Back at the Champ de Mars.
Barry and Lila walk out of the park.

Barry: Well that didn't give us much to go off of.

Lila: Yeah, I should've realized that Kagami's mom would be tight-lipped about it.

Barry turns to her.

Barry: That reminds me, you seemed a little off, during the meeting. You sure you're feeling alright?

Lila rubs her arm nervously.

Lila: Not really, there's something I need to tell you.

Barry: Well, what is it?

Lila: Well…I was working with Hawk Moth to defeat Ladybug and Cat Noir, and take their Miraculous.

Barry is shocked by this revelation.

Barry: What?!

Lila: Okay, I-I know how bad it sounds, but I can explain…

But before she can finish her explanation, a random civilian shrieks out in sheer terror.

(AAAAAHHH!)

Multiple civilians run away in terror, as Grief-striker floats through the air, attacking them.

She wears a costume similar to a grim reaper, with a moth-shaped hood over her head and her face painted to look like a skull.
She wields a large scythe, with a large jewel at the center of the hilt.

As she attacks more civilians their lifeless body falls to the ground.

Their souls are collected in Grief-striker's purse.

Barry looks to Lila.

Barry: We'll discuss this later, run!

She nods and heads somewhere safe.

Before Barry follows suit, he stops for a second.

Grief-striker: Soon, all of Paris shall share my sorrow!

Barry quickly realizes who the new villain is.

Barry: Marinette?!

Barry runs off before she notices him, he ducks into an alleyway, and suits up.

Meanwhile, Tikki flies around, searching for Flash.
But finds no trace of him.

Tikki: Come on, where is he?
It'd be easier if he told Marinette his identity.

She sees a flash of lightning in an alley.

Tikki: Aha! That must be him!

She quickly flies towards it.

Flash turns to see the little flying creature.

Tikki: Flash, there you are.

His expression lights up.

Flash: I know you, you're Ladybug's Kwami.

Tikki: Yes, and my name is Tikki.
But we don't have much time to spare.

Flash: I know, Marinette's been akumatized.
And I'm guessing she sent you to find me, and keep her Miraculous safe.

Tikki: Yes, now all you have to do is find the Akuma and capture it.
Then use the Lucky Charm to fix the damage she caused.

Flash: Seems simple enough.

He takes off his cowl, and puts the earrings on.
Tikki then puts the pieces together.

Tikki: Of course, you're Barry Allen.

Barry: Yep.

Barry: Tikki, spots on!

The Miraculous activates, and Barry transforms.
His new costume appears as a combination of Mister Bug's, and his Flash suit.
