Description:  Chat Noir had not spoken to her in weeks. Marinette was rather upset. Had she done something wrong?  

      Marinette's POV:

       I  sit on my bed in tears.

       I  know Chat does not cheat.

       I mean, he could not, right?

       "Marinette calm down," Tikki says in an attempt to comfort me.

         Sniff, sniff, "Chat hates me."

         "I mean, he must have moved onto some other girl without telling me."

          "Do not be ridiculous, Marinette. I am sure there is some other explanation!" Tikki blurts out.

          "He has not texted, called, dropped by, emailed, or face chated in days."

            I  continue to cry.

           "Nothing could make me happy again. Nothing."

           I hear a tap on the trap door.  I ignore it.

           I hear a voice say, "Purrincess, let me inside!"                      

           I  wipe my tears away with my arm.

          "C-Coming, Chat!"

           I unlock the trap door and pull it open.

           Chat comes inside with this huge dopey grin on his face. He closes the door and locks it.

            "Hi, purrincess!"

           "Where have you been?"  I glare at him with my hands on my hips.

              Tikki is hidden, so Chat does not accidentally see her.  I have told him I am Ladybug.

                "Princess, your eyes are all wet. Goodness, sit down."

                I do as he says though I am still a bit confused.

             "Princess, why are you sad?"

            I do not say a word as he places a gloved hand on my chin.

           "Come on princess, I should think you would be happy to see me."

            "Well, she is!"  I  gasp when Tikki answers from her hiding spot.

             "Who spoke?"

              I laugh as Chat looks around the room for the voice.  

             I  press a button on a recording machine in the room. It so happens it is Tikki on there singing, "Plagg, is my life!  Oh, Plagg I do love you!  Doest thou love me?"

             "Princess, who is that loves Plagg?  I believe you have some explaining to do?"

           "Me explaining to do. You are the one who has not visited me in ages or spoken to me in weeks." 

              Chat tilts my chin and kisses me.  I  stand there surprised. I return the kiss.

               "C-Chat, I thought you found someone else. I was sure you did not want me in your life anymore."  

            "Princess, I am sorry.   I should have come sooner, or at least contacted you. My father took my phone from me, and he sent me away for a month. I was not thrilled about it."

           "So, you are not here to break up with me?"

           "No way, I came to tell you something important. I love you, Princess!"

              I  stand there in amazement with a stunned expression.  

             Chat smiles, holds my hand, as he gets on one knee, and pulls out a box.

               "Marinette, my princess, and girlfriend of two years, will you make me the happiest boy, and cat ever by marrying me?"

              "Yes, oh, yes, Chat!"

             "I love you, too!"

              I call my parents who were out of town on a business trip.

            "Marinette, that is fantastic!"

           "My daughter is going to be Misses Noir! Yes!"

            "Do not get married without us, now!  We want to make the cake!"

               "I  plan to be there to walk my daughter down the aisle as she marries her prince Chaton!"

             "Chat my parents are happy for us!"

            "Good, cause I am happy for us, too, Marinette!"
