Plot- Mineta is related to the young mafia boss Shinsou but doesn't know it yet and mineta life is already in danger with all the bullying at school and helping his father out with the bills and so on,so what happens when shinsou shows up at UA to join only to find his little brother.
(This is a no quirk AU and UA is just a school for smart student who parents can either pay or they got a scholarship and mineta is 5'3 and Eri is older than Mineta)

Author Pov
    It was the end of the weekend for mineta and it was also a new year for his school. Today he'll be in his second year in this awesome school. Mineta had gotten a scholarship for this school after doing so good in his exams in middle school. It really helped his dad with the money problem and stuff. Mineta lives with his adoptive father Kyle Johnson.
     Mineta knew Kyle wasn't his real father when he turned thirteen but mineta still treated him the same. Kyle raised mineta since he was left out in cold as baby. He raised mineta with such quite innocent so mineta only knew what his father had thought which was the basics. Mineta doesn't know who his real family but he does hope to get to meet them.
    Mineta works at cafe to help pay a few bills and for him to eat at school since they have dorms. Mineta gets up from his bed with yawn as he gets ready and grabbed his luggage and went downstairs and ate breakfast. "Okay dad, I have everything okay and also you should have money for groceries for five months so that should be good." Mineta said as he hugs his dad.
     "If you need extra just call Kay." Mineta said, "okay,okay mineta now go on to school don't want you to be late for first day of your second year and don't forget to ignore the bullying, something great will happen to you." Kyle said as mineta nodded and left, yep mineta gets bullied out of the fact his family isn't rich. Mineta didn't mineta but it still hurt.
     Only a few kids get in the school with scholarship and mineta was one those few. But, mineta hopes that something special will happen will hopefully turn his life around. When mineta arrived at school he looked around before heading to Class 2-A  which was different from his class last year. Mineta was in class 1-B last year but I guess things change.
      "Okay brats we have new student this and someone will be join us this year, introduce yourself." Aziawa said, a retired mafia lord but we'll get to that later. "Hello, I'm mineta minrou and it's great to meet you all." Mineta said before going to sit down as mineta gave him sceptical look. "Okay meet my son and new student Shinsou Aziawa." Aziawa said.
     Everyone eyes widen, everyone knew who they were well except mineta because Kyle didn't want him like that. Shinsou is the young mafia boss at the age of seventeen. Shinsou looked around as his eyes dropped on mineta who was just smiling like idiot. "You guys know my name." Shinsou said and sat down next to todoroki.
     Class went on until the bell rang for lunch and Mineta went to lunch room like normal as Mineta checked his bag. "Well damn, I guess I don't eat today and I get paid Friday." Mineta mumbled to himself, "does that poor Mineta have nothing." Uraraka taunted as she loomed over him. Mineta stayed silent as he started walking away as Uraraka and her friends laugh.
    Mineta head hung low as he crashed into someone and everyone in the room gasped. Mineta looked at as shinsou stared at him with a cold stare. "S-sorry." Mineta said getting up as he begins to walk away, "stop." Shinsou said as Mineta froze in his place. Mineta didn't who shinsou was but Mineta was terrified of him already.
    "What's your name?" Shinsou asked, "my name is Mineta Minrou." Mineta answered. "Well Mineta, where are you going it's lunch time? " Shinsou asked, " he's too poor to buy anything he only got in here cause of a scholarship." Uraraka said as she laughed and shinsou looked at mineta. "come Mineta we're going to eat. " Shinsou said.
      Mineta opened his mouth to protest but was shot a glare from shinsou as he nodded and went with him. The two sat down at a table and shinsou bought some food for Mineta. Everyone sat in the lunch room and watch in envy. "hey Mineta best buddy can I sit with you guys. " A guy came and mineta looked confused as hell on who this guy is.
     " I'm sorry but who are you. "Mineta said and shinsou looked at the guy, " don't be like that, we're friends." The guys said, "I'm sorry I don't know who are and I don't have any friends. " Mineta said as he continued to eat." Scram, you pathetic waste of space, he's doesn't know you." Shinsou said as the boy left. The bell rang as lunch overed and Mineta threw away his garbage.
     " Thank you for the food. " Mineta said with a smile, " it's okay baby brother. " Shinsou said and Mineta was shocked. "I'm not your brother." Mineta said, " you are now, do you have problem with that." Shinsou demanded. Mineta shook his head and shinsou smirk as they walked to class. Mineta walked next to shinsou as they enter class.
    From them it became routine, Mineta sits with shinsou during lunch and goes with him to class. Mineta was happy to at least have a friend but now everyone one was getting close to him because he is always with shinsou. So it's the weekend and Mineta is at work as some people enter. "Hello, Bella's cafe where everything is just right." Mineta says with a smile.
     "Oh my your adorable, ain't he adorable?" Eri aslee looked at shinsou and Mineta looked at shocked. " Yeah that's the guy I have been talking to you guys about." Shinsou answered.  "oh well he's absolutely adorable. " Eri said rubbing mineta's head as she plucked a strand out of his hair. Mineta didn't feel a thing as he showed them to their table.
     "Mineta I'll handle this you can do those over their." Rebecca came as she smirked, "no thanks, we want Mineta." Mic said and Rebecca walked away. They gave their order as Mineta wrote it down and came with them. " So why are you working here hunny.? " Mic asked, " well, I help pay the bills with my foster dad and other stuff." Mineta answered.
    "well okay deary, here's your top make sure to keep it safe okay, see you soon." Mic said as he left a one thousand dollars for mineta's tip. Mineta was gonna return it but they were gone so Mineta put it away and was thankful. This would help a lot with the bills.

