Its Valentine's in the city of Paris. Right now, (Y/n) and her friends were paying attention to another lesson in Miss Bustier's Literature class."In most fairy tales, the prince breaks the spell by kissing the princess. Can anyone tell us why?" Miss Bustier asked her class. Rose stands up. "Because only love can conquer hate!"

"Correct, Rose." Miss Bustier said. Max stood up from his seat. "Technically speaking, this reasoning is only exhibited in about 87% of all fairy tales and-" (Y/n) interrupted him. "Max, buddy. Not everything in fairy tales have to involve logic. It's just for entertainment." (Y/n) laughs. She turns and she could see Marinette looking over at Adrien's shoulder as he writes a note.

"Adrien, I hope what you're writing has to do with my lesson." Miss Bustier approaches Adrien. "Can you tell me what I just said?"

"That's why in most fairy tales, the prince breaks the spell by kissing the princess because only love conquers hate." Adrien said correctly. "Very good, Adrien! Now, everyone, don't forget to finish Sleeping Beauty by Charles Perrault tonight, and happy Valentine's day, students!" Miss Bustier said as everyone began to exit her class. Alya and (Y/n) waited for Marinette, but she told them that she'll meet them outside.

As Alya and (Y/n) left the class, (Y/n) remember what she was suppose to give her friends. She dug into her bag and found the Valentine's Day cards. One by one, she had one to Alya, Adrien, Nino, and the rest of her friends. Everyone in her got one except for Chloé and Sabrina since they are not her friends. She also didn't see the reason why to give them one since they have everyone miserable.

Outside the school, (Y/n) and Alya wanted for Marinette to come out. Once she was outside, (Y/n) hands her a Valentine's Day card. Marinette thanked her and she laughs while holding the love letter as Alya and (Y/n) stared at her. Suddenly, Alya stops when she heard Kim and Max talking. Alya quickly grabs a hold of Marinette and (Y/n) as they go towards them. Alya grabs Kim's hands and looks at the jewel. "Ooh! Sparkly! Is that for moi?"
"Negative Alya. The recipient of this gem has already been determined, it's--" Max was cut off by Kim. He grabs Max and covers his mouth. "Shh! Keep it on the down-low!" Alya got excited and took out her phone. "Scoop! Kim's got a major crush! Who's the lucky lady?" (Y/n) giggles as her pushes her friend's arm down. "It's beautiful, Kim. I bet she'll love it.
Kim rubs his head nervously. "Technically, she's still gotta accept it." He suddenly turns to Max. "What if she says no!?"

"She won't Kim, no way! Don't hold back, Kim. Go for it, no regrets!" Marinette encouraged as she pumps her fist. "Operation Valentine's Day is underway!" Kim high-five's Max. He jogs in place while holding a map. "Her route is highlighted here in yellow, yours in red. If you run at ten miles per hour you're going to gain a four and a half minute advance on her. Halt and wait here facing northwest -- the third most romantic spot in Paris." Max explained everything to Kim as the three girls were giving him a thumbs up. "Go go go!"

"Thanks, you guys." Kim runs off to go ask a girl to be his Valentine. (Y/n) smirks at Marinette. I believe that Alya and I know someone who's at giving everyone advise, but she won't take some of her own. Marinette was confused at first, until Alya points at Adrien entering his car and driving away. "You guys are right. It's time I told him." Marinate said. "Say what?!" Her two bffs were surprised. "I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna tell Adrien my true feelings. Well... I'm gonna write them on a card, that is." Marinette told them. "Yeah!" Alya and (Y/n) encouraged her. The three of them did their own personal handshake together. "Operation Valentine's Day!" They laughed together and ran off.

Marinette went back to her house to begin her poem to Adrien. While she was doing that, (Y/n) and Alya went out to go find a card for Marinette. They found the perfect one, a pink heart-shaped card. Once they got a hold of it, they went back to Marinette house. The both of them enter inside Marinette's room and they showed her the card. Marinette gasped in excitement. "It's perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Marinette thought for a moment on what to write on the card. She finally got an idea and begins to write. Alya and (Y/n) stood behind her as they watched her write. "Voila!" Marinette finished. "Remember to sign it, Marinette" (Y/n) told. Suddenly a ladybug flies inside the room, distracting Marinette. "This is a good omen! Ladybugs are good luck, especially in the love department!" Alya informed. "Is that so?" (Y/n) tilted her head. "Yeah you two of all people should know about ladybugs." Alya said. "R-really? Wh-why do you say that?" (Y/n) and Marinette simultaneously with a nervous tone. "Since ancient times the ladybug has been a symbol of love, guiding hearts on the path to devotion. It was on my blog this week. You both read it didn't you?" Alya explains as she shows them her phone. "Of course we did. We wouldn't we?" (Y/n) did tell the truth since she read Alya's block this week. Once they were in the clear, (Y/n) and Marinette let out a sigh of relief.

