For some reason, people mix up the fact that Marinette is a bit "accident prone", with thinking she pretty much can't walk without face-planting on air.

In so, so many fan-fics, Marinette is always tripping, always falling, and never arrives on time for school.

And also, whenever the story is in Marinette's POV (these kinds of POVs will be discussed later...) , seeing sentences like "Oopsie, i triped! I'm sooo clumsy!!1!!", really gets on my nerves. Would you say something like that in real life?
