Chapter 24
Persephone
"Hurry up!" I called to the pilot of Uchiha's private jet as thunderstorm ravaged around us.
"It's too dangerous!" the pilot replied.
"Project Fox."
I turned to the Director, "What?!"
"Are you seriously going to do this? That effect is irreversible and it's gonna be a suicide mission."
I looked at Uchiha, straight into the eyes, "Liah is my friend. I can't leave her rampaging the city. Even though I die, it's still worth a try."
"Fine. I can't force you to stop; as long as you don't die from your crazy decision."
"You sound like I'm gonna die."
"I'm just pointing out."
I rolled my eyes, "Whatever."
I then jumped off the jet, and saw the phenomena of what's going on around the city.
Flames nearly engulfed Heijokyo, but the rain kept it low. Thunder boomed and fireballs rained along with water.
I don't know why are the fireballs not extinguished. It's literally raining water and fire at the same time.
I levitated by manipulating cold air to control me. I looked ahead and saw arrows flying with water and fire.
On the top of a building, I saw Lion and Milarite shooting against something.
I hovered myself to Lion and landed.
"Where is Athaliah?" I asked Lion.
"Down below."
"Okay, thanks!" I said as I jumped down at sheer speeds.
About 20 blocks off the ground, I hovered and scouted the place.
I finally saw Athaliah standing on the ground, next to a body.
I later recognized it wasn't just a body, but one of Team Olympus'.
Storm's body.
"Holy Herobrine..." I gasped at the sight. Did Athaliah just kill... Storm?
Athaliah turned to me with her soulless, blue eyes.
"Oh hello. Wanna join her?" she smiled creepily, gesturing to the limp Storm. Oh my Notch, Athaliah really DID kill her...!
"Uh... no thanks!" I said as I threw my ice daggers at her. She melted it all away using her fire.
I still wonder why her fire still exists in the middle of a rain.
"Ah! I see you wanna play the hard game..." she taunted in a voice that wasn't hers. She formed a fireball in her hands then shot it to me. I dodged it.
"Athaliah, that is not you. You're supposed to be nicer than this!" I yelled to her, praying to Notch that this would work.
"Nah," she swiveled her rings of fire around her. "This is fun!"
She shot her fire orbs against me again. I quickly formed an ice shield. The fire managed to break the shield, but it was still enough to protect myself.
"Remember that you wanted to fight for the good cause?!" I asked, trying my best to remind her of herself.
"I don't care!" She retorted as she summoned three small fireballs in her hands. The three fireballs then went to attack me. I moved out of the way, but the fireballs still followed me.
I spawned a swift, icy wind to blow the fireballs off me.
"Please... you're not you..." I begged as I kept dodging and blocking her attacks.
"Who cares about my ego?!" she argued as she summoned a fire beam. I countered it with my ice beam.
I held on to my beam as the fire beam got stronger and stronger.
I closed my eyes and waited for the fire beam to engulf me.
But instead, I heard something. Something that kinda sounds like earth's movement...
I opened my eyes to see purple crystal shield me from the fire.
I turned around to see Milarite standing on a floating amethyst platform.
Oh my... Milarite is actually... an Alpha right now?
I shook my thoughts away and nodded to her as a sign of thanks.
I hovered myself a few blocks up and shot rapid, frost winds against Athaliah.
"Liah... please... I don't want to do this..." I muttered.
"Birch, go screw yourself," Athaliah cussed as she manipulated fire from the ground and tried to engulf me with it. I rolled sidewards and summoned ice from the ground.
Athaliah flew up high and made a fireball that landed right next to me. I floated until I reached the same altitude as Athaliah's.
I turned right to see Milarite on her amethyst platform.
I spawned a fireball while Milarite spawned her crystal spikes and shot Athaliah. She defended herself using a fire shield.
"Don't you make me do this..." I said emotionally as I did what I didn't want to do.
I changed the weather into a harsh blizzard.
Some fog surrounded me, limiting my sense of vision. I barely saw buildings get covered in snow as Athaliah controlled the fire to attack Milarite and I. Milarite made a crystal shield to protect us both.
I summoned many ice spikes and shot it against Athaliah.
Athaliah somehow dodged it with ease.
Then I barely saw lava started spewing out of the ground like a geyser. Athaliah controlled the lava and rained droplets above us. Milarite summoned another crystal shield to block it.
Athaliah then summoned a wave of lava against us.
Milarite tried to block it again with her diamond shield, but the lava pierced the shield and broke it.
I tried to dodge it but it was too late. The lava collided with my body and caused a lot of heat and pain despite the sheer cold.
I fell onto the ground, hitting it with my back and landing painfully.
I tried to stand up, but it was a lot of pain as Athaliah stepped on me. She grinned evilly, as she prepared a fireball that will be my fate.
"Please don't tell me you killed Storm with that..."
"Oh, yes I did," she replied, still wearing that creepy smile.
"Athaliah, please... Look at what you're doing..." I said, filled with emotion.
"Don't make me go pity on you!" she exclaimed.
"But it's the truth! Please... Oh pretty please... Please, Liah... Wake up..." I told Athaliah, my eyes teary from emotion. "Wake up... Save the world..." I literally began to sob.
Athaliah stood still.
"Please..." I managed to say through my emotions as I closed my eyes, bracing for the final impact.
I suddenly heard a boom. But I didn't feel any flames engulf me.
Am I... in the Aether?
"Oh my Notch! Persephone! Holy Herobrine, what have I done?!" I heard someone say.
I opened my eyes. It was Athaliah, her eyes full of worry and surprise and concern instead of glowing blue.
"Praise the Notch! You're back!" I exclaimed.
"Oh my Notch! I'm so sorry!" she apologized as she tried to comfort me.
I smiled, "It's fine."
"C'mon, we gotta get out of here," Athaliah said as she carried me.
"I can walk," I told her.
"No, I insist!" Athaliah replied.
But that all really didn't matter. As long as my friends are fine, I'm fine with it. I'm just glad she's back...
Little did we know that someone went missing... again...

Who could that be? :O
Hurray for drama and action
Now, the reason why I double updated is because for this reason:
I'm not confident if I can get my hands on my phone on Wednesday and Saturday. Since I already pre-wrote this, might as well publish these parts.
So, this double update should suffice, and next chapter will be up at March 8, 2017.
Still no fun facts. Lel
What will happen next to Team Olympus? Will the President take more actions? Who went missing? And will the author update Terraria: The Ancient Legends? Find out next time on Minecraft: Arctic Fox!
Thanks for reading! And please don't forget to vote, comment, and follow! All of those will be greatly appreciated!