After that, the three girls entered inside the bakery as they laughing with each other. Marinette's father gives them some treats for Valentine's Day. "Candy apples, girls?" Marinette takes the treats from her father. "Thanks, Papa." The girls exited the bakery and went to the closest mailbox, which was by the park. Marinette was beginning to doubt herself as she struggled to put her letter in the mailbox. "Come on, Marinette! Do it before you chicken out!" Alya exclaims. Marinette was scared at first, but she gained the courage to put her letter in the mailbox. The girls cheered as they hugged each other. Suddenly, their phones rang. It was a text from Chloé.

"Chloé? Since when did she start texting us?" Alya questioned. They opened their chat and gasped at they saw. It was a photo of Kim looking miserable as he tried to ask Chloé to be his Valentine. "That girl is a total witch!" (Y/n) yells. "And I was the one who told Kim to do it! I didn't know he was talking about her!" Marinette blamed herself. "Don't go blaming yourself, Marinette. None of us knew that he was going to ask Chloé of all people." (Y/n) reasoned. "Dang, I hope Adrien doesn't do the same thing to you." Alya joked. Well, it was enough to scare Marinette. She panics and tries to get her love letter back from the mailbox. "Girl, calm down! I was totally joking. Kind of." Alya admits. "Alya! Marinette calm down. We know that Adrien would never do that. He's a nice guy." (Y/n) tried to reason. Alya looked up at the sky and points at something. "What in the world is that?!"

It was new super villain, Dark Cupid. He spotted (Y/n) and Alya holding their candy apples. He grabs on his arrows. "All hearts must be destroyed!" He shoots her with his arrow and her lips turned black. "Alya?" Marinette called to her. Suddenly, Alya sticks her candy apples to Marinette's shirt. "You both not my BFFs, you're a joke! Adrien's gonna laugh his head off at your lame attempt at poetry!" She runs off cackling. "Alya!" (Y/n) shouts. She looks up and saw Dark Cupid was about to shoot an arrow at her. She back away, but she accidentally trips. Dark Cupid shoots his arrow but, he misses. (Y/n) pretends to get shoot by the arrow. "(Y/n)!" Marinette goes to her. (Y/n)'s turns away from her so she won't see her lips, since she hasn't been turned yet. "Get away from me! You're nothing but a joke. I can't believe I was ever friends with you!" (Y/n) cackles as she stood up and runs off. Once (Y/n) found a good hiding, Bitz flies out of her hair. "I really have to apologize to Marinette after those awful things I said to her." (Y/n) shook her head in despair. "You did want you had to do to get away and see who Dark Cupid is. And I bet Marinette will understand since you two are best friends. " Bitz explains. They both took a peek to see Dark Cupid still in the sky. (Y/n) takes a closer look and saw the brooch he was wearing.

"That brooch looks familiar." She gasped as she realized who Dark Cupid. "Its Kim!" Bitz groans in annoyance. "Once again, Chloé makes another friend of ours akumatized. Especially on Valentine's Day!" (Y/n) shakes her head. "Let's just go save Kim and everyone else before Valentine's Day is ruined!"

"Bitz, fly in the night!" (Y/n) begins to transform as Bitz enters her choker. It reveals a glowing bat with five pieces on it. (Y/n) crosses her hands over her face as she claps her hands together as her light purple suit morphs around her. She places her hands on her head as bat ears appear and putting her (h/c) hair in a high bun with two strip of hair in the front. A light purple, tessen fan that is similar to a bats wing appears in her hand as she slashes the air and poses with the tessen in front with her as her other hand was crossed over her stomach.

Chiroptera leaps from building to building as she tries to find Dark Cupid. She hopes that Ladybug and Cat Noir would join her soon. After leaping from building to building, she found Dark Cupid. He was about to shoot Chloé, but he was stopped by Ladybug. She jumps to the building and joins her. 

"That's enough, Kim!" Chiroptera shouts. "I'm not Kim, I'm Dark Cupid! I'll never stop! If I can't have love, then no one can!" Dark Cupid proclaims. "Okay, Dark Cupid, we get it. Chloé totally burned you. But that doesn't mean you have to take it out on all of Paris!" Ladybug tried to reason with him. "Oh yes, I do! I won't stop until everyone's heart is crushed. Say adios to your loved ones. From now on, you'll hate them!" Dark Cupid began to shoot his arrows at Ladybug and Chiroptera. Chiroptera threw her tessen fan at the arrows as it disappears from the impact. They ran off as Dark Cupid tries to shoot them with his arrows. As ran from building to building to escape Dark Cupid as they used their weapon to keep his arrows from striking them. Suddenly, Ladybug falls off, but Chiroptera catches on time. She suddenly lost her balance and they both fall off the building, but Ladybug uses her yo-yo to save. 

