Minoru Mineta is just a loser pervert nobody in, the eyes of the outside world. He never managed to accomplish a single feat as a hero. He was always in mind instead of power, except when the hormones were overwhelmed in it. However, for the first-year student of the U.A. Hero Academy, the time has come when he can use his talent excellently. It all started in college.

He went to the Tokyo Dome at night with a teacher's permit to attend the B-Komachi concert. He loved their music since the beginning, especially the biggest star, Ai Hoshino. Around midnight he returned to the dormitory building with the light sticks in his hands, which he did not throw away because they were signed. True, he has not one relic from the idol band, but many are also few. He didn't want to miss this concert for a good reason. For him, Ai's singing voice and talent pulled him back from a real low life segment. Of course, no one knows about this, but he also keeps a lot of secrets. He entered his room in a euphoric mood and ate his late-night dinner. However, his good mood was slowly taken over by concern. He remembered an older concert, where two babies were able to use the light rod perfectly and imitated the dance like the adult fans do. He just found this cute, but something didn't let him mind rest since then. In addition to the girl like Ai, both eyes of both baby were like the stars. Although it appeared in the news that Starberry Productions manager Masaya Kaburagi and his wife had children together, deep down he knew that Ai was the mother of the two babies.

This logical lead is not a coincidence. Mineta kept his real knowledge before everyone. He had excellent deductive and cognitive abilities, thanks to various detective book, show and anime. For example Sherlock Holmes, Castle, Criminal Minds, Monster, Death Note. It was so affected by his passion, that he wrote a crime novel on the Wattpad under the pseudonym. That is so popular even to this day, various streaming service providers were looking for adaptation. But he refused them. He never wanted to reveal himself and never planned to. Of course, that doesn't mean his perversity is a cover. He loves women's shapes, especially if they are perfect and trigger his dirty mind. But he deliberately overdo at the room competition as his personal stuff was there for his manuscripts for new books. He secretly helped the police in minor cases, but these did not make a huge impact.

Back in the present, after eating, he lay down on his bed and looked at his phone. Tomorrow is a rest day. That's a great thing, because he loved proper sleep and his brain was only able to function fully. He fell asleep immediately, but it was far from relaxing. He was dreaming, heading towards a multi-storey house. He looked down at the bouquet in his hand. There was a knife hidden. The hour on his wrist showed 8:10 in the morning. As he went up, he felt pure hatred. How did she dare lie to this vital fact? He knew where he lives, thanks to a good -hearted helper. His face remained insensitive when he arrived the apartment and ringing. A woman opened the door. She's stupid didn't even bolt the door. He monotonously said.
"Congrats on your dome concert. How are you're twin childrens??"
She didn't even have time to answer when she was stabbed in the stomach.

The alarm went off. Mineta jumped out of bed, bathed in a cold sweat and panting. This is the sixth of a hell of a nightmare this week. He looked at his phone. It was 7 in the morning. He pushed it out and took a bath. While he doing that, he talked to himself, just like Midoriya.
"What on earth could this recurring dream mean? Besides, today is Saturday. Did Ai Hoshino really have children? The ones who performed the light-rod miracle that everybody remember as living meme?"
But every time he went around this logic line, he didn't get anything. He got out of the tub and wiped. He went out to the living room in fresh clothes to greet everyone.
"Coffee?" Ochako asked to him.
"Yes, thank you." He answered and took it. He sat down in a chair and slowly sipped. The class was watching TV, into which the news went.
"According to unconfirmed information, the leader of the idol band named B-Komachi, Ai Hoshino actually has children. The Strawberry Productions manager, Masaya Kaburagi, still claims that this is just a rumor."
Mineta just had the whole nightmare thing, but he wanted one last confirmation. He looked at his phone and on Twitter. At the official Strawberry Productions page, someone has made Ai's address public. He drink the coffee in one sip, and then immediately began to rush to the exit. Now it was good to be only 3'6 and half foot tall as their classmates only realized his disappearance when he had left the building. He entered the address through Google Maps. Only half an hour left, which could have been solved as the fly, but running would be much more harder to prevent Ai's death. He panicked for a while, but he hit himself in the face. He have to try, because there is no other idea. Immediately picked up the pace and started running.
"Why didn't I inherit Iida Quirk? He even crosses the speed limit even he's walking." he mourn himself.

