Description

        This is an Alternate Universe in which Adrien Agreste is a bully while Felix is not.  Adrien is still Chat Noir, and Marinette is still Ladybug. 

 What happens when Felix discovers Marinette's importance to him?

Felix's  POV
    

    I  went past the fountain at school, but I was not supposed to be there. 

 I had been expelled from school because I was accused of something I had not done.

  The whole thing was a misunderstanding because  I did not mean to overhear the conversation.

  Honest, it was a mistake.

    I  reflect on the moment as the one in which I met her.

 By her, I mean the girl who believed in me when no one else did.

  The girl was rejected by the person she looked up to, and he bullied her.

    "Hey, what is going on here?" I shouted.

    "What is it to you?"

    "It means a lot to me."

"What does, the girl?"

   I  saw the tears and shocked look in her eyes.

    "What are you doing here, Felix?" She spat the words.

     "I was passing by trying to find a way to prove that I wasn't the one who should have been expelled when I found him hurting you."

    "How dare you take out your anger on a sweet, pretty, smart, and all-right, dynamite girl."

    "Master Fu was wrong to trust you."

 "You do not deserve the cat miraculous, and you do not deserve her either."

   "What is he talking about  here, Adrien?"

    Adrien still had a tight grip on her wrist, and she wanted to know what I was talking about. 

       "Nothing, because just like you, he is a nobody."

      I felt myself hit hard in the chin.

 Then, much to my embarrassment, I passed out before I could defend her more.

    I came to the hospital, and I was surprised to see her.

        "Marinette, what are you doing here?"
      

I was shocked to see the bluebell girl of my affection nearby.

 "Where is Adrien?"

   "He took off after he clobbered you."

    "It figures."

 "So, why did you stand up to him like that anyway?"

   "Look, I did not put the dead rat in your locker or the mean notes."

 I  discovered Adrien did all those  horrible things, and I was only trying to prove it."

     "I am sorry you were hurt because of me."

     To my surprise, Marinette had tears in her eyes, and I never knew before that moment she cared about me."

      "M-Marinette, do not cry because it will be okay."

     " He is still out there."

   "I know, but ladybug will find a way to see that he does not harm anyone else and..."

     I saw her shake her head.

      "What ?"

   "Ladybug is all he ever talks about."

 " It is always Ladybug this and Ladybug that, but did he ever get to know the real her?"

"He never did."

           I supposed I should have seen it all along. Marinette is Ladybug.

     "Do not worry, polka dot, I won't tell anyone."

      "So, you know, huh?"

    "Yes, but I know you mean more to me than anyone."

   "It is because I am her, isn't it?"

"Oh, no, Marinette, it is because I meant all I said to Adrien and more."

     "The only girl I care about is one dynamite girl because she is you."

      Marinette giggled.

     I supposed being friends was a good place to start.

  One week later, I was out of the hospital.

  I heard Marinette's voice calling for help.

    I went to see who it was and almost fainted.

     Chat Noir stood over her with a knife.

    Things just got real.

        I slammed his arm into a wall, and he dropped the weapon.

       "What has gotten into you, Chat?"

" Heroes are supposed to help the damsels in distress."

        Chat Noir ran off, but  I ran after him, tackled him to the ground, and he was arrested.

         Before they took him away, I removed his miraculous to return to Master Fu.

 I sighed when I saw the villain was Adrien Agreste.

       "Hey, kid, she likes you."

     "Shh, Plagg, she might hear you."

Later, I hear a conversation between Plagg and Ladybug.

"What do you think, think he has what it takes?"

   I look at Plagg, then at her.

"What is going on about here?"

"I think he means you are the next Chat Noir."

"Me, but...I could not possibly."

I took the ring and kwami to Master Fu.

 I  couldn't possibly be Chat Noir.

I arrived home and saw a familiar box. 

 "Wow, that sneaky old man!"
 

I opened it and saw a friendly face.

"Missed me?"

"Plagg?"

"Yes, Felix, it is me."

 " Master Fu felt you were the best replacement for Chat Noir."

"After all that happened today, he regretted giving Adrien the ring."

   "Wow, but how would I keep Ladybug from recognizing me?"

"You will look different transformed, silly."

So that is how I came to be Chat Noir.

I   transformed shortly because of more screams.

I saw Ladybug being cornered by two crooks.

   "Need a little help, m'lady?"

   Ladybug looked up in amazement and blushed.

   "You could have come at a better time."

    "Oh, and call me Chaton."

"Sure thing, Chaton."

     "So, can I call you polka dot?"

She nodded her head.

 I saw another blush appear as she formed her lucky charm.

 After we defeated the villains, I ran off.

 I checked to see if I could find proof of my innocence.

   Marinette saw me standing under the tree in the schoolyard right next to the water fountain.

    "Felix, I have been looking all over for you."

  "The principal says your name has been cleared, and you may return to school immediately."

   "Wow, how can I ever thank you, Marinette."

 "Do not thank me, thank ladybug."

   I smirked,  very funny, "my little polka dot."

      I  saw her blush.

I made sure to sit next to her in class.

After school, "Marinette, since when have you and the new boy been friends?"

"Yes, I never heard you talk about him before."
 

"He is cute."

"Does he have a girlfriend?"

"I do not know."

I came up to her. 

"Girls, girls, this newbie is honored by all your attention."

 "I know only one girl grabs my attention, and that is my little polka dot."

   I boped Marinette gently on the nose as I spoke.

"F-Felix, I did not see you come out here."

I  lifted her chin in my hand gently.

  "M-Marinette, will you will you be my girlfriend?"

  "Yes!"

I smiled.

" Good, because I have been waiting to do this."

  I leaned in and kissed her luscious lips.

  I sighed a little as she kissed me.

  "M-Marinette..."

"F-Felix..."
