      Marinette's POV:

     I  ran smack into someone's chest. I looked up and saw his green eyes. It seemed as if they glowed to me.  Had I imagined it? Who was the hunk of a man that belonged to the eyes? I thought.

   "Hi, there Miss, I am Felix Graham Da Vanily," He said.

      "I am Marinette Dupain-Cheng," I told him.

     "Marinette, whoa, that sounds like a beautiful name for an equally beautiful lady," Felix said.

  "You sound like a flirt," Marinette said. Good thing he did not hear me call him a hunk. Marinette thought.

     I heard a noise and Felix pulled me with him. We stood inside a small enclosure. It looked like someone's tool shed. Had he brought me in here to kill me? I began to tremble.

    "Marinette, relax, I came in here to get away from the crowd," Felix explains. "Crowd, what crowd ?" I asked. "It is the crowd that came to see the unveiling of the Chat Noir statue" He stated.

       I smiled at him.  I suppose I could help him stay away from his fans for now.

     "Felix, what do you enjoy?"  I asked him.

   "I enjoy reading, design, cookies, macaroons, the beach, the mountains, and swimming,"  Felix said.  I offered him a macaroon because it had only dawned on me I had a box with me.

      Felix ate it. I wondered what he thought of it. I needed not have worried about it.  "Whoa, Marinette you are a great baker," He said. I blushed.

    After that day, Felix and I wrote to each other. We also found ways to meet up. Neither of us told anyone else about the other. We figured this way maybe the paparazzi would leave us alone.

      "Marinette, you are beautiful, " Felix said. I blushed. No one had ever called me beautiful except for my parents, but I don't think that counts.  

      Felix reached up and tucked a hair behind my ears. I saw him lean in and did the same. Before our lips could touch, someone came by and said, "Felix, are you going to introduce us to your girl?"   I could tell he was annoyed but tried hard not to show it.

    "Sure, Mom and Dad this is Marinette Dupain-Cheng, she is my girlfriend, and Marinette this is my parents Amelie and Jeff De Vanily."

   Marinette shook hands with my dad, and then with my mother. I smiled proudly. I hoped this meant they had accepted her. I had no plans to break up with her. If anything it was quite the opposite.

   One year after we started dating, Marinette turned to me. "What would you do if I said, I am in love with you, Felix?"  She asked. I teased her, "I would say, I love you too. Then, I will probably ask you to marry me. So, Marinette Dupain-Cheng, my darling girlfriend, and girl that I love, will you marry me?"  Felix asked. I thought it was a joke so I laughed. Then, he held out a ring and I knew then it was real.  I put on the ring, leaned in, and said, "Yes, I will be happy to marry you, Felix." Then he kissed me. I kissed him.

      That was two months ago, Today we were eloped because my mother had died when I was sixteen and my father had remarried. My stepmother disapproved of Felix.  Anyway, now it is us together; Felix and Me. 

       One year after our elopement, I read the test and squealed, "Yes!" Felix came behind me and hugged me. "Yes, what?"  He asked. "Yes, we're having a baby," I said. Felix held me, kissed me, and said, "Wow, that is great! We will be parents, Marinette, sweetheart."
