I was stuck. I was only five feet from the river and Percy was dying, getting heavier by the moment. He wouldn't be able to hold any of his weight in a few moments. I couldn't move though. I could hear Arachne's hissing close by. My nerves where shot, my feet were led, my neck hair was at attention, and my heart was breaking. I screamed out of fear. I could feel my legs now and began to run as fast as I could with Percy dying on me. We didn't get far. He collapsed and fell on his back, his eyes barely open. I was now hovering over him, begging him to move.

"Annabeth."

He closed his eyes.

I was screaming for him to move. To live. To be with me. I was then tackled from behind and landed face first on the ground. Arcane moved me over so she could see my face. Then she began to slowly stab me. I tried to move but she was too strong. Her arms kept digging into my ribs and she kept hissing with laughter. I was going to die.

"Annabeth, it's not real." Percy's voice. "I'm right here Wise Girl. I always am. Calm down."

Arachne's prickly legs loosened their grip. She began to dissolve and another figure took her spot. Seaweed Brain. I blinked slowly. When my eyes opened again, I was in the Big House, lying down on a couch. Percy had one hand cupped on my cheek and another one interlaced with one of my hands. He was smiling and leaned down to kiss my gently.

"Hi," I said weakly.

"Hey. You had a panic attack while having a nightmare, so your cabin got Chiron and me. You okay?"

"What time is it?"

Percy scrunched his eyebrows and began to count his fingers, completely ignoring the clock behind him. Seaweed Brain. "It's one thirty in the morning"

"Sorry for keeping you up," I said. He kissed me again ,our foreheads touching.

"I'd stay up every night for the rest of my life for you. No need to apologize," he whispered.
The next few moments were blurry. I remember Malcolm coming in and telling me he'll take care of the cabin's activities tomorrow. I remember Rachel saying she's glad I'm okay and goodnight. I remember seeing Chiron coming in and telling me to stay overnight. Now, all I see is my Percy still awake with concern and love in his eyes.

"Percy, I'm tired," I said.

"Okay, hold up," he said. He got up and got a blanket then placed it over me. I turned on my side and he kissed my cheek then sat down again.

"Aren't you going to your cabin?" I asked. He took my hand.

"Only if you tell me too," he said. I smiled.

"Percy?"

"Yeah?"

"Stay with me, please." He got up and settled behind me, getting under the blanket and wrapping his arms around my waist. His head rested on mines.

"Always," he said.

I didn't have another nightmare.

Heyoo! This is a very small one shot. I am really really sorry for not updating in a long time. I have been busy with tons of school work, family problems and I have started writing a pjo fanfiction that takes place after ToA. I am on chapter 10 now, and I an planning to write it all, edit it and post one chapter a day. This book named Oblivion will come by July 3 (yours truly's birthday) so there's some time for that. But anyways here is the cover reveal.

I already have 7 oneshots planned, but they are all huge to write and I amtoo lazy and busy to write. But I'm trying to get this account back from the dead and update more frequently so yeah.

And please, if any of you all have ideas then it would be amazhang if you shared it with me- it would be a good motivation and head start to write.
