Jessica's POV

It was a sunny afternoon and I was sitting outside on the soft emerald green grass in my backyard. I was playing with my pet pig Ruben.

My twin brother, Jesse, was inside making lunch. He came outside and brought me a sandwich.

"Hey sis. What you doing?" He curiously asked.

"Just playing with Ruben." I replied.

He sat down next to me and started playing with Ruben too. Ruben seemed to be enjoying his time with us.

"Hey, I have an idea!" I said excidedly.

"What's that?" My brother asked.

"Maybe we could take a walk in the park?" I looked at Jesse with an eager expression.

"Ok lets go."

And with that we were off to the park.

Lukas's POV

Petra was in her room sword fighting with an armor stand.

I was downstairs bored out of my mind. I decided to go take a walk in the park. Before I went I walked up to Petra's bedroom door and knocked on it.

"Come in." I heard her say from the other side of the door. I opened the door and asked if she would like to join me at the park.

She agreed and we left in a nick of time.

~Time skip to the park~

Still Lukas's POV

We took a slow stroll through the park and came across a bench and decided to sit and relax for a while.

Jessica's POV

Jesse and I were on our way to our favorite place to sit at the park. It was a lonley bench that was placed under a tree with a view of a huge sparkling lake. We were in sight of the bench when we saw two figures, male and female, take a seat.

We kept walking towards the bench and figures. They glanced up at us with confusion written all over their faces as we stood in front of them.

Petra's POV

Two strangers came up to Lukas and I and we both glanced up at them, confused.

"Hello." The boy said.
"Hi...um can we...uhh help you?" I asked unsure.
"Yeah that's actually our spot...." he said (thats so cheesey, but meh.). He looked a bit awkward.
"Oh sorry! We thought it was made for anyone to sit on." I answered back at him.

"You don't have to go." The girl spoke up.
"I'm Jessica and this is my twin brother, Jesse." The girl continued.

"I'm Petra and this is my brother Lukas." I introduced.

We chatted until dusk before we said our goodbyes.
"So....will we see each other again?" Lukas asked

"Definitely! Ok we gotta run so we'll see you around." Jesse replied.

We all left the park behind and headed home.

Jessica's POV

It was really awesome meeting those two. They seem like really nice people. I think to myself.

"Wacha thinking about?" Jesse curiously asked. He noticed I was spacing out in my thoughts and I just answered his question.

"About our new friends...they seem like nice people."

"Yeah. This might be wierd but.....I.....I..think I like.......Petra." He stammered. I wasn't the only one that has a crush on our new allies.

"Me too.....I think I like Lukas." I admitted without a lot of difficulty.

"I doubt they feel the same way for us though..." Jesse confessed.

Lukas's POV

Boy.....I really like our new friends. I think I actually fell for Jessica.

'Oh no......how can anyone just fall for someone they only just met!?' I panicked mentally.
'I can't be the only one....can I?'
I guess the saying is true

'It's love at first sight.'

I rushed up to Petra's room and banged on her door.

"What is it?" Petra yelled from inside her bedroom.

"Petra, I need to tell you something.."

Petra opened the door and invited me in.

"So....whats up?" She asked.

"I have a problem...."

"I'm listening." Petra incouraged for me to go on.

"You know our new friends, Jessica and Jesse?" I asked. She nodded and I carried on.

"I....I-I......think...I'm...in love with......Jessica." I admitted with difficulty. I felt heat rush to my cheaks, awaiting a response from my frozen sister.

"O-M-G....O-M-G!!! You're in love!!" She fangirled. I felt so embarrassed. Then when she was out of breath from fangirling she said unexpectedly: "Glad I'm not the only one."

I was shocked at her response.I can't even begin to explain what I was feeling right now, it's a mixture of relief, awkwardness and something else.....

I spoke up eventually after my 'shock wave'had ended.

"So.....the oh-so-though Petra has 'no feelings for anyone?" I teased my sister. "Oh stop being so annoying, Blondie." She rolled her eyes and punched me playfully....it kinda hurt a little.

"When do you think we'll see them again?"

"You think I know anymore than you do? I dunno if thats what you're wondering." Petra sarcastically replied.

I rolled my eyes, got off of Petra's bed and walked out the door.

~next morning~

"Agh..." I groaned as I was being blinded by the bright smile of the morning sun. I got out of bed feeling a little lazy but I still walked to the kitchen. Petra is always the first one awake, so I was guessing she was already 'up and about' in the kitchen. As I guessed, there was Petra making a cup of coffee.

She heared me entering (because I have heavy feat in the morning when I'm tired) and greeted me as warm as the sun was this morning.

I nodded and sent her 'hm' and sat down at the table.

"Someone looks like they woke up too early."Petra brought me a mug of steaming coffee.

Once again I just 'hm'd'.

Jesse's POV

Jessica and I always wake up early, (must be a twin thing) so we were dressed, fed and ready for the on coming day ahead of us.

"Do you think we'll see Lukas and Petra again today?" Jessica asked.

"I hope so."

~Time skip to lunch~
Jessica's POV

'Wow! Where did the time go? It's already midday!' I think to myself.

"Hey bro?"

"Yeah?"

"Wanna grab an ice-cream?"

"You know me too well sis."
We went to the ice cream parlor and I looked at the options.

"I'll have a cookies and cream." I ordered. "What you gonna get bro?"

"Hm.....I'll be boring and have a plain vannila."

"Ugh, dude! You're the most boring person in the world of minecraft."

"What!? Vanilla is a classic favorite!" He huffed

"Maybe in the early 1900's when they first produced it! They were so 'plain' back then!" ( Get it? No? Imma shut up now ;-; ) I giggled a little. Jesse just rolled his eyes and requested his 'classic favorite' ice cream.