Then he was caught by tentacles. He knew who it was, so there was no surprise when he faced the Big Three (Mirio, Nejire, Tamaki.). They looked at him questioningly.
"Where do you think you running, Mineta?" Mirio asked.
"He must have stolen panties from one of the girls." Tamaki whispered.
"Just like the last time." Nejire sighted.
"I don't have time for this!" Mineta shouted and tried to free himelf, which seemed impossible. "Ai's life in danger."
"You mean Ai Hoshino?"
"Yes, Mirio! Someone has public her address and began to spread that she actually had childrens."
"Your point being?" Tamaki asked softly but suspicius tone.
"Is that she is not a brain dead fan, who is now feel offended that she has kids. I'm sure one of them is planning a murder for justice or revenge!"
The Big Three looked at each other. Mineta's story seemed incredible, yet completely logical. He doesn't want to tell his nightmares, nor did he know that knew the truth sooner about Ai.
"Are you sure you don't hallucinate? Everybody knows well about you..."
"You really holding me up? For All Might's sake! You always say heroes are supposed to save people, don't you? Now, while we're sitting here over the obvious fact, a woman's life is in danger. One woman, whose death would shake an entire idol industry!"
Nejire just indicated Tamaki to put on her back.
"I believe you. tell me where I need to go and I'll take you there. But if you lie, you will be brutally punished!"
"Thank you guys!" He shouted as he felt to put Nejire's back. He showed him his cell phone, which still had Google Maps on it. She flew into the air with one impulse and just glided. Mineta looked down and saw Mirio and Tamaki following them from down. He looked at the mobile. There were ten minutes left, but he was not worried. Nejire, thanks to his Quirk, got there even sooner.
"Put me down here." he said when they arrived.
"I don't see anyone." Nejire said but did what he asked for.
"We have two minutes... there he is. Get down." he whispered and pointed down. A guy with black hooded top came with a bouquet in his hand. Nejire also crouched and just peeked. Fortunately, the unknown pondered so much that he did not notice his surroundings. It was a great time to hide in the nearest corner. Mineta's heart was beating in his throat. They currently needed pinpoint timing to catch the culprit, but the victim also survive. The seconds passed slowly as the black hooded guy's shape appeared. They did not know him, but they felt the coals of the hatred that came from it. Mineta knew in advance what was going to happen. He ranged, followed by a door opening in a short time.
"Yes?" asked a female voice. They both recognized it. It was Ai. Mineta immediately ripped a grape ball from his head and took aim.
"Congrats on your dome concert. How are you're twin childrens?" he asked and wanted to stab when Mineta fired with full force and perfect aim. The grape shaped glue ball hit the guy's head, which was not prepared at all. He fell to the floor like flour bag, the bouquet fell out and hit the ground with a metallic ring. However, he did not give up and get up to attack his knife, but Nejre's wawe motion pushed him five meters away.
"Who are you?" He shouted like crazy as he tried to stand up. Mineta and Nejire got out of their hiding place and walked over. Ai recognized the little guy as she gave him autograph to his light rods yesterday. He even exchanged a few words with her on Messenger earlier and received a gift from him.
"Mineta?" She asked. Her twin children looked out from behind her.
"Yes I am. As I guessed, today's little information leak was effective."
Nejire just prepared another attack. She was amazed at the performance of Mineta. He was completely untalented in combat, but he's smart. The guy freaked out.
"Why are you defending this lying bitch? She always said "I love everyone!" over and over again, but she is lying right in our face! She never told anyone that she had kids!"
"Idiot fool!" Mineta shouted, but his voice changed to normal when he took the knife and pushed away. "Lies and secrets are completely different concepts, yet they go hand in hand. Each person has his own little secret, which they will protect at any cost. I'm no exception. But you want kill the one you love because she try to hide her secret... Don't you think it would be a bit exaggerated, Ryosuke?"
"How do you know me? Did you spy on me?"
"You stood in front of me at the autograph's line yesterday, punk. But the best part is just coming." He grumbled and closed his fists and then walked to the Ryosuke's face. "I will transform your profile picture without Photoshop."
Then Ai went out and grabbed Mineta's fist. She didn't want blood to spill even though it was the guy who tried to kill her.
"That's enough. I love everyone. That's why I'm an idol. To give love to my fans. you are no exception."
Ryosuke cried. Deep down, he was grateful that he was stopped.

