Eren's POV

I let my eyes open to see Levi getting dressed for the day. My mouth feels weird but that's not important right now, I sit up and groan as I stretch. Levi turns to me and jumps into my arms.

"Hey! What's this for?" I ask Levi lifts his head and I see tears in his eyes.

"Tch! Stupid brat! You scared me, I thought something was seriously wrong with you." I was beyond confused until I remembered, the bone, the pain.

"Levi it's fine I'm okay I promise." He nods and continues to hide his face in my chest. I squeeze him lightly in a hug and kiss his forehead. "Come on. I gotta get dressed for today."

He nods and gets up. He goes back to getting ready and I went to the bathroom to get ready as well, also I'm gonna need a new tooth brush cause this one is covered in blood from my mouth and I'm to lazy to clean it properly.

After getting tackled by hugs when I got downstairs we started loading things into carts, like food, supplies, medicine you know stuff like that. I was walking to get more supplies until I heard screaming.

"Commander look out!" I look to my side just in time to see a coconut fall on Hanji's head. She didn't get knocked out but she did start cursing the very existence of coconuts. I stared at the scene before me for a second and then went on my way.

Along the way back how ever I saw Armin giving Levi a special tea, most likely to help with the stomach pains. Levi took a sip only to spit it out immediately, yeah the tea is made from a plant and it doesn't taste nice at all. Trust me I know.

This is gonna be a long day

'Yep.'

I quickly got my job done and moved on to the horses who need to be washed and fed. As I washing the horses I did notice something, we're short one horse. Reiner and Bertolt left their horses here but we still need one more, I didn't want to bother Levi with this since he's already stressed enough. Suddenly I got an idea, a stupid idea but an idea! I quickly finished with the horses then ran into the forest.

I ran through the trees and into a clearing and there was what I'm looking for. A wild horse! It was huge with pitch black fur... Did I mention it was huge?

I walked forward and it immediately noticed my presence so I froze, I walked forward one step then it faced me. I walked forward another and it raised its front legs as a warning to back off.

Then I took another step and it started running full speed  towards me probably with the intent to kill me but I'm not backing down. I closed my eyes and waited but nothing happened, when I opened them it was right in front of me curiosity practically rolling off it in waves. I raised my hand up and it backed up.

"Hey, it's okay I'm not gonna hurt you." I whisper and eased my hand forward slowly. It met my hand half way pressing its head to my hand. I chuckled lightly and lifted my other hand to rub its neck, it stiffened at the feeling until it realized what I was doing. I quickly glanced down to check it's gender and... We have ourselves a healthy female!

The rest of the afternoon was spent with me playing with her and letting her get used to me. She even let me ride her for a while but since I didn't have a saddle I couldn't stay on without sliding off which apparently she found very funny. Cause the sound she made sounded like a laugh to me. I was relaxing with her as my back rest til Levi's very pissed voice boomed in my head.

'WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!'

Uh oh. Mate is not happy! I repeat MATE IS NOT HAPPY!!!!

I quickly stood up with my friend not far behind. Now it's time to see if I did this right.

"I gotta go. You can come with me if you want?" I got what I think is a nod as a response... I think, I don't speak horse I'm sorry! "Great! Follow me and stay close."

With that we started our way home and I'm hoping that we make it before sun down.

Levi's POV

"WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!" I exclaim frustrated. Eren just disappeared without a word to anyone!

"Try mind linking him, you are connected by your mark." Mikasa says monotone as always.

"And how exactly do I do that?" I say folding my arms.

"Just close your eyes and focus on Eren. Try to reach out to him, he's there you just need to find him." Armin states.

I nod and close my eyes. I started focus on him, just him come on Levi focus! I was about to scream at Armin that it's not working but when I opened my eyes I was in a white room with four different colour strings floating around the room.

I reached out for the blue one and Armin's face popped up in my head and the string glowed. I backed away from it and moved into the other one which was sliver, I touched it and Mikasa's face popped up while it glowed. Then their was a blue and white one, I touched it and all three of their faces popped up. Armin, Mikasa and Eren. This one glowed the brightest out of all of them so far.

I moved on to the beautiful turquoise one that seemed to glow already but it's weak. I touched it and it's almost like it jumped to life as it glowed just as bright as the last one and Eren's face popped up. I gripped onto the string and closed my eyes.

WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!

My words shook through the string as it vibrated lightly. Suddenly I feel fear pulses through me and I smirk. He heard me. I open my eyes and I was back in the living room with Armin and Mikasa.

"Did you do it?" Mikasa asks clearly curious.

"Yep. I can assure you that he heard me, in fact him sure he's coming home right now." I say and as if on cue here comes Eren... With a big ass horse right behind him. What the hell has this boy been up to?!

Eren's POV

We made it back and the sun is still shining bright! Levi, Mikasa and Armin came running out the house and I can tell Levi is very pissed. My friend behind me started getting a little nervous because of all the new people but I was able to calm her down enough for them to get at least two feet from me without her freaking out.

"Where the hell did you go and why do you have a horse?!" Levi says glaring at me and I swear I saw his eyes turn yellow... Yea his eyes defiantly turned yellow, HE'S GROWING SO FAST!

I'M SO PROUD I MIGHT CRY!

I ignore Titan and go back to the task at hand. I quickly explained where I went and why I have a horse behind me cause I wanna get her used to having a saddle on for tomorrow. They nod in understanding and Levi gave me a little kiss on the cheek for taking care of it for him, but of course I had to get a smack behind my head for making him worry.

"Do you have a name for her?" Levi asked and I shook my head.

"What did you name yours?"

"Charlotte." He says smiling lightly. He must really like that horse. "She's saved my ass so many times it's almost funny."

(I read this somewhere but I don't know where. It wasn't Wikipedia that's for sure XD)

"Well." I glanced back at my friend and I noticed that she kinda walked like a queen. Head held high, unfazed. "How about Königin?"

"Queen? I like it but will she answer to it?" Levi says walking off to the back of the house with me and Königin following close behind.

Levi hands me a saddle and I put it on Königin who actually got used to it quickly. Levi ran off and came back with Charlotte right behind him all saddled up. We started by following Levi and Charlotte and Königin was actually very well behaved. She listened to orders and did very well in her mini training session. She was even able to keep up with Charlotte who was running at full speed and didn't even get tired. In the end they both got a reward of water and sugar cubes that Levi just happened to have in his pocket.

"She's a good horse Eren. Well behaved, fast and high stamina perfect for the scouts. But now it's time to see if she'll answer when you call her." Levi says monotone. If I couldn't sense his emotions I wouldn't have thought he was being sincere. I nod and then to face the two horses who seem to become best friends in that short time span they've been together.

"Königin! Come here girl!" I shout and immediately she trots over to me. "Good girl!" I praise and give her another sugar cube. Next thing I know Charlotte is by my side obviously looking for attention and praise as well.

I gave her a sugar cube and pet her then they both trotted off to eat some grass. We let them graze for a while until it was time for them to go to the barn for the night, they have a big day tomorrow. We brought them to the barn where the other horses were, soon enough all their attention was on Königin. We stayed a while to make sure she's okay and soon enough all of them were friends.

Me and Levi started having a meaningless conversation about random things as we made our way inside were everyone was already getting ready for bed. We grabbed a quick dinner and went up to bed.

"You know, if we see them again you can't do anything stupid. It's you their after and I don't want to lose you." Levi's voice rung through the silence of our dark room as we laid down under the covers.

"I know. But you don't have to worry Levi, your not gonna lose me. I couldn't die even if I wanted to." I say muttering the last part but he still heard.

"What do you mean?"

"My ability to heal quickly. You could blow my head off and it'll just grow back good as new, my father did something to me. I don't know what but because of him I have this ability to heal so fast. A normal wolf shifter shouldn't be able to heal this fast." I say pulling his body closer to mine.

"This key is that last thing I have of his. It's the key to the basement at my old house in wall Maria. My goal in life was to go back and find out what he was hiding in there but then I remembered that I have a mate out there and I guess my mind just pushed that thought out of the way. In all honesty I don't care about that anymore. I'm just happy to have this... Blessing. Although many would call it a curse." Levi just stayed quiet and let me talk.

"Lets just go to sleep. We have a big day tomorrow." I say wrapping my arms around him.

"Eren." I hummed in response. "I'll get you to that basement... I promise you that." He says before he drifts to sleep leaving me smiling like an idiot.
