Laurance X Sasha

Laurance balled up his fists, walking away from the beach. His supposed 'bro,' had not agreed with him and the girl he loved was still hung over Aaron. He wasn't having the best of days.

To make the matter even worse, it seemed like more and more his Shadow Knight side was taking over him. It seemed like every day he was losing what was his self. Dominance was the only thing that mattered and any emotion seemed to trigger it, especially the emotion of love.

Love was the only thing that seemed to backfire for him whenever it came to it. He was the resident casanova, or was that Travis now? Laurance hid behind flirts but now, it seemed to be gone from his life. Aphmau was currently mourning Aaron's death, leaving Laurance feeling stuck in the dust. And Sasha...

When Laurance loved Sasha, she got engaged to Kenmur. Then, she died in the Nether, sacrificing her life for them. Now, she was back and heart broken as ever due to Kenmur's new interest in Emmalyn and eventually marriage to 'Emmy.' It was a vicious cycle for both of them.

Speaking of Sasha, Laurance was going off to talk with her. See, despite their differences in the past, Sasha still helped out with all this Shadow Knight stuff. She was more experienced in this type of thing.

When he arrived at the jail cell, he was greeted by the silver-haired beauty, looking as bored as usual. Sometimes, Laurance thought of her as a doll with her porcelain-like skin and huge lilac eyes framed with such an unnatural hair color. She had the face for it, the forever still face with no amusement ever to be put upon it at all.

Yet, she was still calming.

Laurance walked to her line of vision, looking at Michi who was sleeping on the floor in a fetal position. In her sleep, she mumbling about Laurance which he ignored due to the really bad mood he was in right now.

Sasha caught wind of him, smirking at him. "Well, the cat's asleep so we can talk. What's up? You look like you were just hit in a very sensitive spot."

Laurance grumbled a bit before answering, still pissed off. "Aphmau's still hung over the shirtless liar's death."

She raised an eyebrow at him, unsatisfied with his answer. Lowering her bangs a little bit over her eyes, she spoke while in the shadows, "See, Laurance, we can't be hung up over past emotions, especially lo--"

"WELL, DAMN IT SASHA!" Laurance shouted at her, punching the wall, "I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THEY LOVED EACH OTHER OR WHAT NOT! ALL I KNOW IS SHE SHOULDN'T BE SO DEPRESSED OVER THIS!"

Blood ran down his hands at the force he hit the wall at. Sasha noticed the crimson liquid, fascinated at how much Laurance was invested into this Aaron case. "Laurance, calm down. We wouldn't want you to go Shadow Knight mode again and you to be saved as a damsel in distress."

Laurance turned around to her, red veins sticking out in his eyes, signs of him losing control. "I'm no damsel. I don't need anyone to save me. Everyone could go rot somewhere, especially Garroth."

"Garroth, huh?" Sasha prodded in an almost amused tone. "Blondie was--"

"Not agreeing with me, yeah," Laurance replied, not realizing how selfish that sounded, "It's stupid Aaron, that's what."

Sasha was thinking to herself then she answered to Laurance's desperation. "People like Garroth and Aphmau should not be people who you should be around with."

Laurance brought his head up, obviously confused. Sasha's message wasn't getting through to his thick skull. "What...?"

"They act like heroes," Sasha reasoned, "When they aren't. No one is a hero or a villain in this world at all. There is just the people who will fall or rise. If the people who rise are 'villains' then so be it. The heroes are the ones who are susceptible to emotion, forever spiraling downhill."

"I get that...," Laurance drawled, "Thanks."

"For what?" Sasha inquired.

"You know why," Laurance smiled shyly, "It looks like the cat's waking up. I'll see you later, Sasha."

Laurance started walking away from the cell, leaving Sasha back in her cell to think. She sat there smiling at herself, thinking about Laurance.

There were things that Laurance had told her that he had not told his lord. There were things Sasha had expressed that no one has ever seen. They helped each other, built each other to their maximum.

And if they were villains, she didn't care.

They would be villains together.

To rise from the depths of the Nether, overcoming adversary.

Even if the horrid love came into it.

A/N - That was a little head canon for you all. Guys, please leave suggestions, I was literally running dry for one shots. Also, I listened to the livestream where they read one shots from this book. That was awkward to hear my writing said aloud...Anyways, I hoped you all enjoyed! Buh-bye!
