Shasta's POV:

I am so pumped! Sadie, Luna, and Nixon are going to teach me how to unlock and harness my 'wolf' form. I've been waiting for close to a year for my training to start. It's snowing outside and it's bitter cold, luckily, my wolf blood keeps myself warm! I met Sadie, Luna, and Nixon at the designated place they told me to meet them.

"Took you long enough, Shasta." Nixon growled, "No need to be rude, I have not adapted to the winter weather yet." I snapped back, "Okay you two, let's just calm down. We have some training to do." Sadie said, getting in between Me and Nixon, "Very well. Let's start." Nixon said, backing off.

"All right, you have to think nothing else but turning into a wolf." Luna instructed, I did as Luna said and started imagining myself about turning into a wolf in my mind and I feel smaller. "Guys, how did you guys get taller?" I asked, "We didn't, silly. You managed to take your Wolf Form." Sadie replied, kneeling down to me. "Nice, what color am I?" I asked, Sadie. "A Black Wolf. A bit uncommon to see around here." She replied in surprise.

Nixon's POV:

Shasta changed into his wolf form pretty quick. He learned faster than I expected, I'm starting to see why the Werewolf Goddess chose him. "Next Lesson: Use your Ears, Eyes, and Nose. Tell us what you can hear and smell." I instructed. Shasta walks around smelling and looking around for a few minutes. "I smell sheep and other wolves." Shasta replied.

"You learn pretty quick." My girlfriend Luna~ said, to Shasta. We go on for a few hours training Shasta how to use his Wolf Form when it comes to speed, jumping over obstacles, how to catch his prey in only his Wolf Form. 

Dave's POV:

I'm just walking around Soure, patrolling the area for anything out of the ordinary. After I finished patrolling, I went into the Warehouse to get some materials to forge a new weapon. I walked over an old brown carpet and it was very dusty! I lifted up the carpet and it revealed an iron trapdoor to a basement underneath the Warehouse... Luckily, I have a lever to use to open it, once I made it down to the secret room, it's surprisingly big! It has a few white shulker boxes, eight to ten large chests. 

In four large chests, they're FULL of Gold Coins!

Splie will have a blast counting all those coins and telling everyone how much gold we found! He's pretty much a big geek when it comes to anything. I head back up and close the iron trapdoor behind me. I went over to the brewery and barged right into the building, scaring Splie in the process. "Dave! Don't barge in like that, I can't spill any of this stuff." Splie shouted, "Sorry, I was a bit excited about something I want to show you." I apologized

"Oh? What did you find?" Splie asked, "There's a secret room under the Warehouse." I answered. Splie sat down and said, "I'm listening.." "There's a lot of loot in there and I want both you and Shasta to see this for yourselves." I replied excitedly, "All right, I'll meet you at the Warehouse in a few minutes. I gotta clean up here." Splie said, getting up and attending to his potions.

I left Splie's house/Laboratory heading up to the mountains where Shasta is having his training takes place and that's where I found them. "Hey Shasta, you're not going to believe this! There's a secret room under the Warehouse!!" I said. Shasta turned back into his Human Form. "Oh? What's in the secret room?" Shasta replied.

"You'll have to come see for yourself, come with me." I said, gesturing him to come, "But I'm not done with my training." Shasta replied, "Your training is already over for today, we'll start again another time, Shasta." Sadie said, smiling.

Shasta's POV:

I followed Dave back to the Warehouse and Splie is leaning on the Iron Door waiting for us. "We're here, what's important about the secret room?" I asked Dave, "I'll show you." He said, opening the door. Dave removed a tiny rug off the spruce wood floor and opened an Iron Trapdoor. The three of us went into the secret room(basement) and I was awe-struck! The room is somewhat big and it's full of crates, chests, and a big auto smelting machine on the right wall.

