried to hurt Marinette to remove her from the picture! Hurting Marinette means hurting me!" Adrien yelled before he almost felt his darkest desire.

Lila flinched at his rage. Gabriel has never seen his son go mentally mad and he can't even reason with him to do what he should be doing. He's not being as obedient as he should be.

"Get out, Lila. I want you out of my life" Adrien said, breathing heavily.

"But I..." Lila was cut off.

"NOW!" Adrien said angrily.

Lila ran out of the office in fright.

"And you, father. Never get on my bad side again" Adrien said with a distorted voice.

"What happened to your voice?" Gabriel noticed.

"What voice?" Adrien does it again before his eyes go black for a few seconds, "I lost my father for a year" Adrien said before leaving the office.

"Good show, Adrien" Venom said proudly.

"I don't know what came over me," Adrien said.

"Either he did the talking or you let anger do the talking," Plagg said.

"Maybe both," Adrien said.

After entering the bedroom, Venom comes out from Adrien's back, "Your father needs to learn his place. And that woman needs to learn to see what you're struggling with. I see too much loyalty with him"

"Yeah, and you showed me that I could stand for myself. Without biting everyone's head off" Adrien said.

"Plus, you can't reveal yourself to everyone," Plagg said.

"Did I give away too much?" Venom asked.

"Probably a little. That was not me at all to speak up against my father" Adrien said.

Marinette was talking to Alya since her BFF wanted to know what exactly happened with Lila but Marinette refused to explain since Alya barely believed her.

"I told you, Alya. I needed space but she had to pressure me, that's all. And seriously, would I turn into a monster? There's no such thing as people turning into horrifying monsters" Marinette said.

"No, of course not. You've never been akumatized" Alya said.

"You can't always believe every single thing Lila says, Alya. You barely know her at all at what she does. To top it all, you've known me longer than her and you should know that I wouldn't do such heinous acts. Chloe may be a bully all the time but I never do something violently aggressive to her" Marinette said.

"Nobody likes her," Alya said.

"And I don't do something violent to solve the problem. Whatever Lila told you, it's obvious that she wants you to believe what I did but do you have proof or evidence?" Marinette asked.

"Well, no" Alya said.

"See? You can't jump to a conclusion without proof. Gossip and rumors can be very hurtful at times when not verifying sources. I get you want to be a reporter but you need more experience. Just like I'm trying hard to confess my feelings to Adrien" Marinette said.

"You have all the time in the world, Marinette" Alya said.

"That friend of yours is too gullible," Symbug said.

"But you better learn to not rely on lies. I just don't trust Lila. No matter how many times I stay out of trouble from her, she makes everyone believe I threatened her just so she can lie her way out of trouble" Marinette said.

"Maybe you just need to give her a chance" Alya suggested.

"I don't trust her" Marinette replied.

"Maybe she just needs a friend," Alya said.

"Maybe" Marinette replied bitterly.

Alya could tell Marinette still didn't trust Lila.

The next day, Gabriel informed Nathalie that Adrien was acting stranger than usual and he was becoming less obedient.

"He's becoming more resistant to me," Gabriel said.

"So far, you're the one to upset him more when he is not comfortable around Lila," Nathalie said.

"He doesn't respect her," Gabriel said.

"And neither do you respect his opinions. You can't force him, Gabriel. If what Adrien says how he feels, it's obvious that he doesn't like her near him. As I remember, Lila did trick me into letting her come into the mansion without your permission. She's two steps ahead of everything" Nathalie said.

"I'm gonna look into the matter," Gabriel said.

"And don't forget, you got into this mess, you get yourself out," Nathalie said.

"I am doing what's best for Adrien and I expect better from him than what he wants" Gabriel glared.

"He's not a puppet, Gabriel. He's a child and a child needs to explore their own interests outside the house. That's what Emilie wanted and we promised her" Nathalie said, knowing that Gabriel was wasting his time on getting the miraculous and less time seeing Adrien grow up without parents.

Adrien overhears nearby and leaves to clear his head as Cat Noir.

"I'm detecting frustration," Venom said.

"Shut up. I'm frustrated that I feel like an orphan without a father to look after me" Cat Noir jumps out the window to clear his mind.

He ran on the rooftops and suddenly Venom made him stretch out a tentacle to swing to the next rooftop.

"Whoa! The hell are you doing?!" Cat Noir exclaimed before landing.

"Just assisting," Venom said.

Cat Noir spots Venom Bug climbing up the Eiffel Tower, "What's she doing there?" He rushes over there.

He's not gonna lie but that symbiote form of his lady was more feminine and sexy but still deadly.

"MEOW!" He leaped up the tower.

"Pussycat," Symbug said.

"Don't call me that. You better not mess with my lady nor try to bite my ass off" Cat Noir glared.

"I'm not gonna hurt her nor reveal who she is," Symbug said.

"Get that tongue away from me. Just don't try to ruin her life as well as mine. We are heroes, not predators" Cat Noir said.

"And not killers at heart" Symbug's face retracted to reveal Ladybug's.

"The hell? Okay, just please bring my lady back" Cat Noir demanded.

Symbug fully retracted into Ladybug, "Much better" Ladybug said.

"I feel like I'm going very insane thanks to my buddy living inside my ass," Cat Noir said sarcastically.

"You should thank me for saving your ass from a hard life you're going through!" Venom said.

"Yes, I thank you for making me grow a backbone," Cat Noir said.

"I nearly feel like I'm speaking up for myself without looking like a maniac," Ladybug said.

"Tell me about it. I never yell at anyone" Cat Noir said.

"Unless needed to," Ladybug said.

"Let's not give away our identities, please," Cat Noir said.

"I'm not. But I can't end up in a mental hospital if anyone sees me talking to myself too much" Ladybug said.

"You suggest we'll stay quiet?" Symbug asked.

"Yes," Ladybug said.

"I cannot look foolish again. It can draw suspicion" Cat Noir said.

"Fair enough," Venom said.

"But we can't let Hawk Moth know," Ladybug said.

"Or else he'll take advantage of the symbiotes," Cat Noir said.

"Yes Kitty, you're right," Ladybug said.

"We can reproduce asexually. We are genderless" Symbug said.

"Okay, that's new," Ladybug said.

"But we cannot do that unless necessary. However, bleeding can actually do worse to create" Symbug said.

"That doesn't sound good" Cat Noir got worried.

"So you mean if a small part of you is left behind, it creates a spawn?" Ladybug guessed.

"Something like that," Symbug said.
