Maggie Mitchell: AKA Miracle Paw is the leader of the Miracle Stars. Maggie has always loved animals, especially her five pets; Bell the Cat, Ziggy the Dog, Sweet Pea the bird, Clover the garden snake and Bubbles the goldfish. Maggie dreams of becoming a veterinarian, like her parents. She transforms into Miracle Paw, the violet Miracle Star who has the ability to communicate with animals.

Caramel Acres: Maggie's best friend since they were babies. Like Maggie, Caramel loves animals, but for her rabbits. Caramel mostly loves sweets, which she shares with her younger sister, Honey AND older sister, April. She transforms into Miracle Sweet, the cream Miracle Star who has the ability to summon sweets and desserts.

Yamaguchi Chika: A transfer student from Japan. Chika is a lover of flowers, gardening and floral prints and patterns. She loves to sew and walk her pet pomeranian, Hana. Chika lives in a big family with 6 older sisters and 4 younger ones. She transforms into Miracle Flora, the pink Miracle Star who has the ability to control flowers and wind.

Bethany "Beth" Timbers: A total tomboy who is only afraid of one thing: Fire!! She hates to talk about it, and usually breaks out in tears whenever other pick on her because of it. Although after transforming into her Miracle Star form, she overcame her fear. She transforms into Miracle Inferno, the red Miracle Star who controls fire and heat.

Ellie Nelson: A kind of quiet and keep-to-herself type girl who lives with her grandparents, as her original parents work as police officers and are too busy to take care of her. She loves thunder and is the only girl who doesn't screams after hearing thunder, but instead watches the thunder and lightning. She transforms into Miracle Storm, the yellow Miracle Star who controls thunder and lighting.

Jessica "Jess" Waters: A determined and straightforward girl who can be a bit blunt at times. She is originally from Liverpool, England and is most commonly yet offensively known simply for her brittish accent and vast knowledge of English history. She transforms into Miracle Lagoon, the blue Miracle Star who controls water and in addition, mist.
