Ladybug stood on the grass, her yoyo swinging quickly beside her. She narrowed her eyes at the villain as her partner, Chat Noir, landed beside her.

"You're not gonna get away with this," Ladybug said.

"Watch me," the villain laughed before turning around and running away.

Ladybug grunted as she launched her yoyo at the villain and it wrapped around his ankles. He howled as he fell to the ground with a thud.

"Wow," Chat said, glancing at Ladybug. "You're a purr-fessional at thinking on your feet, m'lady. But I'm not that su-purr-ised."

"Thanks," Ladybug winked, desperately ignoring the two cat puns she had just heard. She was about to take a step forward when Chat gasped loudly.

"Look out!" he yelled.

Ladybug's heartbeat quickened as her eyes darted to the villain who remained on the grass. His bored gaze traveled around the area.

"What?!" Ladybug exclaimed in shock.

Chat pointed at the grass in front of Ladybug's feet, his finger practically shaking. "There's a ladybug by your foot! One step and you would've killed it."

The shocked expression wore away from Ladybug's face and was replaced with an unamused look.

"Seriously?" Ladybug mumbled in a monotone voice.

"Yes," Chat said frantically before racing over to Ladybug and kneeling down by her feet. He cupped the tiny ladybug in his hands and held it up close in front of his face.

The villain stared at the scene in shock, his mouth open in awe.

"Chat, we can't be dealing with this right now," Ladybug said. "We need to destroy the villains' akumatized item so I can cleanse the akuma."

"One sec," Chat said, his eyes glued on the tiny ladybug. He slowly walked a few feet away before kneeling back down and placing the ladybug in another patch of grass. He then scurried beside Ladybug.

"Okay, sorry. Whenever I see a ladybug I can't help but think of you," he smiled sheepishly, pulling out his staff. "Now we can do this."

Ladybug pinched the bridge of her nose, sighing heavily.
