~2 months later~

Hayley's POV

"And the worst part is before it gets any better we're heading for a cliff and in the free fall I will realize I'm better off when I hit the bottom"

I sang quietly barely touching my fingers to the keys of my piano. Chad was cooking us dinner and I was just messing around

I heard the doorbell ring. "Babe could ya get that?" Chad called from the kitchen. I brushed my hands off on my white skinny jeans and went to answer the door

I was surprised to find a sobbing Taylor hunched over on my doorstep. "Tay what's wrong" I asked catching him as he fell forward

"Sh-sh-she k-knows Hayley" he sniffled "what? who's knows what? what's going on Taylor?" I asked, he wasn't making sense

"Baylie I told her that we slept together a while ago on tour" he explained, oh shit "she wanted honesty between us so I told her and she left me Hayley, she just left me" he sobbed

I held him as he cried against my shoulder. "Hayley?" I heard chad ask behind me. I turned around, he looked upset

"Chad, chad no it's not what it looks like" I said, he got angry "you cheated on me while you were on tour and you were just going to hide it from me!" He yelled

I stayed silent as I was scolded.

"I should've know this would happen again after Josh" chad mumbled to himself "Josh?" Taylor asked, chad nodded "yup caught them together the night before his wedding"

Taylor looked curiously at me "you almost slept with Josh?" He asked "ha almost? try did! I walked in just as they were getting up to put their clothes back on" chad spat

"Hayley" Taylor said with a tone of disappointment in his voice "no one else knows not even Jenna. They made me keep it a secret and she promised she'd never cheat again" chad finished

He stormed up to me and roughly grabbed my left hand taking my ring off "we are over" he said simply, storming out of the house

I turned to Taylor "you ruined everything!" I screamed with tears streaming down my face. I ran out of the house to catch chad

"Chad, chad wait we can work this out-aaaahhhhhgg" I was cut off by the familiar stabbing pain in my stomach. I fell to my knees in the middle of my driveway

The pain only got worse by the second and it radiated in my lower abdomen. "Hayley oh my god" I heard Taylor yell and felt him help me off the ground

"H-Hayley" he stuttered out "what!" I asked between

pain-filled gasps. He pointed at the front of my jeans

I looked down and bright red liquid was pooling through and covering the entire front up to the waistband and running down my inner thighs

I started to feel dizzy and eventually everything went black. No way this is just my period, it's way too heavy
