Twins?

Just to clarify, I found this theory off tumblr. I forgot the person who came up with it, but credit to them!

Okay, so this theory centers around the fact that Sabrina and Nathanael are actually siblings! Crazy, I know right! But just think about it! They both kinda look similar

They have similar eye and hair color. Perhaps Sabrina was the child that was showered with gifts and attention, and Nathanael was always the shy quiet kid. When Sabrina started school, she didn't want people to that someone like Nathanael was her twin because she wanted to be popular. That's why now she hangs out with Chloe. What're your thoughts?

This theory is about Ms. Bustier. Could she in fact be Nathanael's mom? Let's look into it

They both have similar eye and hair color, and they both seem like relatively clam people! I know what you're thinking, "But they have different last names!" Yes they do, but the child usually takes the fathers' last name. Maybe she was in love with Nathanael's dad, but it didn't work out. What do you think?