"Take a look in some of these chests that are reinforced with steel." Dave said to Me and Splie, We opened the chests and my gosh, they're FULL of Gold Coins! Even though I grew up in a rich family, but I've never seen THIS much gold in my life. "Oh wow, I got to count all of these coins." Splie said as he started counting, "You go ahead, count them up for us. But don't keep any of it for yourself just yet." I laughed. Dave and I climbed back out of the Basement and I said: "Keep this gold hidden as long as possible." I ordered, "Why? This isn't your gold!" Dave replied "You're right, it isn't mine, Nor is it yours or Splie's. Gold is a powerful currency and we have to manage it carefully and keep it safe from people that may steal it." I explained.

Dave laughed and said, "Who would steal the coins? The Werewolves don't know much about Currency and we're in the middle of nowhere." I put my hands on his shoulders, "I understand that, but there's something I got to tell you." I said, with a serious face. "An hour before you came up the mountain, while I was training...

*Shasta's flashback starts*

I'm hiding downwind from a wild Sheep, closing in... and I pounce on the Sheep killing my prey. My ears twitched a little bit and I saw someone in a black robe on running through the woods. After the unknown person was gone, I take off back to Sadie, Luna, and Nixon with a worried face. Sadie noticed "What happened?" she asked. I turned back into my Human-like form "I saw someone in a black robe run through the woods." I asked, worriedly.

"Humans roam around these woods all the time. There's a couple of civilizations not too far from here. Why's that worrying?" Luna asked, "This person was wearing dark clothing." I replied. "Oh... never seen anyone wearing that type of clothing. Very unusual" Nixon said, rubbing his chin.

*Shasta's flashback ends*

"...and that's why I want to secure the gold coins." I finished. Dave's surprised that there are people that might be close by. "Hey guys, I calculated how many gold coins that are down here. Our total in gold coins is Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-four(13,824)! And I also found some silver in three of the White Shulker Boxes. I counted them as well and we have Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Four(5,184)!" Splie calculated, with a smile, "Whoa, that's all worth to keep hidden!" Dave shouted, "Shush, we don't need anyone to hear us." I shushed Dave, "To hear what?" Sadie said, as she and Nixon walked into the Warehouse. Oh, great... we're caught.

Sadie's POV:

"Um... nothing?" Shasta stammered, "I can tell if you're hiding something, well... out with it!" Nixon said, "We found a secret vault that's full of gold and silver coins." Dave replied, "Dave!" Shasta shouted punching Dave in the side. 

"Gold and Silver? Why's it important?" I asked, "It's a currency, that you can use to purchase items from people. It's better than trading items, gold and silver last a long time." Shasta explained, "Why do you want to hide it from everyone, we don't know anything about money." I said, "Cause some people are greedy, instead of earning it, they steal it since it's quick and easy." Splie said, in his geeky voice, "We should learn about this, I personally think it may help our kind." I said.

Shasta sat down with his thinking face. "Splie. What do you want to do in your future?" Shasta asked Splie, "Open up shop someplace where there's a lot of people." He replied "Great! I got an assignment for you." Shasta smiled, "Alright. What is it?" Splie quickly asked. "I need you to take a thousand gold coins and open up shop in Gline, I want you to do anything in your power to find out what's going on in my hometown." Shasta instructed, "I'm just wondering, why can't you return there again?" Splie asked.

"Splie has a point about something that you never told us about..." I pondered. Shasta sighed and said, "I'll give you the short version of my story. My Dad wanted me to marry someone I never met before, so I decided to run away. I don't want to return back until I find out what's going on around there." Shasta replied, "Well, you should get going quick. If you leave now, you'll get there without getting jumped by anyone." Shasta said, grabbing a thousand gold coins and pushing Splie out of the Warehouse.

Once it was only me, Nixon, and Dave, I decided to talk to Dave about something since he's pretty close to him. "Hey Dave, I have a question." I said, "Alright, shoot!" Dave replied, confidently, "Has Shasta said anything about me?" I asked. "Every once in a while, he talks about you. He says you're pretty, friendly, and adorable." He replied in truth, "Does he have a crush on me?" I asked, blushing dark red, "Possibly... I may ask him next time I'm alone with him." Dave chuckled.

"Sadie, we need to head back before the others get suspicious." Nixon ordered, leaving the building.