People were streaming into the place like a school of fish going on a 'skii trip' to the Arctic ocean.

I felt someone tap me on the sholder and I reacted by swiveling around on the chair. It was none other than the Blondie I crushed on and his sister Petra.

"Oh, hey guys!" I said with enthusiasm.

"Heh....didn't expect to see you guys here." My brother asked.

"Oh yoy know-just the right place to be on a beaming Summer day." Lukas casually spoke to us.

They were going to order their ice creams just as we finished ours.

"Ok, we're going to go now....have to feed our pet."I said.

"Aww but we haven't even had our treats yet!" Petra complained. I laughed and had the craziest thought. Why didn't I think of it sooner!?

"Ok- how 'bout this.....we give you our numbers and you can give us a call later?" I laid out my thoughts for everyone to hear.

Lukas's POV

"Great idea!" I was excited for now I could ask her on a date. (No not now! Later when I call her!) Maybe even Jesse and Petra can join to make it a double date! Yeah, now that's a plan I'm looking forward to.

~Later that night~

I picked up my phone and shakily dialed in Jessica's number.

*ring, ring* it rang for a few seconds.

"Hello?" A familiar female voice questioned from the other line.

"Hi Jessica! It's me Lukas....the blonde guy...Petra's brother." I dumbly introduced. Of course she'll know it's me once I just say my name! Ugh how embarrassing.

*faint giggles* "I know it's you silly- you didn't have to say all that other stuff...just you're name." She said in between giggles.

"I called to ask you something?"

"Sure!"

"I was wondering if you and your brother would like to come watch a movie.....?" I waited for her to reply.

"Ok, just hang on a moment. Let me go ask Jesse."

"..."

"Lukas? We would love to."
I heard her voice speak from the other line.

"Great, I'll pick you up, say, tomorrow at 12?"

"That sounds great, see you tomorrow." Then she hung up and I went up to Petra's room. For once the door was open so I just invited myself in.

"Hey Petra!" I said with a bit too much enthusiasm. She looked at me as if I had gone mad.

"What's up?"

"You want to go on a date with Jesse right?" She blushed and denied it. I knew I'd get it out of her once I told her the plan.

"Well too bad- I set up a movie date for me, you, Jessica and Jesse." I calmly said.( at least I thought I said it calmly)

Petra satred at me and (as I predicted) went hype and said: "You.....are the best brother ever." I chuckled and told her my plan for the upcoming day.

~Next day at 11:56~

Jesse's POV

Jessica was pacing around the room like an impatient child waiting for someone to give her attention.

"Would you stop pacing around?" I complained.

"Would you stop complaining?" She snapped back.

"Can't you just wait *looks down at watch* for 2 minutes?" I complained once again.

"No." She stopped pacing around after we heared the doorbell ring.

"Coming!" Jessica yelled.
I followed her to the door.

She opened up to reveal Lukas. We walked over to his car and I had to sit in the back seat next to....PETRA! I was both glad and anxious.

Jessica's POV

Jesse was totally freaking out when he realized Pwtra was coming too.

Lukas opened the door for me (what a gentleman) and I climbed in.

We arrived at the movie theater and Lukas had already booked seats and a movie. We were going to watch IT.

We were halfway through the horror and I thought I was going to die of fright. Lukas noticed and gave me a hug. I suddenly heard Petra laugh. What could possibly be funny right now? I turned to face her to see why she was laughing. Jesse was so scared that he dug his head into Petra and was shaking like a leaf. That sight got me giggling too.

The people that were seated behind us sent us "shhh" sounds and I just muttered under my breath: 'you're the ones making the most noise.'

~End of movie~

We walked out of the theater and went to a little cafè.

We sat there chatting for a bit while drinking a cold drink.

Petra wasn't feeling to well so my brother offered to walk her home. She gratfully took the offer and they were off. I wonder when my brother will confess to her?

"Jessica?"
"Yeah"
"Can I tell you something?"
"Anything" I think I know where this is going....
"I...um...I...like you Jessica....like as in more than just a friend."

I knew it! Of course I'll give him a chance once I unfreeze and stop staring! (Hehe)

I finally got myself into action again and replied:

"If you tell me why you like me, maybe I'll consider it."
"I like you not just because you're pretty but also because of your amazing personality." He finished off. That is exactly what kind of guy I would want to date:the guys that look deeper into you, past looks and into your personality.

"Of course I'll give you a chance." I replied to him.

His face lit up like he had eaten too much sugar. He plunged himself at me and sent us to the ground. Our lips connected and it was magical. My first kiss was perfect with the perfect guy at the not-so-perfect timing.

We broke apart after a few seconds and smiled brightly at each other.

~To Petra and Jesse~

After we got to Petra's house she invited me in and took it as my chance to tell her I'm in love with her.

"Hey Petra? Can I ask you a question?"

"Sure."
Now was my chance.

"How do you tell a girl you're in love with her?"

"Well if I wanted to be told that a guy likes me then I would want them to just say it..."

"I love you Petra!" I blurted out. Now my cheaks wear flushed and I felt even more heat rise to them when I realized Petra was kissing me. I felt myself kissing back before we broke apart.

"Wow! I didn't expect that from you."
"You didn't like it?"
"No,no...I mean yes I liked it but that was unexpected from someone that doesn't fall for g-" I was cut off by Petra kissing me again.

"You just did that to stop me from talking."
"Heh....you already know me too well."

I love her and she loves me back. Dreams do come true in my case.

Any way I'm so super sorry for not updating for so long but I'll explain why.....

Okay so I went on holiday to the Eastern Cape and guess what....

... there was no wifi!