Tamaki and Mirio arrived with the police. Ryosuke was arrested. By the time they left, only Mineta, Ai and the twins left. The Big Three left the him that not to linger for long, as he would have to reckon with the unauthorized exit. He sighed loudly and sit on the ground, leaning back on the door of Ai's apartment.
"Thank god! That was tough."
"Yes. But how did you know this would happen?"
"The same was as I know your children. I figured it myself." he answered and knocked on his skull with a smile.
"Figure it out?"Ai asked confusedly.
"I'm smart enough to realize that your kids have your eyes. Furthermore, your daughter looks a lot like you."
"Then why did you protect me? You should hate you too for which I hid this to you."
"I don't like to repeat myself, but everyone has their own little secrets. By the way, what's their name?"
"A boy's is Aquamarine. The girl's is Ruby."
"Cute." Mineta noted and stand up. "As for me, I have to go back to college. But before let me share a secret with you."
"This is unnecessary."
"Secret for a secret. This is my rule. I don't know if you know the name of Imazuke Manata or that virtual book called "Drop of blood in the rain?"
"I don't like crime fiction, but the rest of my team loves it. They recommended to me."
"I wrote that book."
Ai didn't want to believe it first. However, in the light of what has happened, it's completely believable.
"Then congratulations."
"Thanks. but I have to go now. If you take my advice, lock the door. After all, who knows who's waiting on the other side of the doorbell next time."
Ai crouched down and hugged him. Aqua and Ruby followed their mother's example.
"Thank you for saving me."
"That's what the heroes do... Hey! If you hold it like this, I can say goodbye to anatomy!"
Mineta said, when he got out of the embrace. She just laughed at this. "But now I'm going. Take care of yourself."
"You too... my little hero."

He returned to the college building in an hour. Thanks to the Big Three, word has spread about the events of the last two hours. The first consequence of this was that he did not even have time for breakfast, he was immediately summoned to Nezu. the director was pretty grim, as was Aizawa who came in after Mineta.
"Mirio told me why you left the dorm without permission. In addition, you have done an act of heroism without taking the Hero Temporary License. I could tell you how many times you broke the law, whether it was the U. A. regulations or the normal laws in this day. Do you have any logical reason for that?"
"Yes. I saved a woman's life, saving her children from orphanhood and her fans from shock. I know that Midoriya and Bakugo, in addition, the entire class has accomplished something more heroic. However, they did break the policy at one point when they did it... with the most part."
Nezu just smiled after that.
"Oh well. Even if you're the most pervert guy, you also show that you are a student of All Might. In addition, your mind is sharp. However, I have to punish you. Mineta was happy to get away with that much. He left and immediately headed for the dining room. Why do you want her dead? Who is Aqua and Ruby's father? Could it have to do with this? In normal cases, he wouldn't deal with other's life, but today he intervened with success. And the incidental attraction of his act is that the this situation is far closed. He had to continue the investigation. After finished meals and washed his plates, he need to go back to his room. He knew that everyone was going to question the about this, so he approached his room through the yard. When he jumped in through the open window, he immediately pulled out his phone and searched in the Messenger for Ai Hoshino's name. He needed to know answers.
"Hi. I know we have been meet two hours ago, but I have a few questions." He typed and send. The reply was almost immediately.
"I knew you couldn't get away from me. ;) Go ahead."
"Who knew you had twin kids?"
"Our manager, Masaya Kaburagi and his wife, Miyako. And Strawberry Productions, where I work. Since we are quite small in number and our band has made us famous in the idol industry, I don't really think it's likely that someone has been snitching to the media."
That's what Mineta was afraid of. He continued typing.
"Unfortunately, there is a traitor among you who would not want to see you alive. At least that's my first assumption."
"I don't really consider it probable. Otherwise, he would have been able to crush my reputation from the very beginning, don't you think?"
"Yes, that would be reasonable. Unless there is a mental psychopath of the member whose greatest virtue is patience."
"Wow. You are a very professional detective. ;)"
"Oh, I'll blush if you say that. My other question is, do you know who the twin's father is?"
"Unfortunately I don't remember it. I was pretty much in my partying era then. One pub to another, drinking everything, which has alcohol in it. Then most of the evenings ended with a movie break. And on one of these I fell pregnant. I hope you do not condemn this for this."
"Nope. Everyone has the dark era's. My first memory with drunken was my last birthday. Then they kept a party for the deaf people near us. I went over, hit the electricity out and shouted loudly: Sleep Time!"
"XDXDXD That was a mean move."
"The point is that this thing is far from over."
"True. My manager suggested I move in with them. This information is the secret of the three of us right now. You're one of 'em."
"You can trust me. However, this case is quite complicated and only time can give us any information. But I'm asking you to tell me the truth."
"Naturally. Unfortunately, I have to go now. I'm gonna play my kids and even preparing to moving out."
"Okay. Bye. Take care of yourself."
"You too, my little detective."

Mineta put down his phone. Deep down he was glad to have befriended his number one idol. But the reason why his joy is not cloudless. The case won't be over until he finds both the children's father and the real culprit. Maybe the two are related?