"Nice thinking, LB." Chiroptera thanked. "It's no problem, Tera." Ladybug used a nickname for her bat friend. 

"Falling for me already, my lady? I see that batty is hanging out with you." Cat Noir used his staff to stand. He pulled them next to him. Chiroptera stood at the end of his staff. "I need to talk to you." He told Ladybug. "It's going to have to wait. Dark Cupi-" Ladybug was hushed by Cat Noir. "I swore to myself that I'd tell you as soon as I saw you." 

Chiroptera shook her head. "CN, this is not the time for romance, Dark Cupid will be here any second." Cat Noir ignored her. "Ladybug, I-I-look out!" Cat Noir spins around to shield Ladybug, and was struck by one of Dark Cupid's arrows. Chiroptera and Ladybug gasped. "Cat Noir!"

"Ladybug, I—I "loathe" you!"  Cat Noir squeezes Ladybug incredibly close to him. "You're nothing Ladybug, and nothing to me! I hate you!" Chiroptera punched Cat Noir on his head. "Get off of her!" Using this chance to get away from him. Once out of sight, Ladybug and Chriopter made it inside the Le Grand Paris. Chloé gets out of her hiding spot. "Ladybug, Chiroptera, it's about time, where have you both been?" Sabrina comes out of her hiding spot as the fur of them tries to figure out on what to do with Dark Cupid. 

"You gotta get out of here. Your friend Kim's turned into Dark Cupid and I don't know what he'll do if he finds you here." Ladybug explains. "Moi? But how could he possibly have a vendetta against me?" Chloé questioned. "Who doesn't?" Chiroptera mad a sarcastic comment. 

"Duh! It's because of this. Everyone would love to get their hands on it."Chloé points to the poster of Adrien outside." That's Adrien, a super hot guy in my class. And rich, too! He's hot for me of course." 

"Not according to the poem." Ladybug said under her breathe. Not knowing what her friend was talking about, Chiroptera just silently giggles. Suddenly, Sabrina screams as she points at the poster. "It's alive!" The peter begins to move inside the Hotel and from behind emerges Dark Cupid. He uses his arrows to try to strike everyone inside. Luckily, Ladybug and Chiroptera were able to block them with their weapons. Ladybug grabs Chloé with her yo-yo and drags her outside as Chiroptera follows. "Run Chloé! Run!" Ladybug orders. Chloé begins to run away as Sabrina follows. Cat Noir suddenly drops by and stood in front of the two heroines. 

"Well, well, Ladybug and Chiroptera." Cat Noir taunts. "We don't want to fight you, CN." (Y/n) said. "Ugh, that friendliness. It's so revolting. You two are definitely not my friends!" Cat Noir said in disgust. He leaps into the air and attacks the girls. They were able to doge him and they leaped from building to building. When Cat Noir was close, Ladybug uses her yo-yo to grab Cat Noir's staff, and pulls him towards her. "Why are you so full of hate, Cat Noir?!" Ladybug asked. "Because hate conquers all!" Cat Noir replied. "Dude, you know that's not true! Love conquers hate!" Chiroptera yells. Suddenly both the super heroines remembered from what they learned today about love. 

"I think I have an idea." Ladybug told Chiroptera. 

"I think I'm thinking the same thing. I hold him, you kiss him." Chiroptera said. 

"What!? Why me?" 

"Because he's in love with you." 

"Ugh! Fine!" 

Ladybug and Chiroptera put their weapons away as they walked towards Cat Noir. He was confused on why they were getting close to him. "Come on, kitty kitty, just a peck..." Ladybug tries to kiss him, while Chiroptera tries to hold him. Cat Noir got scared. "Get back, you savages!" He yelled as he ran away. The two girls run after him. They continued to chase after Cat Noir as he tried to escape from them. Ladybug was able to catch him with her yo-yo and ties him up to a lamppost. Chiroptera stood next to him with an amused smirk. Ladybug hanged upside down as she tried to kiss Cat Noir. He tries to get away from her, but Chiroptera hold his face still and Cat Noir wasn't going to like this. "Don't worry, I'm not looking forward to it either..." Ladybug said. "Speak for yourself this is hilarious." Chiroptera chuckles. "Glad to now your enjoying this. I can't believe I'm doing this... " Ladybug said sarcastically as she tries to kiss Cat Noir again, but she was stopped when an arrows passed by her.  Ladybug and Chiroptera quickly avoided the arrows and Cat Noir is free from the lamppost thanks to Dark Cupid. Cat Noir picks up his staff and he puts it on the back of his suit as he joins Dark Cupid while Ladybug and Chiroptera hid behind a tree

"How you gonna fight both of us now, bug eyes and bat freak?" Cat Noir said as he and Dark Cupid fist bumps each other. "Cataclysm!" He summons his power. "I've often wondered what would happen if I use my Cataclysm on someone..." 

