Part 1: Chapter 4- The Fall
Many preparations were made. The blacksmiths are working twice as hard to craft swords of the best material they have, which is iron.
I took one of it, and practiced by myself. I felt quite proud that I was no longer the city girl that I was, but the books that described the outside world were right.
There are more dangers than I can count, and who knows if I could survive the battle that night. Why do I have a big mouth? I thought angrily.
The iron sword felt heavy as I swung at a dummy made of hay, parts of it falling each time.
Suddenly, I swung so hard that it destroyed the dummy with one hit. No one strangely saw that though, and I was surprised.
A voice whispered in my ear, but I couldn't make out the words. But dread filled my chest. The voice sounded like danger.
"How are you doing?" Andy asked kindly, with an iron sword on his back. He had walked over from training his fellow villagers.
"Fine," I replied, glancing at the ruined dummy. "It feels weird, for some reason."
"You brought something new," he said. "Determination. None of us have the determination that you have. Even though we have almost no chance against them. The future lays dark, but we have, a slight chance, to get through it."
I nodded, looking at at busy village. Would there be peace for this village? I wondered, leaving my sword in ny house to leave for a walk.

"Should we tell?" a person's voice echoed in a cave like area. "It might help."
"No," a firm voice replied. "That person must learn. We can't always interfere with the people's lives. Long ago, we have given up ours for the survival of this world. They must learn to be strong, to overcome challenges."
"I agree," it was a female who said. "Dark days are coming. I could sense it, but the pool doesn't show the future for us."
"There will be trouble," the first person warned. "Nothing will be the same again."

As night fell, I climbed up a watchtower. The villagers were getting ready, with their iron gear. Some had bows, with arrows already loaded on it.
I would have like to have a bow, but my aim is terrible. Happy memories of me trying to shoot with a bow came to me, and for a moment, I forgot about the situation.
"The zombies are coming!" one of the villagers shouted.
I slid down the ladder with my sword out. My heart was filled with dread as I saw zombies with mostly diamond armour. Iron swords are almost peanuts to them.
They swung, surprisingly with accuracy, at the villagers, who fought hard. I swung my sword at one who had iron armour and it growled angrily.
I yanked my sword out of the zombie's half broken armour and kicked it away. I nearly stumbled and fell, but a villager grabbed my hand strongly.
"Thanks," I said gratefully.
The villager nodded and was about to carry on fighting when a sword stabbed onto his chest.
He fell and I could only stare in shock. I was in danger, surrounded by one diamond armoured zombie who had just easily taken the life of an innocent villager.
It let out a low growl and tried to stab me. My legs were wobbling with fear and I managed to dodge.
I shoved my sword towards the zombie's chest but it didn't even make a scratch. Instead, it swung at me with its diamond sword fast. I blocked it with my iron one and I heard it crack.
Not now! I thought.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a helpless villager falling from a gash in his neck.
No! my mind yelled.
Just as I began to regain my senses, I felt a cold hard sword hit my head and I blacked out.
