Hayley's POV

Here we all sat, not saying a word.

Josh and Jenna, Jeremy and Kat, Taylor and myself all on the couch across from a nervous looking Nole and Sarah, who were holding hands.

None of us really knew what to say. I personally couldn't believe this happened, or was happening.

Sarah looked up at me.

"You had no right to snoop around my room!"

From there all hell broke loose. I screamed at Sarah and she gave me a snarky remark, then Taylor yelled at her, Nole came to her rescue, only to be scolded by Josh and Jenna, and finally Jeremy and Kat attempted to calm us all down.

Jeremy looked between Josh and I. "Hayley, Josh, I think they need to know" he said, and Kat nodded, sticking by him.

"Know what?" Josh asked.

Jeremy looked between us, "about you're relationship." He stated.

Of course Josh and I both tried to protest, but we were out numbered. So of course now we have to tell our children the one thing we never wanted to.

Josh and I entered the room, Nole and Sarah were just sitting holding hands. We took a seat back on the couch in front of them, and I nodded at Josh to start the conversation.

He sighed and looked at them, "we understand that you're both happy, but all of us adults have a reason as to why we're a bit...hesitant, about accepting this."

The kids looked at us expectantly. I scratched the back of my neck and decided to just get it over with.

"Years and years ago, Josh and I, we....we were together, like you two, and we just feel a bit awkward seeing you kids like this, it's not that we don't support you, we just need time."

The looked understandingly at us, Sarah spoke first.

"We are so happy, I've never been this happy in my life, I know we're kids, and you probably won't take us seriously, but we really do love each other."

Nole squeezed her hand, quietly supporting her. I looked at Josh, and he nodded. And I understood that letting them be together was best.

I looked back at them, "we love you guys too, and we hope you will be together for a long time-"

Before I could even finish, the kids tackled Josh and in a hug, then the rest of the adults came in the room and joined. I looked over at the large family that we had all created over the years together, and I smiled.

We were going to be okay.
