Aadhi started driving with Sakthi on the passenger seat while Nithya and Sathya were seated in the back. As all of them could drive, they decided to take turns.

Nithya dozed off on quick and snuggled into Sathya's chest. Sakthi and Aadhi noticed Sathya caressing Nithya's face while she was sleeping.

Sakthi: Sathya neeyum thoongu. We will wake you both up when we stop for a break.

Sathya: Illa ma. It's ok.

Sakthi: Rombha vekka padaadha. In a few days you will be officially engaged.

She giggled and made Sathya shy.

Aadhi: Vekka padaadha nu solra aala pathiya Sathya?

Sakthi: Nee konjam road ah paathu drive pannu.

Aadhi: I am good at multi-tasking baby.

He pulled her closer with one hand while he managed the steering with the other.

Sakthi: Vidu Aadhi. Velayaadadha.

Aadhi: Ippo theriyuda? Yaaru vekka padranga nu?

Sathya: Dei podum da. Na ava annan.

They continued to have fun with their banters until they stopped for a coffee break. It was 3 hours since they started and had about 7 hours more with traffic delays.

They switched places and Sathya took his turn to drive with Aadhi beside him. The girls were too exhausted and dozed off. Aadhi made sure both Nithya and Sakthi were asleep before he started talking to Sathya.

Aadhi: Unkita sila vishyam kekanum da.

Sathya: Enna da?

Aadhi: I somehow think whoever sent the stalking messages to Sakthi back then is the same person responsible for stalking Vijay I guess.

Sathya: Adukum idukum enna sambandam da? I think it's just Kavya trying to dig up something against Sakthi.

Aadhi: Illa da. I know that she is also trying to do something but I don't think whatever she is doing does not include following Vijay.

Sathya: I just want to keep all of us safe. Ippo enna panlam nu nenaikra?

Aadhi: Sakthi said that Vijay is coming to your engagement and that he knows about our relationship. Anga vechu pesiklam. Just keep a close eye out for anything suspicious.

Sathya: Seri da.

The drive continued until they stopped for dinner. Aadhi had planned before hand to get a private set up made so that there is no attention from media or fans. It was a small yet beautiful restaurant which had a great ambience.

Sakthi: Rombha azhaga iruku Aadhi.

Aadhi: Inum rombha azhagana edam lam namba sendhu poganum. This is just a start.

Sakthi: Unkooda irunda matum podum. Enaku vera eduvum venam.

She entagled her fingers with his and held it tight.

Aadhi: Na eppovum un kai kulla dan irupen.

They had two tables set up for the couples just like Aadhi had asked. Aadhi wanted to give privacy to Sathya and Nithya. He knew both were more practical than romantic but still wanted to make this trip special for them.

After their dinner, they drove non-stop to reach Aadhi and Nithya's home. The whole street was lit up and it looked like a huge festival.

Sakthi: It looks like a festival. Is this how it is every year?

Aadhi: Indha year it's more special because of you and Sathya.

Nithya: Sakthi this is very age-old family tradition. So, all of our family members will be here to attend. All of this will be your responsibility after you get married to Aadhi. Brace yourself.

Aadhi: Nithya you will have your share of responsibilities from Sathya's side. Don't forget.

Sakthi: Enaku ippove nervous ah iruku.

Sathya: Kutty ma.. you will be fine. We are all here for you.

Aadhi: You don't have to be Sakthi. Unkita varnum na enna thaandi dan varnum. My relatives know me and my anger very well. No one will dare to say a word against you.

They drove through the huge traditional gates that led to a beautiful mansion which was decorated with flowers and lights all over. Both sets of parents were waiting to invite their kids who are now all grown up and will be married very soon.

All four were exhausted from the long road trip and it was visible on their faces. Chitra Ma and Devi Ma took them inside while Venkat Pa and Ganesh Pa got the packages unloaded from the car with the help of maids.

Chitra Ma: Paakave ivlo tired ah irukeenga elarum. We made fresh food. Go and get changed. I will get the food served.

