Happy halloween everyone!🧙‍♀️🧛‍♀️🐱🎃🍬🍭🍪

It was busy at the Dupain-Cheng bakery with halloween. Marinette was helping her parents out with making the cookies and all kinds of spooky treats. There was a knock on the door but Tom and Sabine had their hands full.

"Oh! The door! Looks like there's more trick or treaters" Tom said, dressed as a werewolf, while holding two trays of halloween themed cookies. Sabine, dressed as a chinese fan dancer, also had her hands full with dipping some cake pops in chocolate.

"I got it!" Marinette yelled out as she finished make the orange and black spider themed donuts. Marinette was dressed as a witch and she grabbed a tray full of halloween cookies, each one in a goodie bag with an orange ribbon on it. She zoomed to the door and opened it.

"Trick or treat!" The little kids yelled out excited with opened bags, smiling big for some treats. "Happy halloween kids!" Marinette told them happily and gave each one a halloween cookie. The kids awed at the delicious looking cookies, each one different. But what no one noticed was one miraculous hero watching them from a lamp post. Cat Noir.

The cat hero chuckled at the little kids getting excited over the cookies. His green cat eyes moved to Marinette. He smiled at her but then a sneaky idea came and he chuckled evilly.

The kids left with the cookies and Marinette was about to close the door and go back inside the bakery but then something moved the small fake spider that was dangling on her witch hat.

"Huh?" Marinette said startled and looked back outside. It was all quiet and there wasn't anything out there.

"BOO!" Cat Noir suddenly popped out from above upside down and yelled. "Ah!" Marinette yelled spooked and dropped the tray, her heart racing. Cat Noir laughed at her and Marinette relaxed and glared at him while she adjusted her witch hat.

"Mari everything ok?" Her mom asked her from inside the bakery. "Yeah mom. Just got spooked by one trick or treater" Marinette explained as she glared at the cat hero.

Cat Noir got down from the roof and stood up "You should've seen the look on your face princess" he teased her and chuckled. Marinette rolled her eyes and groaned annoyed. "Ha ha. Hilarious" she said sarcastically.

"There are trick or treats everywhere. Someone could've seen me" Marinette told him annoyed but Cat Noir just smirked at her. "It's halloween. Everyone has to get spooked right?" Cat Noir explained to her, his hands moving in a way to spook someone.

Marinette couldn't help but giggle at him. Cat Noir noticed her orange and purple witch costume plus her witch hat with the spider dangling on it. "Hey cool costume. Did you make it?" He asked her curious, the costume looked too good to be bought from a store.

"How did you know I made it?" She asked surprised. Cat Noir froze, realizing his error at saying that when he's not Adrian. "Well um...uh...because with these sharp cat eyes, I can see the stitches and all the stuff you added" he lied to her, hoping she buy it.

"You can see the stitches in my costume? Usually I make sure they're not visible" Marinette explained. Cat Noir sighed in relief, glad she bought it.

"By the way. If you're a witch, where's your cat? Every witch has a cat by her side" Cat Noir asked her jokingly, his cats ears wiggling. Marinette crossed her arms and smirked at him. "But aren't black cats bad luck? Especially on Halloween?" She asked him jokingly too.

"Hey. That's just a stereotype" Cat Noir said a little annoyed. Marinette giggled, finding it funny that he took it so seriously, even though he wasn't really a black cat.

Marinette then had an idea. "Oh! Wait here kitty. I'll be back" she told him and left for a second. Cat Noir was confused and curious on why she left. Marinette came back with something behind her back and then held her hands out. In her hands was a cookie that looked like a black cat with green eyes and it was in a goodie bag with a green ribbon.

"Hope you like dark chocolate" she told him and Cat Noir stared at her surprised that she was giving him a cookie. Marinette took his hand and placed the cookie in it. "Even black cats need to get treats" she told teasingly and Cat Noir smiled at her, touched.

"I'll be sure to compliment you on how good the cookie was" he told her as he safely put in in his pocket and zipped it close. "Happy Halloween witch princess" he told her as ran and leaped off. Marinette rolled her eyes at him but smiled too. She went back inside to get ready for the halloween party.