"Okay, that's a little harsh." Chiroptera peek from behind the tree. "Lucky Charm!" Ladybug summons her power and a candy apple appears. "Are we going to give them a cavity with that treat?" Chiroptera asked. Ladybug looked around and spots the fountain, and Dark Cupid's brooch. "I've got an idea, Chiroptera use your echo!" Ladybug told. 

Chiroptera nods at her. "Echo!" Chiroptera summons her power. She throws the glowing orb and saw wave signals only she could see. She could see when Dark Cupid would shoot his arrows. "I can see where he's going to shoot his arrows, LB." Chiroptera said. 

 "Hey! I've got a Valentine's gift for you!" Ladybug said as she and Chiroptera came out of their hiding place. Dark Cupid began to began to shoot his arrows and Chiroptera slashes the arrows as they disappear. Cat Noir was about to use his Cataclysm on Ladybug, but she avoids it on time. She grabs him by his belt so she jumps on him by jumping onto the statue. She throws the candy apple at Dark Cupid's head but he removes it. "Looks like you got yourself in a sticky situation!" 

Dark Cupid removed the candy apples and tries to fire one his arrows at her but his hands are sticky. Once he was distracted, Chiroptera distracts his while Ladybug deals with Cat Noir. Before Chiroptera could grab his brooch, Dark Cupid kicks her away and she collied to a tree. He head was beginning to feel dizzy. "Cat Noir, Ladybug's Miraculous!" Dark Cupid as he could see Cat Noir holding Ladybug down. Dark Cupid goes to the water fountain to wash off the stick off him.

"With pleasure! Finally, I'll find out who you are, Ladybug! Your little secret will be out of the bag!" Before he could grab her miraculous. Ladybug grabs his face and kisses. When Chiroptera was able to see clear again, she gasped at the scene in front of her. "Holy Smokes!" Ladybug's kiss was able to break the curse on Cat Noir. He gasped as he looked around confusedly. "Huh? What am I doing here?" Clearly he doesn't remember what happened to him today. Ladybug grabs his hand and she carries him. "No time! The quiver pin, Cat Noir! Now!" She throws Cat Noir at Dark Cupid. Regaining her strength back, Chiroptera runs and grabs Dark Cupid from behind and throws him to Cat Noir. Once they collapsed to the ground. Cat Noir tries to grab the pin. "Sorry, need that." Cat Noir destroys the sash with Cataclysm. "Happy Valentine's Day!" He throws the pin to Ladybug. 

"Awww, you shouldn't have...Whoops" Ladybug drops the pin and stomp it with her foot, releasing the akuma. "No more evil-doing for you, little akuma. Time to de-evilize!" She cashed the akuma with her yo-yo. Gotcha! Bye bye, little butterfly." She released the butterfly "Miraculous Ladybug!" She throws the Lucky Charm into the air and its energy restoring everything back to normal. Finally Kim turns back to normal. "Pound it!" The trio fist bumped. Suddenly Ladybug's miraculous begins to beep and she was about to take off, but Cat Noir stops her. "Wait, Ladybug! I gotta tell you something." 

"Look, the kiss... I had to break the spell, or..." Ladybug was interrupted by Cat Noir. "Kiss? What kiss? No, I just wanted to say..." His Miraculous also beeps. Chiroptera walked up to her friends and hand them two Valentine's Day cards. "Before we leave, I wanted to give you guys a present." Chiroptera hears her miraculous beeping. She smiles and runs off. "Happy Valentine's Day, guys!" 

"Happy Valentine's Day, Chiroptera!" Cat Noir and Ladybug waved at her. 

When Chiroptera turns back into (Y/n), she went to go find Marinette. She found her back at her house and she apologized for the awful things she said to her. Marientte forgave her since she understood the situation since Dark Cupid was there. Later that day, Alya came by since she was back to normal to hang out with her BFFs. 

What do you mean, you don't remember? Did you sign the card or not?" Alya asked. "I don't know! The ladybug came along while I was writing, then you were yapping about your blog, and then... It's all a blur!"Marinette explains. (Y/n) laughs as she shakes her heard in amusement. "My friend, what are we going to do with you?" 

(Y/n) goes to her bag and grabs her notebook. "I wrote two songs for Valentine's Day. One about romance and the other about friendship. You guys want to hear?" 

"Yeah!" Marinette and Alya cheered as (Y/n) sang her songs to her best friends. She may have a bit of stage fright, but that doesn't mean she can't sing to the two girls she felt most comfortable with.
