Marinette walked on her way to the party. She raised a pale hand, using it to tuck some strands of her blue hair behind her ear gently. A smile made it's way onto the pale females features as she arrived at the park where her parents were holding her birthday.

As she walked into the park people turned and screamed. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARINETTE!!"

Her soft smile brightened happily and Alya quickly scooped her friend into a tight bear hug.
"Thanks, everyone!" giggled Marinette as she hugged Alya back.

"Girl! You look amazing and this party is awesome!" smiled her ombre haired best-friend.

"Haha, thanks! My parents went all out because it is my sweet 16. You look great too!" Marinette and Alya walked off to grab some drinks.

As they received their drinks, Alya turned to Marinette and flashed a smile.
"Let's enjoy your birthday before Chloé comes and ruins it!" Alya chuckled and Marinette nodded.

"She's not here yet? Explains why the party hasn't become all about her." Marinette brought the cup of juice up to her lips and sipped ever so gently. The cool contents of the cup going down her throat gave her a refreshed feeling as she didn't realize how parched she truly was.

Out of the corner of her eye, Alya could see Adrien making his way over to the two females with Nino at his side.
"Don't look now, but Adrien and Nino are coming this way!" Alya told Marinette who started panicking at the sound of her crushes name.
"A-adrien's coming this way?!" Her bluebell eyes widened, earning a chuckle from the dark-skinned female standing at her side.
"Chill, Mari."Alya said to her friend who was hiding her face in the crook of Alya's neck.
She gently patted Marinette's head and Adrien waved.
"Hey, Alya! Hey, Marinette! Happy Birthday!" Smiled Adrien.
"Yeah! Happy Birthday Mari!" Nino added in and Marinette peeked.
"T-thanks guys! T-that's really sweet of you-" Her voice was suddenly cut off by an ear piercing cry.
"ADRIKINS!!!!!"
'The She-demon has commeth...' Marinette thought as Chloé threw herself onto Adrien.

"H-hey, Chloé." Adrien responded and gently pried her off.

"This party is absolutely horrible." Chloé turned to Marinette. "Ha! Your parents can't even afford to give you a proper sweet 16 can they?" smirked the snarky blonde. "At MY 16th birthday, Daddy had XY preform a private concert for me! You can't even afford to have a live band!"

Marinette let out a sigh.
"Chloé, stop it." Adrien glared slightly at the other blonde. "Marinette's party is a lot of fun and looks amazing. Who cares that she doesn't have a Live Band not all parties do."

Chloé shut up, her mouth hung agape and she growled before running off. Marinette smiled at Adrien. "T-thanks a lot, A-adrien..." She mumbled quietly.
"Of course, Marinette! It's no problem!" Adrien returned her smile with a cheekily cute smile of his own, causing Marinette's cheeks to turn a light shade of pink.

Meanwhile, With Chloé and Sabrina.

"Ugh! Sabrina! Can you believe what Adrien just did?! He defended Marinette of all people!" She said the name with venom lacing her voice.
Sabrina nodded and agreed with Chloé, not wanting to make the blonde angrier then she currently was.
"Yeah, he defended Marinette instead of agreeing with you!" She said quietly and quickly jogged beside her best friend.
Chloé huffed angrily and stomped on the grass. "I need to put her in her PLACE!" She quickly dragged the small red head to the food tables.

Chloé looked at the food and gagged. "Ugh! Such unhealthy TRASH!" scowled the blonde angrily. "Tch, I have to get Marinette back for this." The food gave her an idea and a sinister smirk worked it's way onto her face.
"I have an idea~!!" singsonged Chloé in her obnoxious voice.
