J's POV
"I think this should be enough for the rest of the day."
I was picking apples for Axel, Olivia, and Petra while they were finding a place to station the horses when I climbed up a tree and knocked my head against something hard and covered in vines.

"What happened J?" Petra yelled from her position at the bottom of the tree I climbed.

"There's something hard up here!"

"Yeah, it's called wood"

"Then why does this 'wood' look like wood planks that have vines grown on it?"

"I'm coming up to see" Petra shouted while starting to climb up the tree trunk.
When she got up to my level we broke away some oak leaves and saw there was a sort of floor of wood planks on top of the tree.

"I think we may have found it!" Petra cheered to Axel and Olivia, who were still on the ground.

"Can you see the rest of the tree house?" Axel wondered

"I think so..." I questioned while clearing away more of the leaves with Petra. Pretty soon we broke a piece of the wooden planks and ended up in Jesse's room that, for some reason, was sideways.

"It must've gotten flipped over when the witherstorm came close but not close enough to destroy it." Olivia reasoned when she climbed out of the hole I broke.

"Then what about that?"Petra pointed to a section of the tree house that looked like something big crashed into it.

"I'm no expert on destruction... Oh wait I am," Axel joked from beside Olivia,"but I would guess that a witherstorm tentacle smashed into the side of the tree house enough to flip it over but it didn't completely destroy this place."

"Then how are we going to flip it over and repair the damage?" Olivia groaned while observing the wreckage that was once her best friend's home.

"Maybe we could ask Lukas for help," Axel suggested," After all he is a pretty good architect."

"I'm just surprised you're the one who suggested that considering you and J don't like him that much."Petra hinted.

"We still don't like him but we... just manage to hide that" I stated while glancing at Axel who was shifting uncomfortably same as me.

"Come on guys he is really nice and he's proved many times that he's loyal to our team." Olivia reasoned with the guys.

"Is it because Lukas likes Jesse that you don't trust him?" Petra asked while cocking her head.

"Nooo..." we both trailed off unanimously while looking away.

"Lukas is a nice guy and he'd never do anything to hurt Jesse on purpose so what are you so afraid of?" Olivia coaxed.

"We don't want anything to change for the worse and everything to turn awkward if something goes wrong" I sputtered our while looking shamed.

"Yeah I mean, what if they argue and never want to talk or see each other...then what?" Axel questioned.

"Jesse doesn't hold many grudges and she's the most calm person in our group, unless someone threatens us, at which point Jesse can turn into a raging she-monster..."Petra acknowledged

We all agreed to that fact since Jesse was very protective of her friends and will do anything to defend them at times.

"...so that shouldn't be a huge problem for us."

"Then can we drop this subject and go ask for some help before the mobs come out?" Axel pointed to the darkening sky.

"Then let's hurry" Olivia announced while starting to climb down the hole.
