. She became addicted to OxyContin when she was fourteen and relied on a high to keep her happy, and she would get high off of other things, from sharpies to cough medicine.

. She likes to dress very indecently and strike indecent poses and post her selfies for attention. She thinks she can only be seen as beautiful if she's smothered in makeup, dressed like a slut, and striking sexy poses. She doesn't realize that true beauty comes from within.

. She ends up getting into a bad accident. While high she ends up riding a motorcycle, and she ends up crashing. Not only does she crash pretty badly, but she gets tangled up really badly in barbed wire, and it gets in her skin pretty deeply, all over. Her face, including her eyelid, her lips, her ankles, calves, thighs, arms, wrists, around her waist and upper belly— everywhere, not to mention the crash itself caused her to break her neck, but she's fortunate— she landed just the right way to keep her from dying. She eventually passed out from losing blood, and moving only got her tangled worse and made the barbs go in deeper, so there wasn't anything she could do. Not to mention she had a concussion.

. Needless to say, she never touches drugs or alcohol again after her accident, since she knows it never would have happened had she not been high.

. She wear an eyepatch over her eye that got barb wire in it, as she lost half her eyelid on her right eye. She was lucky she didn't go blind.

. Ming saw herself as beautiful because of her outward appearance, so after this happens, she stops with social media, no longer posting selfies, and she doesn't want to be seen in public so makes every excuse possible to stay inside because she's ashamed and embarrassed about her new appearance. She gets pretty depressed about her new appearance, in fact. She feels that no guy will ever want or love her.

. After her accident, the fingers on her dominant hand, her right hand, became paralyzed due to nerve damage, so she had to learn to use her other hand.
