I transformed after gaining more knowledge from Bea and unfolded my wings. They were sticky at first, from being away for so long but the air dissolved the liquid and I could shakily flutter around my room. I opened the hatch to the roof and flew up and out. I was unsteady as I began towards where Marionette had called me and told me there was an Akuma. I was slow and began to pick up pace. I found where they were and Chat noticed me first. He waived and I waived back, I got close to the ground when I realized I didn't know how to just stop flying.
"Ugg"
I hung my head lamely and Chat came over to see what was wrong.
"I don't know how to stop flying"
He laughed and told me to just stop and that he would catch me if I fell. I noticed I was gradually going higher and I shut my eyes tight and willed my wings to stop. I abruptly fell from the sky and like he said Chat caught me without damaging the wings.
"Welcome to the fight"
"Thanks"
We both turned to where Ladybug was fighting, she was thrown back and I ran next to Chat towards the fight.
"Uh, Chat you help her and I'll distract while she gets better"
He nodded and we went separate ways. I was gaining the attention of others as well as the Akumatized victim, I was a new superhero. I reached for a flower and collected its nectar, which my hands made to honey. I used the honey as a sticky barricade which they broke through off the bat. I searched my brain for useful powers but found none, I looked around and thought of weaknesses. Some time later I had the victim under a net of branches, honey, and pollen that was making them sneeze. By this time Chat had Ladybug back on her feet and we let her collect the Akuma. They did their fist bump and talked for a little. I looked around at the damage and began sticking the broken road back together with my gluelike honey. I mastered how to use that stuff but it wasn't affective with the victims. Ladybug came over to me as Chat left.
"Hey, I don't want to be rude or anything but Chat and I have a good system that's been working. So you'll be an absolute backup plan okay?"
"Yeah, I'm just glad I can help with anything."
"Okay, I have to go now. I'll see you at school."
When she left Alya from school raced over to me. From what it looks like I have a much longer period in my Honeybee form than the others.
"Who are you?"
"I'm Honeybee"
"Honeybee, are you going to be helping the other two superheroes?"
"Yes, but I'm not very good with protecting as much as I am with healing so I'll be the last resort plan."
"Did you decide this by yourself?"
"Um, no but I don't want to be a bother if my fellow supermates have a system going."
"Do you know who Ladybug and Chat Noir are?"
"Yes, but that's classified information that I'm not willing to share. Ladybug and Chat noir do not know the others secret identities and are not willing to share that information with the world yet."
"Are you implying that they might someday tell Paris who they are?"
"Maybe, I can't speak for them because they are people themselves living regular and super lives all at once."
"How do you get superpowers like this?"
"Well I'm not sure myself but life will always find a way to pay back the good deeds you implant on its world"
"So you're the last at the scene, why is that?"
"I believe it's because I can stay in this form longer than the others, but I've concluded that's because I have less powerful attacks and defense than they do."
"Do you have anything else to say to the Ladyblog?"
"Nope, but I'm always up to answer your questions to the fullest of my abilities."
I smiled with my newfound confidence and waived as she ran away, probably to upload her video. I started my wings out and began flying home. I decided against going home and practiced flying night in the clouds so no one could see me. I became a fast flyer but decided it was time to practice landing and starting off quickly. I flew home and found Chat on my roof.
"Hey"
He said.
"Hi"
I waived and tried to steady myself to stop landing. I hit the rooftop and began to fall but Chat caught me.
"Thanks"
He set me back up and I transformed back as did he.
"You better work on your landing."
"Yeah, were you this bad when you began?"
"Pretty much, I was falling everywhere and tripping. All I knew was that I had to stop the villains from getting what they want. From what I can see, your miraculous will be easy to get ahold of. It could slip right out of you hair."
"I'll be careful. So Adrian, what are you doing here?"
"I wanted to know if you really did know who Ladybug is?"
"Of course I do, it was as easy knowing her as it was knowing you were Chat noir. I'm surprised you haven't figured it out yourself."
"Will you tell me?"
"Adrian, you should be ashamed! You know she doesn't think we should know who each other is!"
He sighed and hung his head.
"Want to come in?"
I opened the hatch, he nodded and walked in. We both talked for a while until it got dark, I laughed at his jokes and he watched as I spoke about music. I even played for him on the violin, piano, and sang for him. He said my voice and musical abilities were amazing.
"Wow, Adrian its kinda hard not to like you."
He blushed when I did as I realized what I said.
"Uh, thanks. Ladybug doesn't seem to think so."
"Oh yes she does, when you guys find out who you are she will be falling for you and your Chat."
"Really?"
"Oh yeah."
He must have realized what happened because he scooted towards me closer.
"So you like me?"
My shy self surfaced
"U-Um yes?"
He smiled brightly and put his hand over mine.
"Your a sweet girl, and I'd love to date you."
"Really? What about Ladybug?"
I looked at him in the eyes.
"I'll be waiting on her for a while"
He stayed over all night and we fell asleep on my bed, in each other's arms. I could tell he had as much feelings for me as he did for Ladybug and he knew he was going nowhere with Ladybug. Mari just didn't want to show herself to him. I feel a little upset at her for making him wait but I calm down when I remember he chose me.
