A space-time rift opened in the middle of a vacant street, and an unknown figure in a hooded cloak out of it, right in front of Wang Fu's Chinese Massage shop in Paris, France. He entered through the door. Wang Fu greeted him.

"Good day, sir!" said Master Fu, "What brings you here today?"

"Master Wang Fu, Guardian of the Miracle Box of Pai Zhuq, I require the loan of the Red Fox and Turtle Miraculous."

"Who are you, and how do you know about the Miraculous?"

"Who am I? Such a profound question! As for how I know, I come from an alternate dimension, one where this dimension is nothing more than an animated television series."

"How do I know I can trust you?"

"There is no way of knowing, Jade Turtle. I do not work for Hawk-Moth, nor do I plan to use the Miraculous myself, as I have enough power of my own already, having passed through the Forgotten Realms of Færun on my way here. I am simply trying to help four friends  from this dimension gain stronger bonds of friendship. I know how you unwittingly destroyed the Guardian Temple, and I forgive you. I also know that Alyx Kubdel has custody of the White Rabbit Miraculous."

"I sense he is trustworthy," said Wayzz, the turtle Kwami, to Master Fu.

"As do I," said Master Fu in reply. He turned back to the cloaked figure. "Very well, then. I shall get the Red Fox Miraculous for you."

Master Fu handed the Red Fox Miraculous pendant to the figure, then removed the Jade Turtle Miraculous bracelet from his right wrist, and also handed it to the man.

"Thank you for your time, Master Fu," said the figure, "In time, I shall return the miraculous to you, unless you wish for Alya Cesaire and Nino Lahiffe to keep them."

"They may keep them," said Master Fu, "they have earned them. Miss Cesaire has proven her worth as Rena Rouge, and Mister Lahiffe as Carapace is truly a worthy successor to the Jade Turtle." 

"I was hoping you would say that. I promise that I will not harm anyone between now and my return here. Farewell!"

The hooded figure produced another portal and stepped through it, disappearing into the green-tinted aperture, which closed behind him.

"I believe he means well," said Master Fu to himself, as he walked back into his apartment. "I do hope he doesn't cause any harm."
