Ladynoir
The akuma battle was getting more and more difficult as time went on. Calamity raged war on the crime-fighting duo. The evil villain flung another dark wave. Ladybug was able to successfully dodge it, but Chat's tail kept him glued to the pavement. The black energy hit Chat with full force.

Ladybug's Point of View~
The attack sunk itself into Chat Noir. His name ripped itself from my throat and my eyes widened with fear.

"Calamity! What did you do to him?!" I managed to scream.

She let out a little laugh,"I'm just confusing him. You see, he's hallucinating."

Chat fell to his knees as his eyes glazed over. They began to widen before the tears streamed down his face. His hand clenched at his side.

"MY LADY!" He yelled.

"Oh dear. I guess he's seeing some awful things isn't he?" Calamity giggled maniacally.

"Let him go. Stop it!" My throat was raw with emotion.

I couldn't help it, I ran to him. My arm circled his back while my other clutched the back of his head; pulling him to my shoulder.

"Aww. How touching. I could almost cry..." Calamity said with disgust.

I twirled my yo-yo around in a circular pink flash and threw it into the air.

"Lucky Charm!" I chanted.

A flashlight soared through the air and landed securely in my hand. My eyes scanned the situation while my Ladybug vision pointed out all of the steps I could use to get the akumatized object.

I flipped the switch and the light shined through the lens. Calamity hissed and then sent another dark wave of pulsing energy. I simply smirked before running forward and preparing to set my plan in motion.

"Mari..." I heard a trembling voice behind me.

I stopped in my tracks as my eyes went wide. Chat was pounding his fist on the ground as tears speckled the cobblestone street. Did he know me in real life? Did I know him?

I didn't get the chance to figure it out as the wave of blackness hit me like a truck.

I fell to the ground as horrifying images filled my mind.

My eyes snapped open as the darkness temporarily shifted. I saw Calamity cackling, but couldn't hear it. I clutched the flashlight to my chest and then stood.

Calamity seemed taken aback as I stood tall. Even with the horrible sights running through my head, I could not lose. I had people I loved and needed to protect.

Calamity shot another wave at me but this time I held up the beam of light. It cut through the darkness like a knife and the villainess dropped the akumatized object.

"No more evil...doing for you..little akuma." I barely managed to choke out.

The blackness was suffocating, and I quickly cleansed the evil butterfly.

"Miraculous L-Ladybug!" I breathed while throwing up the flashlight.

Everything was right again. I hastily raced to Chat's side as his shaking seemed to stabilize. He reluctantly looked up. Our eyes met and before I knew it, I was pulled into a warm embrace.

"You're ok." He whispered into my hair.

My arms circled around his back and I held him close.

"I thought I had lost you..." He continued.

I pulled away momentarily to look into his eyes, "silly kitty. You couldn't lose me."

My hands quickly cupped his cheeks as I pressed my lips firmly to his. All too soon, my miraculous beeped; signaling that it was time to go.

I stood and ran off, leaving a stunned senseless Chat Noir in the middle of the street.

"Silly kitty." I repeated as a tiny giggle erupted from my lips.