Shinsou Pov
    "Okay Eri did you get it?" I asked her and she took out a strand of , mineta's hair, "he didn't even feel a thing." Eri answered as they put it to the tester. "Hopefully he is our baby boy, it was such a shame he take away from us." Papa (Mic) said. Okay let me explain when mineta was born we were under attack and they manage to get to Mineta.
     They took him and when we found him the person they said they gave him to someone. We've been looking for him since and his full name is Mineta Minrou Aziawa. This boy looks just like me and his name is Mineta Minrou so he has to be him. After a while the test came out and dad (Aziawa) held it in his hand. "So dad what does it say?" Eri said Impatiently.
     "It says, that's out son we've found him." Dad said as we hugged each other. "I can't wait have my baby brother home." I said as we nodded. "So now we can this number which is his foster parent and arrange a little meet up." Papa and we nodded, we made the call and it was scheduled for next week week Friday. Now we all had to do was wait.

Mineta Pov
    It's been a week since I met that family and they seem really nice and sweet. But after I saw them shinsou has been quite protective of me. We went to the mall and on the store managers didn't really like me so she tried framing me. But, shinsou told her something and she immediately apologized. I forgave her and then she gave me a diamond necklace and I was shocked.
    But anyways me and my dad are all dress up and I'm excited, cause apparently my real family contacted my father and they wanna meet up and maybe get me stay with them. I don't wanna leave my foster so I'll ask them for a favor. But, I'm super happy to meet my real parents, I wonder if I have siblings. Me and dad walked into this really fancy restaurant.
     I guess my family is really rich, "are you ready to meet you family?" Dad asked, "yes dad I'm ready." I said as we walked up to the front desk. "Hello we're here to meet the Aziawa family, the names Kyle Johnson." My dad said and the man gave him a disgusted look and frowned. "Sorry but I don't see your name here and stop touch the table you poor thing." He spat at my dad.
     I walked up, "I don't think that's how you talk to your guess and I can see in your eye ball that my father's name is their, Mineta Minrou it should be there." I said as he looked down and nodded as I smiled, "great, now why don't you show us to the table so I don't have to see your pathetic face because no one disrespects my father and gets away with it." I said sternly.
    "Right this way." He said and we followed him and I was shocked to see Shinsou and his family their. "They're my real parents?" I asked my dad and he nodded.  We sat down as I watched the front desk man jaw dropped. "W-wow, it's good to see you guys again, I can't believe this." I said as they hugged me and I hugged back tightly.
    We had fun talking and stuff and my family got to know me a lot more, "so Mineta we wanted to know if you would like to live with us?" Mic said and paused. "Sure but I want my foster dad in my life at well no offense but he's still my dad cause he took care of me. " I said and they nodded. " That's fine he can live in our mansion or if he wants penthouse. " Aziawa said.
     "We're very grateful that he took you in and took care of so we appreciate him for that." dad (Aziawa) said and I smiled, " well dad you get to stay with us. " I said and my dad smiled. After that night I spent my life with my family my foster dad included and it didn't take long for the new to spread. When me and shinsou arrived at school everyone wanted to be my friend.
    I guess being rich and apart of a mafia family gives you perks and papa and dad and big sis and brother all would do anything for me. Because, I was taken and they killed the man I think cause I haven seen him. I felt powerful and loved and cherished and I guess my foster dad right, something special sis happened to me I found family and I'm protected.
     As I sit in home and I play with sister and I think about all the control I have and I'm happy about all the control I have.
