~VIKKLAN~

"Are you ready yet?" Vikk asked as he waited for his boyfriend.

The Vikklan couple were going to a themed party with all their friends. It was Pokemon themed party, and the two were dressing up as Raichu and Pikachu. 

"Just a second mate! This Pikachu tail keeps hitting and knocking over stuff!" Lachlan exclaimed from the other side of the door. 

Vikk giggled as he pulled out his phone and texted Mat; asking if everything was ready for the night. After receiving a yes, Vikk put his phone away just as Lachlan came out of the room; all dressed up in a Pikachu costume.

"You look cute." Lachlan said as he kissed Vikk's forehead; receiving a giggle from the shorter.

"You finally ready to go?" Vikk asked.

Lachlan nodded; allowing Vikk to lead him out the door and towards their car. The duo climbed into the car and began to drive to Mat and Brandon's house; singing along to the songs that popped up on the radio.

Eventually, they pulled up in Mat's driveway; music being heard from the back. Both boys opened up the doors and closed them before going and knocking on the door.

A few seconds later, the door opened to reveal Brandon dressed up like Charmander:

"Hey guys! Glad you could make it! Mat's about to start talking so come on in!" Brandon said, opening the door wider for us to get in.

Once Brandon closed the door, we all walked out into the backyard where all our friends danced or talked; all dressed up as Pokemon.

"Hey guys! Glad you could make it!" Mat said as he walked up in his Charizard costume.

"Thanks for inviting us Mat! This party looks awesome!" Lachlan said as he looked around at the decorations that littered the backyard.

"Thanks Lachy Dachy! Hey, can I steal Vik for a second? I need to talk to him."

"Sure. I'm gonna go find the rest of the Pack." Lachlan said as he walked off to find the others.

As soon as Lachlan was out of sight, Mat dragged me into the house and towards the upstairs bathroom.

"You ready for this Vik?" Mat asked as he stood in the bathroom doorway.

"I guess. I'm just nervous that he won't say yes." I said as my hand trailed over the velvet box in my pocket.

"Vik, he loves you with all his heart. Of course he'll say yes! Now get ready. You're on in 5." Mat said as he closed the door and rushed downstairs and out into the back.

Grabbing a microphone, Mat turned off the music and called for everyone's attention.

"Hey everybody welcome to the party!" Mat said into the microphone receiving cheers from all his friends. "Now before we kick this party up a notch, I was asked to help someone with a very special something."

Everyone smiled as the parted away from Lachlan, leaving him confused in the circle that surrounded him. Everyone began cheering as someone made their way through the crowd, and stood behind Lachlan.

"Lachlan. I'd turn around if I were you." Mat said with a smile.

Lachlan turned around and nearly jumped when he saw Vik behind him; who had changed into Ash Ketchum clothes.

"Lachlan Power, I can't even describe how happy I've been these last few years. You were always there for me in my darkest times, and the happy, and every moment in between. I love you so much Lachlan." Vik got down on one knee and opened the pokeball in his hands. "So will you be the Pikachu to my Ash? And be by my side forever?"

Tears streamed down Lachlan's face as he nodded his head furiously. Vik smiled as he put the ring onto Lachlan's finger and stood up; being pulled into a kiss as everyone around them cheered.

"Now let's get this party started!" Mat exclaimed as the two pulled apart and smiled to each other.
