"Percy" I shout as I get in the infirmary. 

"Percy, where are you" I shout again. We had this fight against the giants and we won. But if something happens to Percy, victory will not matter. No, nothing can happen to him. No no please.

Then I see Will Solace rurnning fast, with a few medical tools and a distraght face. I quickly follow him in hopes of finding Percy. 

There he was- laying lifeless on the bed. Bloody scars decorated his body while Will and the other healers stood over him, trying to cyre him, with tears in their eyes.

"Go away" I hear Nico, who was sitting in the corner, definately talking with someone. He also had a worried look on his face.  Then my gaze shifted from Nico to Percy. I catch a glance of Nico unseathing his Stygian iron  sword. 

"Seaweed Brain" I scream as my gaze shifts to him again. It was enough to catch the attention of the healers who were all looking at me. 

"How can you do this to me" I say as I haul towards him and kiss him. He didnt reply. He just lay there, in eternal sleep. "Answer me" I sob. I couldnt help it, I hug him and start crying. I couldnt feel his protective heartbeat at all. It was just like a statue of him. Then, I feel someone's hand on my shoulder "Annabeth, someone is calling you". I look back, was it Luke!"Luke" I cry, Blonde hair, blue eyes. But how was he here. I was all numb, my vision was blurry from all the srying.

"No, its Will" I hear Will say. 

Stupid me, my brain was so fuzzy that I thought of Will as Luke. 

"No, I cant leave Percy" I say.

"you have to" he says, and I feel his hand harden on my shoulder.

"You have to let us healers cure him" Will says.

I stand straight, and Will drags me out of the infirmary into the Athena cabin. I saw Piper siiting outside the Athena cabin. Will leaves me with Piper and rushes back to the infirmary.

Then, Piper hugs me. She was crying too, she didnt want me to deserve the same fate as hers. Last month Jason was killed by two evil Roman emperors. 

"ouch" I scream as she squeezes my injured elbow. I was so busy grieving that I forgot my own scars. It doesnt matter now, Percy is gone. 

"Annabeth, you need rest"

"No, I dont, lets get back to the infirmary" I say as bravely as I could.

"No, you are resting" she says and drags me inside the Athena cabin and hauls me onto my bed.

I felt asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I dont drool, but I was drooling today.

 Then, I fell asleep and everything went black.

"Wise girl" I hear Percy say. 

"Percy" I scream "where are you".

Then I open my eyes, and see Percy above me. He was wearing a tattered camp t-shirt and was covered in bandages.  Then he bends down and kisses me. I kiss him back. 

Was it a dream?  It couldnt be, everything felt so real. But it had to be a dream, as Percy was dead. What was it?

"Is it a dream" I ask him.

"Want me to pinch you and show you" he smiles.

I pinch myself,"ouch" 

it wasnt a dream, its real.

"Percy, you are alive" I stammer.

"Yes Wise girl" he says. get up and hug him. It was real.  Percy is alive! But how? When I had hugged him back in the infirmary, I knew there was no heartbeat. How did the healers cyre him?

"But, I felt it, your heartbeat gone" I say.

"Want to know the truth?" he asks/

I nod. He sits beside me, and says "I think we should discuss it somewhere else , somewhere more private" 

"What about the Poseidon cabin"

"lets go" he says and drags ,me into the Poseidon cabin.

I sit on the bed while he locks the door. Then he sits beside me, and kisses me agian. 

He starts "So, well I was technically dead, but Nico, umm, Nico, I owe my life to him. So, basically I was dead and Thanatos had come to take me, but Nico, he told him to back away, he stood between me and Thanatos with his sword drawn. Thanatos came to take me and Nico used his sword to decapaciate Thanatos. But, his head came back again, duh. The matter got so immense that Hades had to interfere. And you know what hades said?" 

"What?" I ask, surprised.

"Hades was like, 'Listen to my boy and let this worthy soul stay" and then he dissapears followed by Thanatos who looks at me and says 'Next time, Jackson' and leaves. It was so overwhelming" he says. 

"Its all okay know"

"Ya, I went to Nico and thanked him a lot for saving me. He just said that he didnt like seeing Will sad but his expression made it clear that he did it for our friendship" he says.

I get up from the bed "I have some people to thank, while you have some people to meet" and get out of Cabin 3. I rush towards Cabin 13, ignoring all the questions the other campers asked me.

I open the door and get in "Nico" I say.

"Oh, hey Annabeth" Nico says casually.

"Thank you so much" I say and hug him. He accepts the hug. Then, I push back and say "I owe you my life".

"But I didnt save your life, I saved percy's"

"But Percy is my life, so you saved my life" I say.

"Thats cute" he says. Then swallows " I wish I knew about these powers before, it could have saved Bianca".
