"Marinette's POV"

"Man its freezing in here,how come your not a Popsicle?" My best friend Alya asked as she rubbed her arms the fifth time,we were in a milkshake shop called "Freezie Paradise" and it's always cold in there. "Maybe because the jacket I design keeps me warm" I laughed as Alya frowned at me,she wore a long sleeve black and gray stripe sweater while I wore a pink leather jacket with cat buttons on it,we ordered our milkshakes and sat at the bar. "Hey I almost forgot,I got to interview Ladybug today! Isn't that cool?!" She told me with excitement as she showed me the video of the interview."Wow that is cool" I said but I froze after turning around to see...Adrian!
"Adrian's POV"

"I'm gonna try the new drink,kiwi pop!" Nino told me as we walked trying to find a table,Nino wore a red hoodie and I wore a black jacket along with the blue scarf my father have me.I notice Marinette and Alya so I walked up to them hearing them whispering something,"Hey Marinette""Oh! U-um hey Adrian" she stuttered at me and I smiled at her."I love your jacket were did you buy it?" I asked her until the waiter showed up,"Chocolate chip" I asked and turn back to Marinette."She didn't buy it she seeing it" Alya told me as her milkshake arrived,"Really.Well it's really cute on you" I told her as she smiled and I sat next to her while Nino sat next to Alya.

Alya gave me a thumbs up and Nino's milkshake arrive...only mine and Adrian next,"So Marinette what milkshake did you order?" "Strawberry with a cherry on top" I told him realizing I didn't stutter to my surprise."So um what brought you here?" I asked but face palmed at that question...seriously,"I finish a photo shoot and thought a nice cool drink would be nice" he told me until both our milkshakes arrive. "Nino!" Me and Adrian laughed when seeing that Alya caught Nino spraying whip cream in his mouth red handed,we just kept talking and I even tried Adrian's milkshake while he tried mine...chocolate chip is good."Well look who's here?" I turn around in annoyance from that voice...Chloe.
"Adrian's POV"

I notice Chloe behind us,she had a fancy purple coat."Adrian come with me instead of miss clumsy" she grabbed my hand after pushing Marinette of her seat,"Marinette!" Alya yelled out but I gasped when seeing Nino's empty glass about fall on...Marinette! I ripped out of Chloe's grasp and caught the glass before it shattered on the blue pigtailed girl,Chloe! Seriously you could've hurt Marinette!" I yelled at her while helping Marinette up,"Oh whatever come with me"How about I come with Marinette?" I told her before taking Marinette's hand and walking out of the milkshake shop with Nino and Alya behind me.

I blushed from what just happened...Adrian just saved me and stood up for me,"Marinette are you ok?" He asked me while grabbing my shoulders and I was surprise by how worried he was."Um actually yeah I'm fine" I manage to find my voice and he smiled at me,"Nice job bro""You sure showed Chloe" Nino and Alya cheered for Adrian."Thanks a lot Adrian but you didn't have too" I told him but he stared in my eyes,"Yes I did have too,your my friend Marinette and I would never let you get hurt" he told me and I blushed more but at least I didn't faint."Hey anyone wanna go to my house,play some video games?" He asked and we all agreed,"Shall we?" He held his arm to me and I wrapped my arm around his."Sure" I smiled during the whole walk....I got to hold his arm,wait until I tell Tikki.