Sakthi: Enaku thookam vardu Ma.

Chitra Ma: Na ooti vidren. 5 minutes la saptu thoongu ilana morning rombha tired ah irupa.

Chitra Ma quickly started feeding Sakthi who was drowsy and Aadhi sat by her side to support.

Devi Ma saw this from a distance and was elated to see the way their daughter was being pampered when both Venkat Pa and Ganesh Pa came in.

Ganesh Pa: Devi... Sakthi inime engalkum ponnu dan.

Venkat Pa: Ganesh.. Nithya engalku ponnu dan.

They are all started grinning wide with the two dads going on about their future daughters-in-law.

On the other side, they saw Nithya taking Sathya to show him around the home. Her excitement was evident in her glowing face. Afterall, in two days they were going to be engaged officially.

After Chitra Ma was done feeding Sakthi, Aadhi carried her all the way to his bedroom. He did not care about parents staring at him. They knew better than to ask Aadhi to let Sakthi stay in their guest room.

His girl in his room on his bed. He never thought it would be such a blissful feeling but seeing Sakthi today, at this moment made his heart flutter with a kind of happiness and contentment he had never experienced before. He never thought one person could change every perspective he had about life but Sakthi had done that with ease and grace without even trying. She had showed him what it means to come back to the person you love every single day which was nothing short of perfection.

In two months, Sakthi changed his life upside down. She makes him weak on his knees in a flash of a second, tempts him just with her smile, pushes him off the ledge with her love and most of all builds him to be a better person every single day.

Now his life was all about her and hers was all about him. He laid next to her and almost instantly her lips curved into a smile as if she sensed his presence even in her sleep. She snuggled close to him with hands on his chest and head on his hands as usual. He wrapped his hands around her small, soft and beautiful body to feel her warmth on him. 

Even with so many imperfections, they made a small perfectly imperfect world for themselves.

Warm morning sunshine disturbed her deep sleep. Sakthi tried to pull the blanket to close her face when she felt a pair of hands holding her waist. She was used to it now but what she wasn't used to is the fact that the guy next to her was shirtless. A strong feeling of blush crept in making her squirm. He turned to place a gentle kiss on her lips before pulling her closer.

"Thoongu Sakthi. We don't have shoot today", he mumbled in his sleepy voice which made her feel more delicate and sensitive.

"I have to go", she tried to control her emotions.

"Enna avasaram? Let's cuddle. I missed doing this" he tightened his grip on her before he rubbed his bearded face on her neck.

"Aa... dhi", she stammered.

"Mmmm", he said before taking his time to devour her neck, earlobes, and settled on her lips.

Sakthi's self-control was long lost and she gave in to her temptations. Their morning cuddles were disturbed by a knock on the door.

Aadhi started whining but Sakthi quickly ran to the door to check. It was Devi ma.

Devi Ma: Kovil ku ponum. Already 10 agudu. Seekram vanga.

Sakthi: Ok ma. 15 minutes.

Aadhi: En mela elarkum enna ivlo gaandu? Oru nal kooda ozhunga enjoy pana vida matranga. Cha.

He tried to pull her into bed but she got away.

Sakthi: Life full ah iruku romance panna. Ippo I need to get ready.

Sakthi got into the bathroom to get ready leaving Aadhi to his thoughts. He was grinning wide at the situation without complains. He could not have wished for anything better because his life was like a dream that was too good to come true. He was living a miracle.

Sakthi came out of the bathroom fully dressed in a beautiful rose silk saree which he had gifted with water dripping off her wet hair. Aadhi gulped looking at her as his thoughts were getting dirtier by the second. He moved his eyes to look at anywhere else but her. Sakthi read his thoughts by the way he was trying to avoid looking at her. She loved making him nervous, but this wasn't a good time to tempt him, she thought to herself.

She pushed him into the bathroom and finished her minimal make up by the time he got ready in a shirt and veshti. They looked picture perfect as they walked down the stairs hand in hand.
