It's been years since I have felt anything. No sadness, happiness, no pain. I try to fake it and act like the other kids but it just doesn't work. My father starts to actually pay attention to me for once and notices the way I'm acting. He scolds me at first but when I continue, he takes me to the doctor.  

    The doctors say it's depression. But it's not..... it's something deeper than that. I don't feel happiness, yes. But I don't feel sadness either. But I just let them think depression.

      I started to feel this way about 10 years ago when my mother died. At first I was sad. But then I began not caring. I just suddenly stopped feeling.

     The kids at my school would make fun of me, I didn't care, but my dad did. So I tried to act normal for a while. It worked, but my dad just stopped paying attention to me. The second year of middle school I just stopped faking it and just let me be me.

     That's when my father payed attention to me again. He started to buy me all these things that every kid was getting, but I didn't want any of it. All I wanted was my mother, and to feel again.

    Then this is when my father took me to the doctors and they said I had depression. They started making me take pills and it never worked. So they ran some more tests, and didn't find anything wrong.

   A few years later high school came. I was expecting the same life as before. I walked to school and when I got there, someone bumped into me. "U-uh... S-sorry!!" She stuttered. I just nodded and she ran off. 'Never seen her before...' I noted in my mind.

    I ran into her again at lunch. "I'm so so sorry!!!" She looked up. "Oh it's you again! Would you like to have lunch with me?" She started to walk and I just followed. She led me to the school roof and sat down on a bench.

    I didn't have a lunch. I never ate. She noticed I didn't have any food "Oh you must be starving!! Here try this!" She said giving me her leftover sushi. She looked strait into my eyes with the kindest eyes and smile. She reminded me of my mother. At that thought I smiled and my heart started to pound out of my chest. "By the way I didn't catch your name?...." "Adrien." I simply replied. "Cool name! I'm Marinette!" I ate the sushi she gave me and then we finished the rest of the day.

   I was walking to class and I saw Marinette sitting with a guy named Nathaniel. I felt rage and fury throughout my whole body. I finally felt something again. And NO BODY was going to take that away. "I'll do whatever I have to, to have senpai. anything." I stared deeply at the two.
