Chat grasped Ladybug in his arms. "This must be the side effects that...Ladybug's kwami was talking about," Chat Noir told him about. "Thank you for the help," Chat Noir said to Mr.Agreste's assistant, "But we've really got to go." Chat picked up the now red piece of paper that once healed the akuma and shoved it in his pocket. 

Chat Carried Ladybug out of the house bridal style. He gazed at her soft skin, mesmerized within the galaxy of freckles on her fair skin. He had to take his lady somewhere, but he didn't know where. He couldn't bring her up to his room because Natale would check for Adrian there next. he didn't know where she lived so taking her home was out of the question. 

Chat jumped on the roof of his large house with his Ladybug still in his arms. He then jumped from roof to roof until he was far enough from his own house. The cat gently set Ladybug down. She looked so...calm. 

"Beep...Beep..." Ladybug's miraculous beeped, it's last dot disappearing. 

"Oh no," Chat Noir muttered to himself. Chat quickly turned around as he heard the all too familiar sound. Ladybug was in her civilian form. Chat knew he shouldn't look. Ladybug wanted it to be a secret after all. Plagg would also scold him if he did. But, he also couldn't leave her on a random roof in the middle of Paris alone. Chat sat down, back turned to his love. 

It was a pretty chilly day, and the super suits didn't do much for heat protection. Chat blew warm air into his hands then rubbed them together. In a desperate attempt to stay warm, Chat shoved his hands in his pockets. There he felt the red paper that was in his Lady's pocket. 

Despite every fiber of his being telling him not to read the paper he did. 

Every work Chat read broke his heart a little more. He rejected his crush...for his crush? Chat couldn't take it. He turned around and sure enough his dark haired classmate was laying before him. Her kwami laid right next to her. 

As his mind comprehended what he was seeing, Chat realized he had been so blind. Ladybug and Marinette shared their dark hair and bluebell eyes. Ladybug had interacted with basically everyone at his school except for Marinette. (Except for the time traveling incident, but... that was a mess) She was always late, she acted like she knew Chat Noir. 

Ladybug is Marinette. 

Marinette's eyes fluttered open. As Chat saw this he whipped his head around. "Ch-Chat?" Marinette asked. 

"I'm sorry...M'lady. I've been blind," Chat muttered just loud enough for Marinette to hear him. 

Marinette looked at her clothes and realized she was in her civilian form. "Chat...you haven't looked at me...right?" 

"I...I don't think I've ever looked at you properly m'lady," Chat suddenly let his hero form go. 

"Wait, Chat don't!" But it was too late. Chat became Adrian and quickly turned around to face his Ladybug...his love.

"Adrian?" 

"Marinette."

Not quite a one shot but what can I say...I like chapters. If you're more into one shots I will write some of thoes too, but I won't be writing too much as of right now. Camp Nanowrimo is coming up and I'm doing a completely different story for that soo...If I run out ideas for nanowrimo I might write a one shot or two for this.
