Why is Plagg always such a jerk in stories? I mean, sure, he's selfish, but not selfish enough to let Adrien suffer from emotional crap, like his father-situation. I mean, in Rogercop for example, Plagg felt bad because Gabriel wasn't showing up for career day.

Though he usually thinks with his stomach, he can show compassion.
